Charged customer $200 for flower order, forwarded to my company as a $60 order with no reference info for what customer ordered. My company had to replace and they refuse to pay me for either order

This flower delivery company is a joke. As is my custom for important occasions, I ordered a "bunch of red alstroemerias" (and nothing else) for my 91-year old mother to greet her upon discharge from the hospital on the the day before New Year's Eve. Instead, my mother received some white tulips and other white flowers, none of which was an alstroemeria. Until he died in 1995, my father gave my mother alstroemerias every Friday with this loving message: "I'll still marry you" (yes, that's phonetically the same as the flower's name)! Promptly upon delivery of the incorrect delivery, I contacted Blossom and was told that, indeed, they substituted the alternate white flowers because they didn't have alstroemerias. (But they didn't contact me beforehand.) The company offered a 10% credit. I suggested that the company deliver my original order or give me a full credit (and we would return the incorrect delivery). They said the best they could do was a 25% credit! My mother was quite disappointed. Obviously, I'll never use Blossom again. In a word, this company is a JOKE! And it doesn't deserve any stars. By the way, here's the company's refund policy (as set forth on its website), which they don't seem to otherwise acknowledge:

"Refund Policy -- At Blossom Flower Delivery, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and product does not comply with our Substitution Policy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to begin the refund or return process ... If product is not available we will arrange for re-delivery of product that is equal or greater value. Full refunded will be given upon return of the product within seven 7 days."

There was not a single correct thing about this order. The delivery date was late. The promise date was 12/22 between 8am and 8pm. The flowers showed up 12/23 around 10:30 am. The card was signed by a random person and not in my name. The birthday flowers purchased in the birthday section showed up a day late as a Christmas arrangement. The balloon also purchased was not with the flowers. I called the shop that fulfilled the order, she told me they do not offer balloons at there shop! They are offering customers items that they can not fulfil and then stiffing them on a refund. Blossom flower delivery offered me a refund of $5 and a $10 coupon for a next purchase. That does not even cover the cost of the balloon I purchased. There excuse for the refund is they fulfilled the order to value regardless if correct. The Flowers were late, not what I ordered, the card signed by a random person and the balloon purchased was not there. Everything about this order was wrong and I am just looking for blossom flower to do what is right. I am sorry to be a pest but I am truly unhappy with what is going on.

Reported to FTC the following: I found a florist company on-line that accepted a same day delivery for my sister's birthday on Saturday, December 17, 2022 in Jackson WY. The order did not arrive. I replied via email (from email order confirmation) telling them it was not received. I received an email reply saying their support team was not available on weekends and yet I received two emails and calls to my cell phone over the weekend telling me they were not able to fill the order but could deliver on Monday, December 19, 2022 with expedited delivery in the A.M.. I then received another voice mail telling me they could not fill the order on Monday and could fill it on Tues. December 20, 2022. Then I received a call (I answered) and they had another excuse for not filling the order but could fill it by Christmas if I paid more for handling at which time I said NO and I demanded they refund my $73.73. They gave me an excuse that they could not refund for about 6 days and I told them that was not satisfactory and that they better refund immediately and I was reporting them to the Federal Consumer Protection and BBB. I have also notified my bank.

I ordered an arrangement on December 11 to be delivered on December 22. I got a message December 22 at 3:58 PM telling me it wouldn’t be delivered till December 28. I called and they said there’s nothing that they can do about it they couldn’t even change the arrangement to be sent.

I ordered flowers online December 4. They were supposed to be delivered December 5. They lied and said they delivered the flowers. My friend never received the flowers. They refused to give me a refund.

Contacted Blossom Flowers on Dec.5/22 and placed an order for a sympathy basket (as shown on their website) to be delivered Dec.7/22. I asked if that basket was available and was told ‘yes’. Flowers were never delivered. I received a phone call from Whitehorse Flowers on Dec.8 telling me they just received the order and can’t deliver the flowers as they have no drivers that day. I arranged to meet this person and got the flowers she arranged. She was told by Blossom Flowers to do what she could for $80. I had paid Blossom Flowers $147. The flowers in no way resembled the flowers I ordered. I asked for a full refund and was only given 30% plus the service and delivery charges. I was not able to speak to a Manager or anyone in charge. This is Dec.14. I’m still waiting for my refund. CAUTION: AVOID DEALING WITH BLOSSOM FLOWERS.

Scammer will charge online for flower delivery. Delivery will not be made, when called scammer will apologize and send a $5 coupon off next purchase. This is just a scam

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday for a delivery one Friday. No delivery, no calls, no emails. I contact them via website at 8pm. I get an email that they are short staffed and short supplies so they will deliver the next day. Saturday comes and goes and still no delivery and no communication. Conveniently their customer service is closed until Monday. They charged my credit card with no problems but can't seem to deliver the product. Fraud! Theft! Don't use this company. There are plenty of other florists out there.

I wish I had checked their BBB rating before ordering. It’s an “F” by the way.

