I ordered flowers for same day delivery and they were never delivered.. and I got an email from a Zammad? that they were looking into it and never heard back.. I disputed with my bank and reported them.. they are [censored] SCAMMERS.. I am sure they are scammers from another country stealing our credit card info.

I am a florist with a similar business name. I keep getting calls from angry and irate customers who have not received the product they ordered with this company, customers wondering why the flowers that they ordered do not look like what was advertised, customers looking for refunds and most importantly, leaving bad reviews on my website when I am not affiliated with that business in any way. Never have, never will.

I desperately need help in alleviating this situation. I have attempted to contact the company to resolve the situation and I have been unsuccessful. I have been in business for over 20 years. I have an excellent reputation and I wish to keep it that way. I am looking for help and guidance on this matter from your organization.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my brother who’s significant other passed away and the flowers were never delivered. Trying to get in contact with blossom flower but the number only directs you to an automated system and there’s no way to get in contact to speak with a person. You can send a message via messenger on Facebook but even that is automated. Every I have been asking about the status of my order and keep getting the same run around. I later read post on It’s Facebook page left by other people who had the same issues and never their flowers or money back. This site is a SCAM!!!!!

Purchased flower delivery service from them. I was contacted repeatedly that they had to delay the delivery but promised to upgrade the purchase free of charge. Finally received an email 5 days after initial delivery and said flowers were delivered. The recipient never got them nor were they delivered to the apartment front desk as the company reported. They refused to offer me a refund and eventually stopped communicating with me outside of “they were delivered”

This company advertises flower delivery online and through social media. They have pictures online of bouquets to choose from. I chose a bouquet to be delivered to a sick senior lady at the hospital in another state where she was admitted along with her room number. The order was made on August 30, 2021. My credit card was charged on August 31, 2021. The charge was almost double the advertised price of the bouquet. The flowers were to be delivered the day after I placed the order, i.e. August 31, 2021. As of September 3, 2021, the flowers were never delivered as confirmed by the nursing staff at the hospital. I have disputed the credit card charge and posted a negative review on Facebook where there were dozens of others who had been scammed by this company (which I didn't know until I made a Facebook search). I am located in an area ravaged by Hurricane Ida and lost internet service for several days so I had no way to check on my order or my credit card. (I still do not have power!) This company is not legitimate and scams people for money without delivering merchandise.

I ordered flowers for my uncles funeral. 2 days later i received an email apologizing that they were not delivered and no information about why or when they would be delivered. I called them and was put on hold after I requested her to cancel the order and the woman with Asian accent said she put the order on delivery that day. It was NOT delivered or cancelled. Over 80$ from my grocery budget to show my love and respect for a passing family member is fine but to throw into the hands of thieves with no sense if respect or honorable morals is unforgivable.

I purchased flowers for rush delivery for a dear friends mother funeral. Flowers never arrived. I called and then they called and emailed recipient to verify the flowers never arrive. Recipient confirmed flowers never were delivered…immediately I was contacted by Blossom representative saying the recipient confirmed receiving the flowers and loved them. This is a lie and I have the exchange to prove it.

After reading about them on line, this is unfortunately their standard practice!

My mother passed away on 8/13/21. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to the funeral home on 8/27/21. After several emails back and forth verifying my mother's name and funeral home I was under the impression all was taken care of. When we got to the service imagine my surprise to see that my $183.00 Beloved Mother arrangement had not arrived. I was the only child of hers at the funeral and was mortified that my arrangement acknowledging my mother was never delivered! Never in a million years would I recommend this company!

My daughter paid $100 to this place to have flowers and balloons sent to me on August 26, 2021. I received nothing and my daughter did not get a refund. Do not order from them. They are fraud!

