My sister and I both ordered the $10 name necklace from the 24 hour sale on March 27. We both got charged on our bank accounts from NJ Apparel. We have been waiting for weeks and keeping checking our mailbox to see if it had arrived but nothing ever came. Now we are both out of $10! We want a REFUND!

i have made a purchase on 31 march, however i have yet to receive any item. It cost $20 in USD and i am buying with Sin currency which is $30 in fact. I have been waiting for more than the four weeks which have seriously past the dateline and i came across the advertisement on Instagram. Please help to stop this scammer and return all the funds back to us!

This is definitely a scam. I ordered a customized name necklace on April 3. I received an email stating that I would be told when the product would be shipped. That never happened. Contacted them via email and received no response. When I checked the website, the layout had been totally changed and the name necklace wasn't even offered anymore. Check the Instagram page and messaged them there. Again, no response. When I checked the page again, it "User not found" so either they deleted the page or I have been blocked. As someone else mentioned, the company that took money out of my account is called "NJ Apparel" so something is definitely not adding up and now I'm out $10.95 for nothing.

I ordered 2 necklaces on the 15th of March, I emailed them a week ago as they said when I ordered they will email with shipping information but ever received anything. I have not received any communication since I placed my order. I have noticed that they hav disabled their contact page on their website but customers are still able to process orders. I am from NZ so it's a decent amount of money that I spent. This is so illegal.

I've also noticed that on my Bank Statement the name of the company is NJ Apparel, so if this is a registered company in the US then this is who is scamming us!

I’m just checking the reviews now and I’m seeing that there is a pattern with what everyone is saying and the exact same thing happened to me. I placed an order on the 1st of April because of the sale and nothing has come through and I have received shipping information or anything. Definitely sounds like a scam!

I ordered a necklace on March 28th and it was $10 because they were having a 24 hour sale. I received a text saying that my order was confirmed and then they will notify me when my order ships... it never did. I kept checking their website and the 24 hour sale was still going on. I looked at reviews and the same thing has happened to many people. Everyone would like a refund including me.

I ordered the 10$ name necklace on march 23 , it has been a week but it’s very suspicious. I got sent a text message when i purchased it , so i could track my packaged. When i first got their ad on my instagram i was exited because i had thought the sale would end in 24 hours. I have been checking their instagram and the. “24 hour sale” is still there , and has been since february according to the reviews. You can no longer comment on their instagram, which makes me think other people have been commenting about their package. I have also emailed them and there was no response. I want my $10 back but i don’t know how to get a refund , i have read their refund page on their website but they don’t have a place to place a refund.
