BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY .com Never again! I ordered flowers for my mother that is going through cancer surgery on August 22nd. If I wanted the flowers delivered next day there was a $12.99 charge, so I picked two days for the $9.99 delivery fee. Flowers were scheduled to be delivered on August 24th, and they never showed up. I called looking for my order on August 25th, and I was told they tried to call me and spoke to a man named Sebastian letting me know that my flower delivery got moved to August 26th. This is complete lies, I gave them my cell phone number, I do not know a man named Sebastian. Now looking over my order I noticed I was charged the $12.99 and not the $9.99 for delivery fees. I requested for a delivery fee refund. After almost an hour on the phone they agreed to give me $5 dollars back on the delivery fee. I said what about the extra $3 dollars I was charged. I was told to be happy with getting anything back from them. I still do not see the refund on my credit card for the $5 dollars they said they would give me and my mother still hasn’t received the flowers I ordered for her. Never order from this company. They are liars and deceivers. They overcharge and under deliver! They do not take care of their paying customers. I wish I can give them zero stars. I wish I found reviews online before ordering from them. But I went off of their FAKE generated reviews on their website of five stars. Going back to their website, there is no option to leave a review on their website, so that means all of their five star reviews on their website are FAKE! I hope the next person finds these reviews and stays away from this flower delivery company.

I ordered flowers to be delivered. I paid an expedited fee for same day delivery. The flowers were never delivered. I called and they said they just checked with the driver and the vase broke. The customer service rep said the broken vase was sitting in front of him. However the company is based out of California and the delivery was in North Carolina. Was told the flowers would be replaced and delivered first thing the next day. They were again not delivered. I called and was told the business they were to deliver the flowers to was closed at 1pm (not true). I called multiple times and tried to get a refund but they would not do so.

I ordered flowers on 8/16 to be delivered the same day. I was promised that it would be done and was told I was speaking with a local florist. They are definitely not local even though customer service lies and says they are.
To start, the flowers were not delivered on that day, I was told it was the drivers fault and could not contact him and he did not complete his logs. I was very disappointed and was then told the delivery would be made first thing in the morning with a letter of apology explaining the flowers were to be delivered the day before. I was also told that the arrangement would be upgraded to make up for the mistake. Again all lies, they were not delivered in the morning, in fact they were delivered at the last minute right before 6 pm. Not only that but the arrangement was much smaller then the original order, not bigger. This is a terrible way to do business, to pose as a local company and to keep lying to your customers. Customer service is rude, they hang up on you when you tell them you know they aren’t actually where they say they are. Super dishonest and a total scam. I hope they get shut down

Placed order on 8/12/22 for an 8/13/22 delivery. They said I would receive a delivery notification.
Never received the notification, order never delivered and they will not provide a credit because they can't contact their "driver" to confirm. All BS and getting the runaround.
They are all foreigners and very difficult to understand. They all claim they are located in the exact town of the delivery recipient, but they claim they are not permitted to give out the address.
I was dealing with a Mira, then a Diego, then Victoria, then Han. All gave me the run around.
My attorney is now suing them and I have a dispute with my CC company.

I ordered flowers online from this company to be delivered to a friend who had just lost her dog. They were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday August 10. I received an email from this company that night saying the order wasn't delivered and would be delivered the next day. The next day they still weren't delivered so I called the company and the lady said the order shows the flowers were in the delivery van but she couldn't get in touch with the driver. She left a message and the guy should be calling her back soon, then she would call me. She never called me. I called again on Friday and apparently spoke with the "owner of the company" and he said it's a small business in Massachusetts and they only have three delivery drivers, yet he can't get in touch with any of them. He also couldn't cancel my order because he needs to do an investigation that takes 48 hours to do. He has no idea where my delivery is. I looked at the status of the order online and it says the money has been processed, but that the flower arrangement hasn't even been made yet. I begged him to please cancel my order and he refused because he has to do his investigation. That's all he kept repeating to me, like it was from a script. When I went to report this business to the BBB, the form asked for a physical address for this business, when I looked it up on their website, it's in California. This is not a small local business in MA. Beware, don't order flowers here unless you want to lose your money!!

Ordered flowers through this company and they said they would be delivered before 1:00. The flowers were never delivered and told me they could deliver the next day. This was after I called at 9:00 to confirm.

I called again at 4:00 and unable to understand what they were saying. However, it was not professional and still no flowers. I then called (under same name/not affiliated) the blossom flowers in Yonkers. They told me they get calls every day all day about this company being fraudulent. Bottom line; do not order flowers online from this company. At all. Call your local florist only… this is a total scam. I have notified my bank..

Stay away from BlossomFlowerDelivery.com. I sent flowers to a friend on a same day delivery. The delivery was on Saturday, my friend told me that the flowers were not fresh on Sunday. I called them on Monday morning. To my surprise, they were asking for pictures of the flowers. Without the pictures, they will only offer a 10% discount.   My question is, what is the point of asking for a picture after three days of delivery?    Buy from somewhere else if you want fresh flowers.   BlossomFlowerDelivery.com does not even deserve one star.

