I answered the call form the number above and a male, what sounded like, recorded voice said, "Hi, this is Josh from Customer Service, can you hear me all right?" I hung up immediately because I read about the scam where the caller will ask you a question to try to get you to say "yes", so they can record your voice to use it for fraudulent transactions.

An automated phone call from an english speaking male voice. Very loud. Asked if I could hear him ok, then paused for a couple seconds. I did not respond and it moved on in the automation without my response. I then hung up. Total call time was 11 seconds.

Caller called and asked if I could hear them. Once I answered Yes, they told me I won a trip and then I hung up on them.

the caller asks CAN YOU HEAR ME OKAY?

I just heard about this on the news the other day but didn't think quick enough and I answered YES, now I'm worried that charges will appear!

I received a phone call 9:10am January 30th from 904 421 8166 from a man saying it was customer service ironically I was expecting a call from customer service from another matter so he says can you hear me and I say yes I do and then it goes into a sales ad and I could a clicking noise like I was being recorded son I hung up realizing this was not the call I was expecting .The local area code is the only reason I answered. Hopefully I'm not a victim of a scam but I wanted to report it in case.thank you

Caller said he was from customer service and asked if I could hear him. I said yes. Then he went on to describe a sweepstakes for a Disney vacation. I said I wasn't interested but he keeped talking. It was only then that I realized it was a recording.

As close as I can remember...

"Hi, I'm with the customer service division. Can you hear me okay?"

Then I hung up.

Just want to make sure that the number they called from is logged here to be investigated

I answered the phone and a voice said "this is customer service can you hear me? "

Sadly I had already heard about the scam but I had just ordered delivery food and thought it was the driver or the business.

I believe this was a "can you hear me" scam. He refused to answer what company he was from and I sensed it was a recorded message.

I received a call today from the above number and he said he was Josh from Customer Service and asked if I could hear him and answered yes. He then started telling me I won a trip so I just hung up and now just read about this scam so reporting it.

it was a man who answered the call saying he worked for customer service then asked if i could hear him... after i said yes, i realized it was a pre-recorded conversation about how i could go on a cruise. I hung up. but he has me saying "yes"
