I ordered from this website Vera Bradley on 4/8/25. I never received it. Then I got a notice that it was delivered on 4-28-2025. No one delivered anything and I even ckd my ring. I have tracking # US 29250409971872.
Then they sent a note it went DHL. They never heard of this #
I was concerned it might be a scam so I only ordered $ 16.65 but my sister ordered over $100.00 worth of merchandise

Ordered a hoodie online, paid for EXPRESS shipping(4-7) days, 27 days later nothing. Sent 2 emails to company, no reply. Called their phone number, it's out of service. And yet their products are still available online. Why can't anyone shut these scammers down?????
