$85 down the drain and total embarassment. Flowers were delivered 2 days later than their website said (same day delivery). Not any of the flwoers or colors I ordered. The flowers came wrapped in cellopahone with the UPC still attached...no vase. Basically picked them up at the quickie mart. Their so called enclosure card was a piece of paper folded in half with a messy handwritten note. I've never been so humiliated when trying to send someone sympathy flowers during their loss of a loved one! This place is a total scam! They have tried offering me $20...UMM NO! I opened a dispute with my paypal credit card. Several BBB negative reviews/reports for this company.

Refuse to provide answers or the flowers. It is now past the recipient's graduation, and they want an additional 48-72 hours to respond. Basically, they have ripped me off for $100

I placed a prefer on May 17,2021 for funeral. Oder # 00283. Delivery was suppose before 6 pm. A pre funeral service was at 7:30 pm. The flowers did show up.

I callled 4 times each time they put me on hold never the flowers.

On May 18, 2021 at 8 am I called upset they put me hold. I spent approximately 4 hours calling and on hold. They never showed up. They refuse to my money back.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They never arrived. The tracking keeps updating to the following day. You can't get anyone on customer service phone number. It hangs up on you. No one responds to the customer service email. And they give you an opportunity to cancel the flower delivery for a credit of 10% of the total purchase price. It is a total scam.

Ordered flowers for my mother and flowers were never delivered. My bank account was charged over $100. I called and was put on hold. I stayed on hold for 1 hour before I hung up. Tried many times to speak to a company rep but was never given the opportunity

Business guarantees next day for delivery by supposedly contracting with local florists. They take your money and then never deliver flowers. They'll message back while your bank purchase is pending and then once pending status changes and they have your money, they no longer respond while never receiving your order.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from blossom flower. Scheduled delivery for may 8th (ordered May 3rd)

Flowers did not arrive, I called to check why... given driver excuses and the run around. They promise next day delivery and now 2 days later still nothing. They will only receive phone calls from those who wish to make orders, and they will argue and not agree to a refund until they speak with their “driver”.

They also will keep you on hold for up to an hour, then hang up, with no resolution. SCAM.

I checked reviews and this has happened to hundreds of others. Money spent.... no flowers and no refund.

Shameful.

THIS IS A SCAM. They claim to be able to order/deliver “same day” but, then email you (not call you) and say that they were unable to deliver the flowers due to high order volume. Then they emailed saying they needed an editions phone number for the recipient... how can I surprise someone with flowers if you’re going to call them? And then they would offer any refund, or discount and were incredibly unhelpful and vague with every answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - THEY WILL NOT DELIVER ON TIME - IT IS A SCAM.

I have learned my lesson they were supposed to deliver by Mothers Day and now they are telling me that they are waiting for merchandise that tomorrow they will deliver. I should never order from them. I don't even know if they will give me my money back.

They pose as a flower delivery service and never delivery flowers. Do not refund money and will not return messages sent. They say they give you tracking and will let you know when flower are delivered but you never hear back from them.

Flowers are ordered and paid for online and then never delivered. When you call customer service you are placed on hold and the phone tree system disconnect you repeatedly whether your wait on hold or press #2. They send you bogus email message below:

We are terribly sorry but we were unable to complete the delivery in a timely manner. The demand of flowers truly exceeded our expectations, leaving our stock empty and we also experienced a delay of delivery. We will reschedule your delivery on the next available delivery day when fresh flowers will be available. We will include a note of apology from our company. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay might have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding

Horrible experience! Called 05/01/2021 for flowers the claimed they would be delivered same day. Called them today (05/02/2021) first of all they hung up on me 3 times. Finally reached someone and they claim to have “cancelled” the order but seeing these reviews I can see I won’t be getting my money back. 10/10 worse place to order flowers again. It pays to do research.

Ordered flowers from them for same day delivery. Was noticed at the end of the that they could not deliver them and they would be delivered then next day. When I asked what happened the gave me nothing but illogical excuses that didn’t make any sense. I was told that they didn’t get fresh flowers in from their supplier, which I questioned both because of how late in the day I had been notified, and because I placed the ordered at 11:30 am pst and felt like a shipment would have been delivered earlier to ensure delivery by 1pm. They assured me that would definitely be delivered that day. They were not and no notifications were sent to me or the person receiving the flowers. I emailed them again that night (the 6th time I had been prompted because of lack of action) to have no response. I called the following morning to be told the reason the order was not delivered was due to the delivery driver having a family emergency. I then demanded they tell me the name and number of the local florist being used to fulfill my order (their website clearly states that they are merely a third party provider and they contract out with local florists to complete the orders, which they denied when I talked to them), they could not provide me with any information, and said they could only say they were based in CA. I am currently waiting on a refund.

