They allegedly do business by conducting due diligence on the property requesting payment of fees for appraisals, and as we confirmed afterwards, they do not pay these amounts to outside advisors and appraisers.
They let you know that they have an institutionalized procedure (which is not real) and their real objectiveve is to buy time and ask you for money in the different steps of the analysis.
As we know they have done these scams with various companies in Mexico, Latín America and the Carribbean.
