I live in Bozeman. My friend from out of state tried to send my flowers from blossomflowers.com, which states on their website that they work with local florists in Bozeman for delivery. They did not deliver on the day my friend ordered the flowers for. That day, they sent me a text message asking me to click a link to accept the gift; I did not click the link.

The next day Blossom Flowers sent my friend an email stating that there is a supply chain issue and they will need an additional $45 to deliver the flowers and she should call them to approve the charge to her credit card. She called to cancel the order - they would not cancel it and just kept stating that she needs to pay $45 more and hanging up on her. She is in contact with her bank to cancel the charge.

I received a text message telling me that the item I ordered at 94.96 total. would cost $312, but they would take a loss in profit and let me have it for an additional $156. When I called to decline their offer I was told that it would take 3 to 6 days on their end to process the refund plus however many days the banking institution would take.

We are writing to inform you that we are having issues locating a driver and supplies going to this area. The good news is we found a supplier who can send us the products. Their prices are higher than expected. We are writing to ask for additional $156 We actually needed $312 and as compensation, we just rendered our profit for this order and only needed the remaining $156 to proceed. If you approve this additional amount please call us so that we can prioritize your order. We greatly appreciate your business and wait for your response.

Tried to order up a nice plant arrangement for a relative's mother's funeral. I hit "Blossom Flower Delivery", not even realizing it was a SPONSORED LINK. Ordered a plant; could not get the progress of order link to work, tried phoning the very next day; the phone number is bogus, can't talk to anyone. It hangs up itself! Checked my bank, yep they'd taken the $$$; I bank at a very small local bank, who couldn't stop the transaction. But you can bet I am going to put a freeze on my account and get a new debit card. Anyway, NOW I have a smug smarmy email that says "my order was delivered" yesterday afternoon; I am waiting on a call back from the funeral home to confirm/deny this. I'm so mad I'm spitting nails, first at MYSELF for clicking a "sponsored link" when I know better, secondly that these a-hole companies DO this to people! UGH.

This business claimed same day delivery, and four days later still nothing. When I called to complain for the fourth time, they finally had the local grocery store deliver something totally ridiculous. NOT $88 worth of value. Comical actually. Called my credit card company to complain of a scam and they are reimbursing me for this. I found out too late that there are many such people being ripped off. Do not use (877) 414-7903, unless you are into self abuse or anger management practice.

Called a local florist near my sister's house in Salisbury, NC. I support local businesses and I wanted fresh delivered. I ordered from a picture on a website. A cute white basket with colorful flowers, 5 bright balloons and I ordered an extra Mylar balloon. I asked for an AM delivery. The next day late afternoon a glass vase with standard flowers arrived. I immediately tried to call and it said I was 15th in line and to hold. Wasted hours trying to reach someone. Next day I reach someone and they offered 20% refund. Unacceptable. They became rude and disrespectful and hung up. I did a chargeback on my credit card and promised to report them.

Ordered a $90 bouquet of flowers. Picture advertised was a huge mix of roses and mums and assorted flowers and greens. What arrived were 12 daisies that died within 3 days. When customer service was contacted via email on their website for issues with a delivery they were ignored. When they were emailed directly there were a few responses but then eventually ignored. I was advised that the supplies for the flowers I ordered were not in stock - that is a classic bait and switch scam.

Sent me a text stating having problem with supplies and said they reached a partner florist to ask for assistance however they had to pay this partner $40.00 and said they paid $20.00 and request that I send the remaining $20.00 so they can pay the florist and process my flower order. A horrible way to run a business. I never responded. I reported the text as junk and canceled my order and also shut down my card… This has been going on too long so please shut this business down. I am not the only one that has been taken…

I ordered flowers from The Blossom to be sent to a church for a funeral on Sat., May 13 in Mackinaw City, MI. On May 31st, by chance I learned the family never received the flowers. I called the shop and was stunned to learned that the delivery was not made due to lack of inventory with it also being Mother's Day weekend. What?! And they never bothered to notify me. But here is the worst part; they did not issue a refund on my credit card. So they charged my card, did not provide the item I paid for, did not tell me, and did not refund me. If I had not checked, they basically would have stolen my money. They did not offer to send free flowers or anything. I wonder how many other people this may have happened to. They are now in the process of issuing a refund, after I requested it, but I will see if it actually happens. I cannot believe what a horrible, dishonest, business practice that is, and I thought I should warn others.

This company is a SCAM! They take your orders through their website, guarantee delivery dates snd charge a hefty fee to go so. Then they take your money and do not deliver your flowers. They report your flowers as delivered through their fake “tracker.” Then when you call to complain or request your ordered me cancelled and your money be returned, they tell you they cannot help until they’re able to get ahold of the driver. They take days to get back to you with no resolution regarding the issue. Regardless of how many times you call to complain, they say the same thing and when you push back, they hang up on you. Absolutely terrible human beings who are SCAMMING millions of people. STAY AWAY!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom in another state. FTD doesnt deliver there so I Google'd places that deliver to her zip code & this company showed up. GORGEOUS flowers, so I ordered them. The next day, I received an email stating they were HAND DELIVERED to my mom. LIES. I called & they told me they were delivering the next day. That never happened! Then they emailed again & said they were delayed and would be delivered by end-of-day. LIES. So I went on Facebook to see if anyone has made posts about them, and wished like heck I had went there BEFORE ordering. Total scam. I'm so mad! I called today & they asked what the problem was, and when I started telling the woman she hung up on me! So I called right back & got a recording saying I was #48 in line and to wait or leave my #. I left my number & a page popped-up that said "You'll receive a call back IMMEDIATELY in 2-10 minutes"... that was 3 hours ago & no call.

The flowers were never delivered. And then they started emailing me requesting more money in order for the flowers to be delivered. Total scam!

The scammer are the first ad on google when you look for flowers in west Kelowna. I ordered the flowers and they messaged me the day they were suppose deliver saying they cannot deliver it. They were very unprofessional and were trying to tell me I wanted to “cancel” the order which would not get me a refund. They couldn’t fulfill the order at all and then tried blaming it on me

The delivery was over 24 hours late. The product delivered was awful and not at all like what we purchased. They used baby's breath like it was a flower. They should be ashamed. However, they aren't and will not offer a full refund.

I ordered flowers on April 5, 2023 for someone's birthday. The whole reason I used this company is because they advertised that they had same day delivery and I needed the flowers delivered that day. Not only were the flowers not delivered that same day, which was the person's birthday, the flowers were NEVER delivered! On April 7, 2023 I called to find out way they were never delivered and we told they were backed up! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!

Searched a website to deliver flowers to a Canadian city. This website came up. Prices listed but no currency noted. Premium Flower order placed for guaranteed delivery same day. 8 hours later email arrives saying delivery is delayed 2 days. Price was 79.99, plus 13.99 delivery fee, plus 7.00 handling fee. Total 100.98. Charge hits my visa -$142.91 CAD. Flowers delivered 2 days late and looked like a grocery store bunch that would be worth $25. Called company and was offered 5.00 refund due to lateness, I followed up with an email and was then promised a full refund. One week later, still no refund. 2 more emails and a phone call resulted in the agent telling me it was impossible to refund