This so-called "flower company" is a complete scam! Do NOT order from them! What is delivered (if delivered at all) is nothing like what is on their website. They also charge you extra for items that they have no intention of delivering (or are capable of delivering). According to their "customer service" - they are not able to deliver balloons, chocolates or teddy bears, but yet, still charge people for them on their website. When complaining to "customer service" I was hung up on three times! (and legitimately hung up on, not just a miss-connection). I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Ordered flowers with baloon to be delivered today, 8/17/21 at 1pm on my college daughter's lunch break to specific office. TODAY is her birthday. No delivery. Called on every half hour told they are on their way. It is now 3:43 NO delivery. Cancelled, called my bank for refund!
Wish I would have checked here first! TOTALLY frustrated. Any in their righteous mind, PLEASE heed to these reviews as I wish I had! #NEVER AGAIN BLOSSOM FLOWER!

Does not deliver on time promised. When you call for info they simply hang up on you. They are a scam to get your money.

I ordered flowers to send my condolences of the passing of my friends Father and never arrived. After many calls and asking information about received the flowers and the time of arrival, they never answered. The owner of the local flower shop even called my mourning friend to say that she was liar and that she delivered the flowers. It's a scam and terrible customer service

Flowers delivered were not what I ordered. I’ve tried contacting them numerous times with no response. I wish I had read the reviews about this place before I ordered. I have not read one good review. They take your money and refuse to address any problems. This place is a scam…DO NOT USE THEM!!

My fiancé ordered me a bouquet of flowers, a card, and balloon and paid for expedited delivery by 1:00pm on 07/15/21. They delivered the worst looking flowers from Publix at 5:30, no card, and the wrong ballon as well. I called immediately left a message on their voicemail; never received a call. So I emailed 4 days later 07/19/21 asking if someone was going to get back to us. I get ONE email from a Samantha Daniels who says she can’t find my info. So I re email her back with my fiancé’s information. Never heard a word back. So I emailed again asking if she was ever going to look into it or what? Still have not received a call or email and it is now 07/28/21. They never returned expedited delivery and the damn Publix sticker was still on my flowers. My fiancé is PISSED. Now, I speak with a lady finally over the phone and she now wants me to email pictures of the flowers and balloon so that they can “seek resolution”. This site is a SCAM! And someone needs to shut it down.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for her 30 years Birthday Saturday and flowers supposed arrive passed Monday before 1 pm ( sure I paid extra for that )
I called my daughter in the evening to ask how she’s like her flowers I sent. My daughter was all day home and did not received flowers.
I called company right away. No answer only voicemail. I left voicemail and phone number to call me back. They called after 1 hour back and soon as I picked a phone they disconnected. I lost hope after trying so many times to reach this company to the phone. Finally I emailed. I got message back next day : saying that flowers I ordered was delivered.
I explain again in email and told to call my daughter and ask if she’s get any flowers.
Got email back again saying we need investigate where did flowers was delivered and will take 72 hours.
I requested full refund and also flowers delivery to my daughter. Did nor hear from them since.
This have to stop ! Not sure how and who need to report but this is stealing and biggest theft !

I was also scammed recently and complained to the CA Attorney General’s office via an online complaint form. I received a letter from them today acknowledging receipt of my complaint. I hope it leads to shutting them down. The more victims who complain the more likely they will be investigated IMO. I shared this website and BBB complaints link with AG’s office when I filed my complaint

My mother was hospitalized several days ago, and I wanted to send her some flowers there. I provided Blossom Delivery with all the necessary details including her room number, and the delivery was supposed to get there the next day. They emailed me the next day saying my order delivery had been delayed until today and that they would give me a free upgrade on my order. I understand delays and agreed to this. Today some customer service rep called me and told me it had been delayed again. They said they had found another florist in the area to complete my order but that it would cost an additional $20 now. I told them just to cancel and issue a refund. They sent an email saying it would be 1-6 days for the credit to appear on my account. This will only be the beginning if they do not refund me. They are a scam.

Flowers ordered May 14 for May 15 delivery. Several calls, attempts to cancel, got the run around for days. I told her I thought she was running a scam. They have to call the driver. They have to call the "designers". Finally delivered on May 18. NOT what I ordered. Complete misrepresentation of their website and flowers. They say substitutions may be needed. I ordered an arrangement in a vase. My client received 5 flowers stuck in green flower oasis inside a paper box inside a black garbage bag. Offered me a $5 credit