Looked up flower shop for Bolder Creek, CA. The Blossom website showed up. Called them with order that was not delivered after multiple attempts on my part to have them fulfill my order.. The customer service department kept telling me they had to pass me on to next person in company to address concerns or to look in to what happened to my order all to way to having to speak to the driver who was not "at work" yet. Received an email with a transcript of my call which became heated at times. The email did not include the transcript. Thought this might be an attempt to influence my choice to go to credit card company to cancel order and to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered flowers on a Thursday to be delivered Friday. I got an email saying they don’t have the flowers needed that day. The following day I got an email saying they couldn’t deliver until Tuesday. I tried endlessly to contact them to no avail. Finally someone called me Monday and tried to offer $5 off a $110 bouquet. I said no I want to cancel and get a refund to which they said okay. The flowers ended up being delivered a week after I ordered anyways and no refund was issues. They are still refusing to refund saying the flowers were delivered. We will be reporting them as a fraudulent company to our credit card. Terrible business that clearly is out to scam. Once you order beware they will not deliver when promised and take your money even if they say they’ll cancel and refund

I ordered some flowers ($112.23) to be delivered on September 30th. I received confirmation that they were delivered and my card was charged. I found out over a week LATER that they NEVER were delivered. I contacted the company and they just kept sending nonsensical responses...over and over. I kept getting the run around. They kept saying I had emailed multiple times so they were closing my issue and needed me to respond to the open ticket. NO ONE would help me or resolve the issue! I did more research and found them on facebook. TONS of people have written about how they are a SCAM. This business is FRAUDULENT. It needs to be fined and shut down!

Looking for floral arrangement online. This website popped up for my area. Ordered flowers and they said they needed an additional payment. I got suspicious and did more research finding out it was a scam.

I was under the impression late one night that I was ordering from a local shop named The Blossom Shop as I'm on deployment. I never got a confirmation email or anything. I called the local flower shop the day I was supposed to have a delivery and a woman named Kendra answered and I asked about my order, and they didn't find I was in their system, but I was able to make an order and they were telling me how it's been an ongoing thing where customers will order off this site similar to theirs. I called up The Blossom and the lady who answered said her name was just Net. I explained I'd like to cancel my order as no one would be home and I was being dodged, but I held my ground and they said they'll have to get in touch with their driver. A few minutes later I get a call from a 603-934-2060 which is a NH number which I thought was weird. I answer and it was Net. They said we could move forward with the cancellation as the driver hasn't left to deliver anything yet. As we were talking about me getting a cancellation email (which I got) I was disconnected. I called that 603 number back and it was the Concord Hospital in Concord, NH. They were spoofing the number. I'm unsure if I lost any PII at this moment so I'm leaving that question as a No and Yes if I lost money as I don't know if I'll get my money back.

The floral arrangement was NOTHING like what I ordered. A day late delivery. No integrity in making this right. Horrible customer service. Totally screwed me over. I would NEVER recommend this scam of a company to anyone. I can't believe that they are allowed to stay in business and keep scamming people.

Below is what I ordered (and deluxe). Pic is what was received. Paid almost 100$ USD!

I am furious, they did they same to me today. Disgusting that they can stay in business.

Ordered flowers to be deliverd to my daughter for her 30th birthday. Online tracking said it was delivered. But they were NOT. Debited my checking account right away. Called thier number and got the run around, "the driver said he delivered", "did she check the porch?" Yes she checked! I started asking questions, like what florist made the arrangement?, where did the flowers come from ? What is your address of your headquarters? No answers to any of these questions. He sensed my anger and call was dropped. He (customer service rep) did call me right back and the caller ID said "St. Joseph Medical". Which is a legit business here in Kansas City, and I tried calling him out on that too! He laughed. Then I asked for a refund, and he responded that they have to enter a "Ticket" and investigate first which could take 24-48 hours. So now I am waiting. They did send me an email that is being investigated. Even had my son call and question the order he got the same answers. All reps have foreign east asia accents.

HORRIBLE! I ordered flowers for a Friday delivery. They called on Fri and said they had to substitute what I wanted. No discount offered. I was told my delivery would still be Fri. Late in day, message that it will be Saturday. I called and women on phone was unbelievable rude. Sat is only a day late. Saturday evening got a message saying Tuesday. We are 5 days out from the day. This was important to me. Phone lady rude again. It took me 20 minutes to cancel. I still don't have the refund ($75) but they finally offered me $5 discount, I had to order from another sight so niw I'm $147 in and Blossom could care less. STAY AWAY

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered flowers for a funeral. I received a call, right after placing my order, letting me know there were delivery issues with their shipment and they did not have the flowers on hand for what I had ordered. I was advised I could get a "Designer Choice" bouquet, but it would be an additional $18 charge. The only question I had was whether or not it would still arrive by the next day, as I had paid additional funds, for immediate delivery. I was guaranteed it would arrive on time. Of course.. it did not. It was left at the back door two days AFTER the funeral.

When I contacted them to complain they stated the deliver had been made. I had two orders I had placed and only one was delivered. I had to contact them multiple times and explain, over and over, that I had paid extra because they had a shipment issue and I had to take something other than what I had ordered, but I was guaranteed it would arrive on time and I wanted a refund. They kept insisting it was delivered.

Once again I contacted them with the order numbers and advised I wanted a refund or some sort of compensation for the delivery I had paid extra for, and here is the response I received:

The order that was delivered on the 26th was the order 1123801 this cost $110.97 the other one is the 1123812 which cost $118.48. We apologize for the late delivery we had supply issue the reason why there is a delay on the delivery. Please accept our apology. thank you.

NO. I will not accept your apology, but I will make sure to never order from you again and warn others not to as well.
