Ordered over $300 bouquet of flowers for a important occasion as I am out of state. Paid extra for expedited and spoke on the phone. The day of the delivery came which I paid for it to be expedited to get there in the morning and it was never delivered called 30 minutes before closing and my line kept getting canceled. And after reaching them I was told that my card somehow declined but yeah I received a confirmation email and a text message. And I was told that they were preparing to call me to let me know my card declined after the fact that my order was already supposed to be delivered couple hours ago . Advised me to contact my bank and repay for the order for the flowers to get delivered. Otherwise no help whatsoever from their side and no apologies for the mistake and it was blamed on me even though I have text messages of them confirming my order. This company is dishonest and this is my first review ever on anything so please be aware and do not trust this company whatsoever !

Blossom Flower Delivery, ripped us off this past weekend and sent a $50 bouquet of flowers in a vase instead of the $170 funeral standing spray with banner that we paid for! They are not willing to refund us the difference because what they sent was obviously NOT the same value as The flowers we ordered!
We called on Friday morning 4/22/22 to have flowers delivered on Saturday to a funeral in Chula Vista that we could not attend (we live in Las Vegas). I found they searching for a flower shop that delivers in Chula Vista and ordered a funeral standing spray bouquet with a banner that cost over $200. I received a call on Saturday an hour before the flowers were to be delivered to the memorial service and was told the standing spray was not available (even though it was already paid for) but that they would replace it with a large basket of flowers equivalent to the funeral spray we already paid for and would still include the “In Loving Memory” banner, but that they were out of stands. I was not told this until an hour before they were supposed to be delivered, even though I placed the order 24 hours earlier, so there was NO time to call another flower shop to order a funeral standing spray. It was then I was PROMISED that they would upgrade and create an amazing basket bouquet and include the banner as a replacement. Well… I saw the flowers from the service and I was RIPPED OFF! They sent a small vase of flowers (maybe worth $50?) with NO banner, and the flowers looked cheap! Definitely NOT $200 worth of flowers! I’m in shock that they would was take advantage of us and lie to me twice about what would be sent!

What they did was SO WRONG! When I went to submit a Yelp review, that’s when I noticed there is no Yelp account, and they aren’t even listed on Mapsquest or in BBB. They are dishonest and cheated us for what we originally paid for, then again on what they promised as the replacement!

When I spoke to the manager Palo today, she is claiming the flowers sent are comparable in price to what we ordered… which it’s obviously NOT! (See photos attached). In addition, when i asked for her address, she refused to provide it to me. They should be held accountable for ripping customers off and taking advantage during bereavement! There is no place to give a review and they need to be held responsible! Attached is the photo of what we paid for, and what was delivered.

I ordered a funeral arrangement for a forty year old family friend not only did this Rotten outfit failed to deliver my arrangement to the funeral home when requested but kept their mouth shut and stole my money and said nothing to me that they failed miserably to live up to their customer commitment. After contacting the funeral home and the poor family I was told that my arrangement never arrived when requested. I don’t know how these scammers are still in business cheating customers every day. A warning to anybody considering ordering from the rotten outfit do yourself a favour and stay away from these scammers.

I made an order for my mother who recently moved to Tenn. Unfortunately I missed a bunch of the local shops due to the time difference, but I went with this company because they said they could deliver on a Saturday. Not only did they not deliver them base don their online calendar availability, they called my mother to report this, not me. Then they said so sorry, we will deliver on Monday. Still didn't come and called them to confirm. They called me, and when I called them back they sounded confused and didn't know why I was calling. I demanded a refund, and they said no. Then it was 20% off. Then they admitted this was all their fault, but wouldn't do anything. Then they gave me 40% off the flower price, but still kept my tip of $15.00 and a $5.00 handling charge, and taxes. Then they tell me how much they are losing on this order, and want me to pity them? Are you f'ing kidding me? Grow up and provide the service you said you could do, and if not, act accordingly. I told them good business is when you can't deliver you call the person who ordered, not the recipient---DUH! Also, if you can't fulfill the order on the date you said you could, you offer a refund or ship them later and see what the customer wants, as the customer is paying you for a service, and you did not complete the service. I beg anyone in their right mind, find a local flower shop and do not use this company. Good riddance to poor service. In addition when you click in their email to their website it says it isn't found. Something is truly shady about this company, and they should be shutdown if they aren't already.

