Looked like a legit website to order flowers and have them delivered. I called and ordered from 3 different websites. As soon as I paid and got off the phone, they sent me an email stating there isn't a driver/ or the supplies to deliver the flowers that I had ordered to a child's wake. This very same incident happened 2 other times the exact same way. I even verified and asked if they were sure there was a driver to deliver because I felt scammed on the previous 2 orders I had tried to place with other flower delivery services. She placed me on hold to supposedly ask a driver, came back and said yes it would be delivered the next day for sure. We hung up, and immediately I received an email saying sorry they didn't have a driver and I will be refunded 2-5 days.

Placed online order for flower delivery. Weeks later, Flowers were never delivered. Instead contacted by Chinese AI chatbots. Credit card number stolen shortly after.

THE BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY is a SCAM AND THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I ordered sympathy flowers worth $80 on the website. I got an email confirmation informing me my flowers were delivered. I called the recipients to see if flowers were delivered and they were not. After talking with 2 customer service people, I realized I was being scammed. I asked for the business address since they pose as a delivery and store front shop. Customer service rep said "We cannot provide that information" which I thought was really strange. This fake company uses multiple tactics to pose as a true business....

-text confirmation/communication

-email confirmation/communication

-phone call customer representatives

There is no address of the business. There are many reviews and complaints with the same experience. This is not okay, especially when going through a hard time like a death in the family.

Ordered flowers for delivery to las cruces N.M. paid for the flowers as well as an additional fee of 10.00 to insure early Saturday 1-6-24 delivery. A week prior to delivery date I re ieved a text message saying they dont have the materials necessary for the arrangement. They would require 40.00 to pay a partner florest to make the arrangement. They just needed my credit card info to complete the transaction. I asked them to put a balance due on my account and I would pay it off there. This would not work for them, they texted 3 more times requesting my credit card info to pay off the additional funds. They offered to cover half of the additional fees, but still wanted my card info. I tried to cancel the order completely which brought a phone call, and they agreed to send something to the flower recipient next week. I checked the reviews for this company and over 700 customers have been scammed by these people.

I ordered flowers on 11/14/23 to be delivered on 11/17/23. I found out the first of December the flowers were never delivered. I asked for a refund. No refund has been issued. I've gotten the run around multiple times from multiple people.

I ordered flowers on 11/14/23 to be delivered on 11/17/23. I spoke with Myra on 12/7 and asked for a copy of the final invoice to be emailed to me. I then found out the flowers were not delivered. When I asked why they weren’t delivered, she said the exact flowers were not in stock and I should have received an email. I did not receive an email. I also asked for a credit to our account in full. I spoke with someone else on 12/8 but failed to get her name. I hadn't received the email with the copy of the invoice or credit so I requested it again. I asked her to send it to my personal email, [email protected], since we were having difficulty with it coming through my work mail. I did receive the invoice this time and discovered it was for $83.73 rather than $90.23. It was short the $6.50 tip for the driver, but our charge card reflects the total charge of $90.23. She spoke to their finance department and my understanding was I was supposed to receive an email later that same day with the correction and the credit.

On 12/11, I spoke with Ang and asked for the corrected invoice to be emailed to me, as well as the credit. The invoice that was emailed is in the same amount of $83.73. She spoke with the finance department also and told me she would email me the corrected copy, as well. She also said I should be getting an email with the credit information soon. I’m not sure what this means, but I still need a copy of an invoice showing the credit for our finance department.

I have spoken to them on the phone three times now and emailed multiple times. I have a sense of urgency because we are a nonprofit, the flowers were not delivered yet we were charged, there’s a different amount on the invoice and our finance department is waiting on the corrected copy as well as the credit. I also have not gotten answers from the emails I sent and unfortunately, it took several phone calls to get the invoice copy I requested, which was in the wrong amount.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Scammer website has no live person or option to speak to someone or to cancel an order. Its a robotic voice system only, no options.

Tried to buy flowers for a funeral, and was called the day of delivery and requested more money for the order that was already paid for. After which they said they would provide an different arrangement of equal value, and we said we wanted what was depicted. They wouldn't offer a refund, we cancelled the order through the website, and when we called back to verify that it had been cancelled, and they ended up without warning putting us on hold indefinitely (>30 min we waited).

