Scammer's website the person is pretending to be an old friend and or ex husband on an ai radio scam, meaning artificial intelligence radio, and i don't believe its either of them, though I need help reporting it to the ftc as if it is them, they will lie and say it isn't

I haven't heard from since on a ai radio and he claims he is this man Chris McFate or my ex husband I also have not spoken with in over 10 years, though when he was confronted with calling so I don't have to report to ftc he refuses and changes his identification and he has stolen $65 as well as personally identifying information. I do not know how to turn off his ai radio to my cell phone number and he may have leveraged Verizon Wireless to tell them not to which is nothing I agreed to. The ai radio he is using may be associated with Marcus Hutchins, noone I know. Hutchins is a person with this ai radio, which is ok when people do not steal information and remain private.