I ordered flowers for Easter from several different florists. I used "Blossom Flower Delivery" for my son and wife and when the order was placed the order was to be delivered, as all the others, on Wednesday April 13th. Unfortunately, due to supply shortages, all orders were delayed by at least a day. Blossum said "next delivery day" which should have been the 14th. However, I received an email telling me that the flowers were still not able to be delivered and the day for delivery was now Saturday the 16th (the day before Easter) I called and was TOLD verbally that the flowers would be delivered on Saturday. Well Saturday came and went and so did Easter. I called regarding this problem (website for "refund" was not working on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (today) ) and was put on hold to have the representative tell me that the order would be delivered today. I explained that this is not acceptable, I sent the flowers FOR EASTER not the day after Easter. He then put me on hold and came back on to say that the delivery driver was not answering his calls and/or text message and that he would give me d$10.00 off of my $97.00 order if I would agree to have them delivered today.. I refused and demanded to have my money refunded. He said "well we can't do that since the flowers are out for delivery. I explained as nicely as possible, that this is not acceptable and I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me he was the supervisor and that he was going to put me on hold again... I said "DO NOT put me back on hold, just tell me what your going to do about my refund. He said not going to refund and put me back on hold. I hung up and called my credit card company. This is a short version of my 40 minutes on hold... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM...

Ordered a nice bouquet for $97.00 in morning day before a funeral in TX. They charged my card. In the afternoon got a random text saying they could not fulfill the order from a 971 area code. It stated for $22 more they could find another shop to deliver the flowers. I called the 877 # customer service and spoke to someone who sounded like they were outside in the wind and foreign. Could not clearly understand them. She said she could not reverse my charges but in 2-6 days once the Finance Dept handled it I would get my money back. I called an actual local florist shop to fulfill the order. The local florist shop said they were a scam and they are not a florist shop but call in orders to them to fulfill. She said they will not work with them.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on March 30th. They didn't come. On March 31st I called and cancelled the order since we were going out of town. On April 1st they were delivered to a empty house, sat outside in the cold and wind. They ended up all over the lawn, ruined. Called to get a refund and keep getting emails from someone who does not understand what I am saying or doesn't want to give the refund. last time using this scam company.

I called to order the calming comfort flowers for my grandmas funeral. When ordered I told the lady I wanted all flowers blue because that was my grandmas favorite color. They said ok. So I go to the viewing of my grandmother the flowers are there at the funeral home. They don’t look like the ones I ordered NOT EVEN ONE FLOWER WAS BLUE. They were pink white and yellow I called the company 800 number talked with Myra she told me to send pic of flowers so I emailed them. So I called today 4/1/22 day of funeral and she is trying to tell me she has never received email I said there is no way I sent it to you twice and she just kept going back and fourth then she wanted to give me a 7 dallor and something cent refund fund I refused then she was like oh wait I think I got the email she said I’m sorry they weren’t blue they must’ve been out well you could’ve told me that over the phone. Then I could’ve changed the color instead of sending me colors you choose so then she was like well I can give you 14 dallors and some change I said no that’s not what I ordered so I said you charged this and that and this and I gave you a 5 dallor tip she said well I can give you the tip back too so then offered 19.99 refund below I will put the flowers we supposed to have gotten to the ones that were delivered. I would t recommend any one to ever order from them ever they are a SCAM.the first pick is the order they sent us the pink white and yellow second pic is the flowers we ordered in blue. So they knew they sent the wrong ones and scamming people for their money

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, and they let you pick your date.
48 hours later her flowers are still not delivered!
When I called the shop, I was told that they didn't have any flowers and they were waiting for their supplier to deliver. Then I was told the flowers were on a delivery truck and going to be delivered before 6 pm. It was 75 degrees in AZ today, and when I asked how the flowers were kept fresh, I was told that the truck is ventilated, and the driver is spraying the flowers with water to keep them fresh and healthy.
The owner whose name is "Tim" is aware of the issues but his last can't be given out or his email address. Tim, you need to close your doors. Don't let people pick the date they want flowers delivered if you can't fulfill your orders. This place is family owned, really?
I have been lied to for 2 days and spent $70 for an Elegant Garden Bouquet, then an additional cost for delivery and tip to the driver... When I asked for a discount, I was offered a $10 credit for the next time! I will never use this place again.
Thankful this was only a birthday gift and not a wedding or funeral.
I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering from here!

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday almost 3 weeks in advance. She never got them. I called the day AFTER her birthday and was told they would have to contact the delivery driver? WTH? I have called them twice and still no refund. I will be seeking small claims with this one.