I'm not sure if I've chosen the best/correct options to this point, but here is my info. I googled for flower delivery in Kelowna & it popped up options. The one at the top of the list for me was "#1 florist in Kelowna BC", clicked on the link, it says "seving Kelowna for over 30 years" & "delivered by a local Kelowna, BC florist" & showed a map with a pin in Kelowna. I now know I MISTAKENLY thought I was ordering local & realize their wording was actually clues that I did not pick up on. I placed an order, received an online recipt that said $65 (not CDN or USD, just $65 - I have a screenshot), the day the flowers were being delivered I rec'd a text saying that the original bouquet I ordered was not available but they could get another one delivered for a bit more money, had to call in to give them my VISA #, I called & the guy who answered said he needed to transfer me to another person, I then asked are you a local Kelowna co. (as it seemed odd an florist would even have multiple people to deal with stuff) & he said YES. I did the add, the flowers were delivered, the person receiving them texting she had gotten them & they were very lovely. A day or two later I was looking at my VISA statement & I noticed I was overcharged. I called to let them know & the woman who answered said oh no, there was no error, you were billed in USD. I said why would a local Kelowna co. be charging me USD? She said our warehouse is in the States......& then it dawned on me. I'd been duped. I said where does it say USD I never saw that anywhere, she said once you click on a product it then shows in little letters that it is in USD. Not on the front of the website, not on the pictures with original pricing, I didn't see it when I clicked & chose a product, it didn't show up on my receipt. So, at this point, I feel like they are purposefully deceiving people placing orders, takiing business away from actual local florists & chargin in USD. So I emailed the Kelowna chamber of commerce, they suggested I reach out to you. I spoke to one of your reps who said report the business, I said the business is not listed, she said use the scam tracker. So here I am, is there any way to call this company out? Warn other people that the way they've set up their website seems pretty intentional to deceive someone rather than make it clear your actually NOT ordering from a Kelowna BC co.? I hate the thought that I didn't actually get to give my business to someone in Kelowna. And I'm not sure if my voice here can do anything, but maybe there's lots of other people too & collectively our voice might mean something/be able to help someone else from being tricked? I don't know if reaching out to Consumer Matters on Global news might be of any value? Thanks

Ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered the following Tuesday. Originally paid $70.00.

They called Monday and let me know that they would need an additional $20.00 for them to be able to deliver them because their supplier did not have the flowers and they needed to use a different florist.

Paid the additional $20.00 for a total of $90.00 and the flowers were never delivered.

This company has you pay upfront which we did 2 weeks prior to a funeral. Purchased 3 funeral spreads and wreaths from this company. The day of the funeral when the delivery promised was to be 1pm they 9am they send a text saying the supplier did not deliver and they need more money to fulfill the order. Once you panic because the funeral is In a few hours you have no choice but to pay the money. They did not deliver the flowers until after the funeral. Each order had a different excuse. See examples. When I went on yelp reviews it was a 1 star with so many other people scammed. They are praying on the weakness and vulnerability of people in their grieving moments. Here are some examples.

Ordered from website , no flowers were sent or delivered. They use a chat ai to answer questions. They charged a (5.99 )rush delivery fee but item was never delivered at all. The website “tracker “ is down. The phone number you call places you on permanent hold.

- Tower City, PA, USA

First of all, there was no address, only the website and a phone number, but they claimed there was a florist in the area where I wanted them to be delivered. Flowers were for my brother-in-laws Funeral. They confirmed my order was received, but no other communication later that were being delivered. The flowers never delivered. I checked my order on the site, it said they were “Intransit” by end of day. The funeral was in the morning! No one answered my email, and the phone number was automated. I called the phone number the next day, on hold for awhile, automated said one person in front of me, and next automated voice said everyone else was busy because of the volume of calls.

Company says they could place my order. Then they said their local shop couldn’t fulfill the order but they outsource it for $30 more. the rep said they have local shop but when I asked for the address she gave me a fake one. I then suspected a scam because I called again and they gave me another fake store address. The reps say they aren’t taking walk-in customers. They also said there’s no way to contact a manager. Please update me

This site promotes itself as a local flower delivery vendor. I placed an order, paid for an expedited delivery for the same day, and received a confirmation number. A couple of hours later, I tried tracking my order, and it kept telling me the other did not exist. I tried calling them and got a local phone provider recording saying that the number is not currently taking calls. I tried reporting the issue on their site or even emailing them, and again, it said the order did not exist. The charge on my statement was immediately made, so I got worried. While waiting for a call back from my bank, I contacted several local shops and was able to place another order with a real shop. During one of these calls, I came to find out my other to this site was posted to one of them, and the shop declined it as the price charged was not accurate to the arrangement I ordered. After that conversation, I searched and found many complaints online of people telling similar stories (these did not come up when I initially found the site). I found out that they operate by posing as a seller, promoting arrangements to a specific price, and then pitching the order to local flower shops - which is not mentioned on their site. The problem is that because of the price they offer, many times, it does not match the type of arrangement. So the flower shops that actually take the order end up delivering a completely different arrangement - many times of lower quality. I placed the order at 10:30 a.m. ET. I finally got a hold of them by 5 pm ET, and they dared to say my order was going to be on its way soon and delivered by 8 pm. I obviously said no, canceled the order, and asked for a refund. The person who "helped" me put me on hold, saying she was going to try to get ahold of the driver to stop the delivery, which again made no sense and was different from what I was told a minute before. It was a 5-minute call, with no other resolution than them sending an email saying, "We are now working on the cancellation of your order. You will receive an update from us for your refund once processed". I asked about the refund, and she said might take six business days. I am still reporting this to my bank, but I truly think this company's site and way of operating is deceiving from start to finish.