On Wednesday we ordered flowers for the following day Thursday, paid expedited fee for Early Delivery. They were not delivered. We called in the afternoon to see what the holdup was, they made excuses that there was a personal problem with the driver and that it would be delivered later that evening. We called the next day Friday, the same excuse. I told them it was unacceptable and to have a supervisor or manager deliver the flowers, they said they would try. Today is Saturday and the flowers still have not been delivered. I wish I would have read this company's "F" rating and reviews before making this purchase.

I placed an order for flower delivery to my girlfriends birthday. Payment went through, received an email stating they delivered. They never delivered. Calls made, they hung up on me. Emailed with no response. Ended up calling again the next day. Got into an argument on my request to be reimbursed. Read reviews on this site and nothing but trouble from many people using their service. They need to be investigated and fined!! I am out $90.00 and have never been treated so poorly.

They never return my money on my debit card after my order was canceled. I called no answer. I'm so upset. I'm on a fixed income. The flowers were for my sister Birthday

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a co-worker from a group (whom which I collected money from to send the arrangement) Order placed: April 14, 2021 with scheduled delivery date of 4/16/2021. I receive email confirmation immediately with an order number and utilized the phone number the following day to update an address error and modify the sending message. I spoke with an agent to walked me through the process to make the appropriate updates. Order was not receive on scheduled date 4/16/2019 (Friday). After work on 4/19/2021 (Monday) there was still no record of receipt. I called the same number and selected option 2 (existing orders) and received the message this number is no longer in service and got disconnected. I immediately starting "Googling "this company and realized this is a common (and recent) occurrence for this company. I called a second time and selected option 1 (new orders) and was able to speak to a representative after approximately a 10 minute wait. I began the conversation by stating I was aware of their suspicious business practices and wanted to my money refunded immediately. I also requested the attendant remain on the line with me in fear they would put me on hold and disconnect me (as stated in previous complaints). The attendant remained on the line for the duration of the conversation and after stating many reasons for the failed delivery, she agreed to issue a request for cancellation/refund email, which I confirmed I received the email prior to hanging up. I was promised a refund in 1-6 business, but since the company had lost my trust, I proceeded to call my bank to dispute the charge and request a new card. I am happy to report a refund was posted to my account the following day (4/20/2021). I am not sure of the status of this company because I did not give them a chance to "scam" me. There are several customers who have had their money taken, delayed /non-existent deliveries, and low quality products. My experience appeared to be following a similar pattern and I was too nervous to give blossomflowerdelivery.com the benefit of the doubt. I would never recommend this company or use them again.

DO NOT USE: Ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered yesterday; receive message at 10 last night, not able to deliver. Tried three times to call company this morning. Got hung up on and transferred to nowhere. There is a pending charge on my credit card. I believe this business is a scam, and seeing now that there are many others who have had the same experience. I will be challenging the charge. Go local.

They are horrible. Never got the flowers. And never got refunded. Total scam. I lost $85.00. They don't respond, don't answer phone. They hang up on you. The say they do not have managers. The whole experience was awful! They sent me messages saying the order was delayed 2 days in a row. They insisted that they had to have the recipients phone number. It was a gift, I am not giving random people my friends and families phone numbers. AWFUL! HORRIBLE! DO TRUST THEM!

I ordered a same day delivery of tulips for my daughter's birthday on April 9, 2021 and they messaged me telling me that the ordered had been delayed. April 10, 2021, I got another message about the order being delayed again. Then they told me that they had to have the recipients phone number. I told them that I wasn't giving out my daughter's number. They hung up on me. It is notarized 12, 2021 and I have no flowers and they have not refunded me.

Unfortunately I had the same issue a lot of other people have had. I ordered flowers and they were not delivered. I called the "customer service" number and I didn't get a person until i said i wanted to order something. It was a person with a foreign accent. When I started asking for detailed answers they hung up on me. This is disgusting. These people are evil. Like all scammers are obviously. I ordered birthday flowers for my mother who has been in isolation for over a year now because of the pandemic. I hope these people go straight to HELL.