Terrible company.
They state in their website that they do same day delivery, which I paid for. Then they call me at the end of the day to let me know they have switched delivery to the next day due to some lack of fresh flowers issue. Flowers are a very emotional thing and in this case, the recipient was quite hurt about not having flowers on an occasion everyone else around her had received theirs. They didn't make sense anymore the next day and no amount of credit gift certificates will make up for that. It sucked for everyone. I also got a lot of attitude from the person on the phone, no options offered at all. Just bad.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend that was to be delivered 48 hours ago. The nice girl from Bangladesh explained that the driver got confused and may have delivered them to someone else's house and that a full investigation would commence. Yeah, right. She even called me back when I said not to bother and would cancel the charge on my card and then hung. She pleaded with me not to do that. Weird! It's probably cheaper and faster to grow your own, arrange it, and walk it over. They sure did collect a lot of personal information though.

Do yourself a favor, don't order from these people. My order was delivered to the wrong address, even though I received a confirmation of delivery. I called repeatedly for them to correct their mistake. It took a week of me calling them daily to resend the delivery.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend with same-day delivery. By the next day, they still had not been delivered. I called customer service see what was going on. They said their system indicated it had been delivered, but they would check with the delivery team to see what happened and send out a new bouquet within 24 hours.

36 hours later, still no delivery. I called to ask for a refund. They said that, if the flowers had not been delivered until 48 hours after my original call, then they would automatically refund my account. The next day (outside the 48-hour window), still no delivery and no refund.

I called them back to demand a refund, and they tried to go into the same song-and-dance that they would have to contact the delivery team and would send out a new bouquet. I told them that answer was unacceptable, relayed my story to them again, and demanded the refund. Jake, the customer service guy, finally said that a refund had been authorized and I should expect the refund notice with a couple of day.

A week later, it's been crickets. I have not heard a word from Blossom Flower Delivery about a refund. They never credited my payment method. I was only able to get my money back when I disputed the charge with Visa. Run away from this company.

This company is terrible. They will charge you, then charge you more, then NEVER actually fulfill the order. Avoid! I ordered flowers for a funeral a week ahead of time. The day of the funeral I received an email saying they would need $30 more because the flowers were not in stock. I called, spoke to them, authorized the additional money because there was no time to order from somewhere else. I was told I would get an emailed confirmation. I did not - my credit card was charged, but no confirmation email. I heard nothing more. I reached out to the funeral the day after the service since I got no notice that the flowers had been delivered. THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I wrote to the company asking what happened and received a reply that they had not been able to get the arrangement delivered to the funeral and that, now a day AFTER the service, I could have the flowers delivered somewhere else. I never would have even known they didn’t actually fulfill the order unless I had called to check! This is absolutely shameful, to fail to deliver funeral arrangements. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered flowers, for same day delivery online from them, they called me up and said that if i wanted to have the flowers delivered it would cost 20$ more. or i could have half the order for the price i paid. i told them to cancle the hole order because what Lize was saing did not make any sence. she told me it was cancled and i will get a confermation email, which i have not received yet. stay far away from this company.

My husband had ordered roses for Valentine’s Day;
, $170 , 5pm roles around and no flowers, at this point I’m emailing as I cannot call because when you do it rings once then a busy signal. My husband was on the phone for 1.5 hours trying to figure out a solution. They said they were being delivered and cannot cancel or refund order. The flowers were delivered at 10:15pm when we were all in bed and they froze over night. They weren’t even wrapped up. I sent emails, called, my husband called. They refused to send other flowers as they said there is a flower shortage, ya ok. It states on their website they will do that. Nope, offered us 30% refund which we have not seen. They are horrible to deal with, I hope no one else falls this bull [censored].

Similar experience to everyone posting here - ordered flowers because they came up as a local florist in New Jersey near my daughter's school. Day came and went, four phone calls with customer service, which were from numbers spoofing other local numbers near me including a hospital, and they said they were delivered, but they never were. Promised redelivery of another bouquet of flowers and balloons, never happened. The customer service is from the Phillipines, the company is impersonating a local business and using your own local area code to spoof numbers to call you back - they are a complete scam. Going to end disputing the charge with AmEx for the flowers, they will never issue a refund and now have my credit card info to boot. The site online should be taken down, it's fraud all the way.

Ordered plant in container shown on website by ph for delivery ASAP; advised that it would b same-day. Received text delivery delayed 3 days. Received 2nd text advising of substitute. Called twice and verified plant would b delivered. Discovered fresh cut were delivered in a BOX and co advised NO CREDIT !

I ordered flowers on Feb 13th for Valentine's Day the following day. Today is the 19th and I still do not have the flowers for my wife. You can't talk to anyone directly and I keel getting the "the order is being processed" runaround. Terrible establishment, looks like I'm going to have to put in a claim with my bank for the online purchase.
