Job seekers beware. If you get a recorded voice message to call (816)281-9811 offering a work at home job with Amazon by visiting Amazonprofits.org - IT IS A FAKE JOB OFFER. They have no affiliation with the official Amazon Corporation. The official website to find legit jobs with Amazon is amazon.jobs.

I had this man call me and say that for a fee of $450 he can set up an Amazon website for me. I do not sell anything, so I have no need for a website. Then I talk to another person who said that once the fee is paid, there is another $2,000 fee to activate the website.

Voicemail said they had come across my resume. Amazon needed 23 new employees by Nov. Pay is $32.00 an hour. I entered the website info but before I got there SCAM was popping up as well. I’ve been scammed and almost scammed hundreds of times and I’m only 32. When will something be done about this ?

I got a call telling me to make money from home go to amazonhomecareer.com and gave another site to go to. I went to the site and listened to the presentation while doing my homework and they say if its too good to be true it is. I tried to click on the eCOMMERCE verified, Security Verified, Business Verified, and Privacy Verified and none of them were clickable. The reason I tried this is because I just finished a class and one of our assignments was to verify websites. One site I came across they said anyone can copy and past those symbols to make their site look ligitement so make sure you do the research on the symbols too. If you cant click on them it is fake.

Employement for Amazon

I’ve gotten a series of texts from 1(410) 100-00x, where x started at 1 and is currently up to 7. At least two of these texts have been “job offers” from “Amazon,” with a link to their website. Here are some choice bits from that site.

From their Benefits list:

“$5,800 salary / month + 5% commission from each processed payment

Brand new Toyota Corrola after the first month of probation”

Responsibilities:

“Your duty as a financial agent will be to receive and process the payments coming from our clients via bank wire transfer. Paying invoices for the company [end of description]”

Clicking the “apply now” button takes you to another page where they ask for your full name, phone number, and email, and say that one of their “representants” will be contacting you “withing 24 hours of submiting” the form.

I noticed a new voicemail on my phone this morning (September 19, 2018) from an unknown number. I never answer if someone calls me from an unknown number. The voicemail starts with a lady introducing herself as Sarah with AmazonCash.co a nonprofit recruitment firm (which I wasn't able to find on Charity Navigator). Sarah says she saw my resume online (I don't have an online resume) and she is calling about an online opportunity working with Amazon. Sarah explains that I will be listing products and posting reviews online in my spare time. Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $32 an hour. Sarah says they are currently hiring 23 people this month and to please register and AmazonCash.co (which she repeats). It doesn't sound like a robocall or someone from a foreign country. It sounds like someone from Minnesota or Chicago based on Sarah's accent. It did not visit the website, and tried to find out information about AmazonCash.co. There were a few articles that talked about a scam with Amazon Cash, but I'm not sure if they were referencing the same thing. The articles referenced a news article on what appears to be a legit site, but it's not.

Been skimmed off of several utilities bill scams rain tree place mail scams app scams I’m being targeted by a few families of scammers and people using mail amazon fed ex etc it’s ridiculous notified every business and what not nothing has been done *** *** ** *** ** *** my house being targeted by scammers hackers and theft continuously also home fraud destruction of my property break and pay scams postal scams loan scams credit card scams technology scams and set ups

I do not answer my phone if I do not recognize the number. I heard the message which sounded interesting and genuine, in that it was a way to make some money reviewing products online. The message stated that it was a nonprofit recruitment company and that person saw "my resume" online (I never did this). It offered an online opportunity to work with Amazon, posting views online, and could make anywhere from $7 to $32 per hour. Currently hiring 7 people this current month and to apply at amazon money.co.

I went and did a search regarding the information in the phone message.

Received two calls from a Sarah, saying Amazon is hiring 23 ppl this month. I need to log on to this web site. She gave two different once. The other was amazonprofit.co

They tried to scam me. They had left a voicemail on my phone saying "this is Sarah calling with Amazonprofits.co a nonprofit requitment firm, I saw your resume online and in calling about an online opportunity working with Amazon. You'll be listing products and posting reviews online in your spare time. Hourly pay ranges from $17-$32 an hour. Voicemail left after I didn’t recognize the number. Work from home for Amazon.com “$17-$32”/hr. Not for profit opportunity posting and reviewing merchandise.

I received a voicemail from a lady claiming that she had received my employment application and she would like to consider me for a position working for Amazon making 17 to $32 an hour selling products and writing reviews on them and that if I was interested I could go on to retail pay. Org

I was bored on my break and took an "Amazon" phone survey and at the end they offered a free watch. It was actually an Amazon look-a-like website. They said I would just have to pay the shipping price of $7.95. I gave them my debit information and authorized a charge of $7.95. Then I saw a charge of $98 appear on my account. I called them back about it and they said that I paid for a subscription. I told them I didn't and I wanted my money back. They said I only had 14 days to cancel and it was

written into the conditions I agreed to. It was not. I read those conditions fully. They won't refund me for a charge I did not authorize. They're a scam.

Amazon Agent Position. Our team is looking to expand, work for us, starting tomorrow, up to $5800 a month. No previous experience Work from home. Benefits: $5800 a month, 5% commission from each processed payment, Brand new Toyota Corrola after the first month of probation. Full heath Insurance, Low hours. Responsibilities: Your duty as a financial agent will be to receive and process payments coming from our clients via bank wire transfers. Paying invoices for the company. This came to me via text message. wcqn.ifstudio.com.au I'm sorry but that sound to good to be true. But I clicked on it. I was required to leave my name and email which I did. Today I get an email stating that they need a photo copy of the front and back of my licence and, LOL, a selfie of me holding said licence. So I thought of the BBB. I put in the address of the recruitment center: Amazon Recruiting Center, 410 Terry Ave., N., Seattle, Wash. 98109. ScamPulse.com did not recognize this address. Maybe this is on the up and up but if it sounds to good to be true than it usually is. Thank you ScamPulse.com
