I made an order back in early March for two gold customised necklaces for both of my bestfriends 21st birthdays, I’ve sent emails and they’ve never responded back to me.

I’m beyond disappointed, I’m more upset that I can’t give both of my friends their gifts ?

Placed an order back on April 9th because of an ad on IG. It is now May 3rd and I still have not received the order. I have tried contacting them an been getting silent treatment. Pretty much WE all got scammed.

I saw an instagram ad and it was an ad for custom name necklaces from alay vina accessories it was $9.99 I made this purchase on April 4th, 2020. It is now May 1, 2020 I have emailed and texted the instagram and got no response. I can’t find the instagram account or the website. I’m afraid that since they have my info they may try to scam me again.

I saw an ad on Instagram and thought it was legit. So, I ordered a custom necklace on April 8 2020. I haven't heard anything since then. I went to look at their website and saw it was gone! I tried to contact their servers but it just leaves a blank white screen.
