I ordered two necklaces from them because i seen their advertisement on Facebook and they were having a sale! I should of read more into this before putting my information out there like that, but i thought it was secure because of the secure lock on the website. Facebook should be letting scams advertise on their page! This is messed up! Luckily i only spent $20 but i really hope they don’t try to take anything else of my card!

I got scammed too. My friend ordered me a golden custom necklace. It’s been like 4 weeks. Haven’t received anything, tried dm’ing them MULTIPLE times and they never answered. I tried searching them up again and they were no where to be found. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Do not get fooled!

I ordered a necklace from this company back on March 3rd! It is now April 23rd and I still haven’t received my item. No update what so ever. An email of any update would have been nice. I ordered a necklace from this website on March 24th, it is now April 24th. I’m furious, all of a sudden there website and everything is gone and I emailed them about 3 weeks ago to get nothing back. I should’ve known it was a scam when they didn’t email a receipt or have a tracking code area on their website. Only them sending a text saying “It has been shipped.”

I placed an order on the 27th of March for the customised gold necklace and never got a receipt or an email confirmation, just a text message saying it will be shipped when it's ready... first red flag!

Fast forward 3 weeks and I messaged them on Instagram to ask about my order's progress and they never replied. Contacted them via their website and also no response. Then decided to message them on Facebook about it expressing my frustration and they blocked me.

Today their website and Instagram are seemingly gone. For a customised necklace for only $14AUD, I should've known it was a scam. Now I'm worried that they've got my card details! Anyone know what to do in this case?

I'm from Japan and I ordered mine on the 16th of March and payed 10＄for it. They are scammers. Now I'm scared of that they stole my credit card details and use it. I’m going to contact the credit card company tomorrow.