I am 83 years old and wanted to send my son-in-law flowers after surgery. I found this website and ordered the Flower Power basket of flowers. I also paid for next day delivery even though this was already an expensive gift but I felt it was worthwhile. Instead, I spent the day stressed that they were never delivered. My daughter eventually found them after searching the property as they were dropped off late evening without any notification, not even ringing the door bell. More disappointing it was not even close to what I ordered, no basket just a plain vase of carnations? Certainly not worth $75, maybe $10. My daughter called immediately to complain/return flowers but not surprisingly was unable to reach anyone. She has now spent 3 weeks trying to help me get a refund but we have only received random emails requesting a "response"? We don't know to what as I have neither received my refund nor any other communication. Today she finally called the customer service number only to be told that they would only refund $17 & provide two $10 coupons for future orders? Outrageous! Please warn others; DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEIVES!!!!!!!!! In hindsight I now see that they do not provide any physical address so it is impossible to do a google review. It appears I can't upload the image of what I received. I would be happy to share...

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister at her hotel. The flowers did not arrive when they said they would arrive. I called the company the next morning and they kept giving me the run around about that they needed to contact the delivery driver to see what would happen and they would get back to me. This was all day Saturday and they kept saying the same things each time I called. Monday, 9/18 they said they were still working on this issue. Today, 9/20 they said the flowers were delivered although I told them to cancel the order on Saturday.

Posting as an online floral company. I've tried emailing and calling. When i call, the line drops and hangs up. Account was charged but flowers were never delivered

I got scammed too! Was in a hurry to get flowers delivered to my grieving sister so didn't research the company first which would have deterred me for sure!
A complete scam as you may know now by all these reviews.
They emailed me 2 hrs after the order to tell me they wouldn't be delivered that day but the next. And then on the following day they emailed and asked for more money and would not be delivering for ANOTHER day! I only ordered them because they promised same day delivery.
They also appeared to be a "local" flower shop but they are not they are just a company that buys flowers from other places in the city you are wanting and apparently they NEVER deliver when they say OR for the cost you originally pay!
They shouldn't be allowed to be in business. I hope they go bankrupt conning people like this.

I can't tell where the company is from as it's an online business with no address listed. I ordered flowers on Tuesday for delivery on Saturday. On Sunday I was notified, both via email and by cell, that the flowers had not been delivered because the supply didn't come in, but they could work with a partner company to have flowers delivered if I'll agree to pay $5 more and I said ok. They said it would be charged to the same card used when I initially placed my order and the order would be delivered on Monday. They asked if I was in agreement with that and I reluctantly said yes. See email received below:

"Hi ******* ********,

We are writing to inform you that we are having a problem with our supplies. We did not receive deliveries. We decided to have it made by our partner florist to avoid further delays. We are writing to ask for an additional $5.00. Our partner florist actually needed $10.00 and as compensation, we just rendered our profit for this order and only needed the remaining $5.00 to proceed and deliver tomorrow Monday, August 21, 2023.

If you approved the additional charge, please let us know if we should use the same card details you used when you placed the order. We greatly appreciate your business and wait for your response.

Sincerely,

Today is Monday. I went to check the progress of my order online and the customer service link isn't moving to show me any progress, only that the order was received. Another customer service link found under Manage Your Account - Track my order ("support.blossomflowerdelivery.com") it says my order is in transit and should be delivered by the end of day today. We'll see. I tried calling the number in the box on this claim, but I couldn't get through. I found a text message from Aug. 2021 where I had the same problem; however, a floral arrangement was eventually delivered but didn't look anything like what I had ordered, it didn't even have any roses in the order that I had specifically requested and paid extra for. I said in my text I would never use them again, but I forgot about that experience until I experienced the same thing again. It isn't the end of the day, so I don't know if an arrangement has been received by the recipient. The recipient lives in ********, Idaho, and I live in *** ****, California. The company doesn't have my SSN, only my name, my address and my debit card number used to pay for the flowers, which is bad/risky enough.
