Met this woman on dating app. She said she had a business that I could invest in. Said she needed the money because her daughter died and he other daughter has special needs, none of which is true. After research this women fake sells tamales and uses the money she scams off people to buy and sell Xanax and other drugs. This woman Angela Ruatto received a fraudulent PPP loan for a business she doesn't have. In 2021.