I used Blossom Flower Delivery to send flowers for a loved one's funeral in Abilene, Texas. Pamela Casey died Tuesday, July 19 2022. I live in Germany and had been on an Italy vacation when it happened. Pam was also the mother of my child. I was devastated and sent flowers to Girdner Funeral Home for the funeral utilizing Blossom Flower Delivery. First, they opted to substitute an item, holding up delivery hinged on my confirmation, which I gave. After that, the flowers never arrived. Then, the recipients of the flower called me back, announcing all efforts to clear up the issue was met with subterfuge and constant hangups. Any contact over the phone did not solve the issue; and the company would not re-send the flowers, or refund the $196.45 I'd paid. The family is distraught having lost Pam, as am I. Ordered flowers on 7/2 to be delivered on 7/4 received email could not make delivery due to Covid shortage new date 7/5 when fresh flowers would be available no delivery on 7/5 sent email and tried to call got response that another delay they would upgrade my flowers and refund my expediting fee new delivery date is set for 7/8 and I am sure they will not be delivered at that point I will dispute my credit card charge. Oh and they said in the email once I accept the upgrade I can not cancel or change my order that’s a big [censored] you if I ever heard one. Do NOT do business with this shady company. Their website is pure [censored].

I ordered flowers for my parents and received an email saying they were delivered. I called my parents and they did not receive the flowers. I called customer service and was told they would investigate the matter and get back to me. I have called back multiple times and have been told I could not receive a refund, as the investigation was still open. My call got disconnected and when they called me back, they used numbers from the New Britain Hospital. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Will promise flower delivery and none are delivered. Call for money back and will put you on hold for 38 minutes. Then you will get disconnected. Every time I ask for my money back I get put on hold. The refuse to refund my money

I had a special day approaching and was very hope full that my special someone remembered me and was sending me flowers. For a week I kept getting text messages that a delivery was coming to me but will be delayed and would arrive promptly the next day. My special day came and went with no delivery. I called my special someone to tell them that I never got anything and about the text messages. I sure home they got their money back.

Horrible ! Bait and switch . Completely different bouquet arrived . Late . I paid extra to rush the flowers and that didn’t matter . They said it’s Covid Is why the supplies were so limited. That’s fine but don’t advertise the bouquets your do if they arnt available . After spending $100 and unable to track and get updates they said they would give $7 back to me ….. slap in the face . NEVER using them again .

I was embarrassed when I received a picture of the flowers that they delivered for my friend’s father’s funeral. They charged me 204$ in USD and delivered a tiny vase with a handful of flowers. They have no mention of the currency on their site either. Their customer support is useless and did not care about my request. Do not use them. $275Cad for flowers that you can buy for $50Cad at any local shop. Stay away

Clearly not surprised by how many complaints about this company. My boyfriend paid $175 for flowers to delivered expedited for my birthday before noon on Monday May 30th and they have never been delivered. I have called 3 times and sent 3 emails.

Please file a complaint with BBB in California. The parent corporate name is Lime Vizio and they operate under several names for online floral delivery. Also take a few minutes and file a complaint with California Trade Commission-Online Scam Division. It’s the State version of FTC that protects consumers and goes after these companies.

Also, these are the owners of Lime Vizio based in Van Nuys California. Both are Russian and would not surprise me if this is a shell money laundering mafia crime family organization. MOZESYUK SERGEY & TIMUR KREMENETSKIY.

We have to stop these crooks from continuing to scam innocent victims.

Absolute sham. Delivered flowers 2 days before they were scheduled. They sat in the Florida heat and then the florist argued they were delivered on 5/2/22 when they were actually delivered on 4/30/22 when no one was home. My neighbor delivered them to me on 5/2 at 8:30 am and said she picked them off my porch after seeing them there two days. Blossom florist was graceous enough to offer a $5.00 credit towards the $100 worth of dead flowers. They SUCK.

You have been warned! I ordered flower for my sick grandmother for Mothers Day a week and half in advanced! I paid over $80 for her flowers very expensive and I understand because it’s a holiday. Then the day before Mother’s Day I get an email canceling my order saying they were out of stock and will deliver my flowers on the 11th! That is 4 days after Mother’s Day! I asked them to refund me half or enough money since it’s 4 days late and it’s not a holiday anymore.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for $79.99 ( red tulips in a white vase with ribbon!) and paid delivery fee and taxes. The company sent the flowers two days late and they were yellow in a drinking glass. The company even called the designing florist and told them to create a $65 bouquet! Ripping me off! Not sending what I ordered and wouldn’t return calls!!!

I ordered sympathy flowers from this company and the delivery was delayed. That was 5 days ago. I just received a form email, and it took a while to be able to speak to someone live. They have no compassion, or empathy, lack integrity and respect and have no business ethics. I cannot believe that I have to research flower companies for scam artists, especially when you're grieving. Shame on the company and the people running this scam. I hope Karma is a b[censored]! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE this company EVER. I ordered sympathy flowers and the delivery kept being delayed. They just sent a form email and when I was able to speak to a customer service rep, they only offered a $10 discount and promised the delivery would happen the same day. FIVE days later, no delivery and I demanded a refund ASAP. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL TELL THE WORLD WHAT THEY DID TO ME AND WARN OTHERS. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I CAN NOT BELIEVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS PREY ON PEOPLE IN NEED OF FLOWERS FOR FUNERALS AND SYMPATHY.
