Ordered a film and slide scanning device, and received a roll of film (Trans ID 0X68696564989620P).
Company offered a 60% refund if I withdrew my PayPal claim, which I did.
Since then, no money returned, and not a single response from them in regards to any of my enquiries.
In my opinion, definitely a fraudulent company that should be banned from PayPal due to the hundreds of similar cases of incorrect items being sent.

I ordered $135 worth of luxry camping chairs & this is what I received! 4 folding footstools that aren't even big enough for 2 women's feet! What a scam! Don't fall for this! I ordered on September 15th & just received today on November 5th! IRRIDIANT is a scam based company in China! I filed a complaint with Paypal but they denied my claim for $28.98, because the company showed them "proof" that I received my item. Sound familiar. Paypal needs to do better. I paid them through PayPal. I too believe , that this Company is scam.
When I looked into it they were blaming Covid 19 on delays, but this was over 2 Montt ago.

Who ever reads this DO NOT under any circumstances order from this company. I ordered a ring which I didn’t receive, on contacting them that informed me that their tracking shows the item had been delivered. But if that was the case it was not delivered to me. As I paid through PayPal I got in contact with them to try & claim my money back. PayPal did not up hold my claim which infuriated me even more, I therefore have now cancelled my account with them too. Neither of these company’s are worth having any dealings with. BE WARNED

Same as ;most posts here. I paid $256 for 6 rocking camping chairs but received tiny little foot stools. No response via email and the telephone number doesn't seem to exist... but by looking it up I found this page. I paid through PayPal so will have to work with them to get my money back. Very frustrating.

I was scammed on the same item - we bought 2 of them - and only received the rubbish ($2) footstools. I received 50% refund on that one. the 2nd time (where they had masked the email address with a fake one so company not visible) was a home digital scanner - instead I received an 8 exp roll of film (again, max $2) - so have refused the 50% refund on this one as this is clearly a pattern of scams - and I have made the case to paypal on that basis - will see how it goes - they are rife though

I want to say that I am part of this group. I to got scammed by this so called company. I ordered the recliner camping chairs but never received them. I placed the order in May 2020. I did receive something that looks like foot stools. I never figured out why they were sent to me until I found this group and saw that I am not the only that received them instead of what I ordered. I placed a complaint in to PAYPAL on 1 Sep and has not received an answer to date. They stated on the webpage that I should receive a response from them by 12 Oct 2020. I think we should all contact Paypal about this issue (I know I am) and to let them know that their credibility is being challenged by these scammers.

To recap: The order was placed on 6/4/2020. On 7/17/2020/ we contacted PayPal to report a problem with our order (after not being able to reach the company by the tracking information or seller info first provided). PayPal said we first had to contact the seller to try to settle it first, so we did (see messages on this site) and said if we did not hear back with a satisfactory reply, we would start a formal dispute on July 25. So, on 7/22/20, we received these two items which are not what we ordered and cannot actually support anyone. After a little more digging this morning, searching for the original advertisement we'd seen on FB, we found this complaint to FB (and more)... Jul 6 · Public · Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co. Ltd how can they advertise on face book read the link [https://www.scampulse.com/dongguan-shunfa-logistics-co-ltd-reviews] (Sadly, we hadn't suspected anything fraudulent in the first place, so we didn't think to investigate the company before ordering.) We hope this gets resolved quickly and we get our money back soon.

We contacted the company and while we understand that CoVid has caused some delays, we purchased this outdoor chair for our anniversary in June and would have liked to have used it this summer. To whom it may concern, We ordered 2 (each one identified in each PayPal dispute) Recliner Luxury Camping Chairs from an ad on Facebook. By clicking on the link we provided above, you can see the item we intended to purchase. That is what our receipt from PayPal also said we ordered. Sadly, after starting a dispute with the seller, we received a package containing two tiny items. No paperwork was included, so we had no idea who was sending them, and the return address had nothing to do with the seller's information. The items look like store sample miniature camping stools, which measure 9.5 inches high, and 7.75 inches wide. Yes, my husband's hand fills the entire seat! One of the items was dirty (dust and actual dirt) on the mesh " seat." (We have pictures available that we'd love to send you, but your form does not allow for that. If you'd like to see them, we'd be happy to send them to you.) We have attached pictures for you to see of what we received.

I ordered a snow globe that was being advertised on Facebook. They sent me a cardboard train, and acted like I must have misread the ad. I have copies of the ad, and wording they used, which doesn't mention anything about a cardboard train. I filed a complaint with PayPal. The company offered me half back. I rejected the offer. They offered me a full refund ($28) if I returned the cardboard train, which apparently would cost me no less than $30 to ship, so forget that. Facebook and Paypal should be more responsible about supporting companies based on fraudulent advertisements. Lesson learned on my end.

I ordered five sets (2 pc set) of the Nail-Free Smart Rod Bracket Holders and only received one set. I paid a total of $42.96 for five sets, the items only cost $7.16 per set, with a 50% discount for five sets. The email I received from Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co, LTD showed a QTY of 1 instead of 5 items paid for. I contacted the company, as instructed by Paypal, got no response for the items I was inquiring about. They kept sending me responses for lawn furniture, which I didn't order, and I let them know that was not my reason for contacting them. After several email exchanges with no satisfaction, I contacted Paypal Resolution Center, Paypal Customer Service Center and their main online address. After finally getting my complaint received and forwarding them al l the emails I received, plus a picture of the item received and the shipping package, they took two months to rule in the favor of the company, and never notified me so I could dispute their decision. They never requested from the company, a full description and picture of the product, pricing w/discounts, or a copy of my order as it showed when I placed the order. It's quite obvious now, that they doctored my order and and changed the number of items ordered from five to one, charging me $42.96 for one set of plastic brackets. This company is located in China, and all their items are packaged in Chinese, no receipts no invoice, so there is no way to prove a dispute with them. Unfortunately, Paypal continues to deal with this company knowing they are scamming customers. Do not order anything from "WISH", I believe they are the main link to these fraudulent online companies.

I gave them all the information I received from this company, which was nothing, no receipt no invoice for the set received. A picture of the item with the mailing package, which was only large enough for one item, plus the email I received from them with the QTY listed as one instead of five. So they charged me $42.96 for one set of brackets. Paypal never requested the online description of the product, price per item w/discounts or picture of the item being sold. I was scammed and Paypal did not properly represent me in this case, then ruled in the favor this company (I'm sure Paypal knows this company is a fraud! Don't order anything from "WISH", their companies are all in china and all their products come in packages written in Chinese! They never provide receipts nor invoices to prove your purchase, in case you need to file complaint. Paypal is no longer my go to for online purchases! They will not support you

We all need to turn them into the better business bureau, in our states . they will investigate . If they get enough complaints then they will stop them from doing business here in our Country. We need to investigate these people before we order from them, although from what I am seeing they use different names on the websites , until you pay through Paypal then the money goes to them.
