Type of a scam: Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Received an Architectural Digest magazine in the mail with my name/address today. Label indicates a subscription term of 6 months. I followed instruction in the magazine to contact Architectural Digest to resolve issue. Website is unhelpful. Email is only returns a redirection back to the website. I called Architectural Digest and spoke with "Charlie" @ 1800-365-8032. She said she is immediately cancelling the 'subscription' but cannot do anything else as the order was via a third party vendor called: SUBCO. She said to call them @ 800-238-3350. I inquired if Architectural Digest was receiving other complaints and notifications from SUBCO or others. Charlie said they don't track that information. (Therefore, Architectural Digest appears to be a willing participant in perpetuating this practice.) I called the number given for SUBCO - no answer, no message system, ... I am marking loss of money below as I now have to monitor my credit cards, etc. as obviously something generated the process and linked it to my name and personal information.
