I ordered an adult hammock chair. It took almost three months to get here. When we opened the package it was a small child size stool. The size for a toddler. I was unable to contact them but PayPal will have better results than I did.

Same as many above. I ordered to reclining camping chairs from the company, instead received small standard camp chairs. I've gone back and forth with multiple representatives in good faith and was met with canned responses and even the suggestion to "give them as a gift to friends and family". Zero accountability for the false advertising and a complete unwillingness to offer an appropriate refund.

Order a dent repair kit received a partial shipment and they had a tracking number for the partial shipment but did not receive the additional items to the kit just blue gaskets DO NOT USE ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR SCAM and they do not reply to emails

I ordered two (2) recliner chairs from this company and received two (2) foot stools that my two yr. old Granddaughter couldn't sit on because they are way too small. I can't send them back because there isn't a real return address. I paid $34.95 for these "Camping chairs" A total rip-off.

I experienced the very same thing everyone above did. Unfortunately, when I saw the ad on FaceBook I did not think to look this company up before ordering. The chairs looked so cool that I knew my husband and I would love them.
I paid $39.98 for two chairs - ordered on 5/16/20 and received two 9.5" x 9.5" folding tables on 07/14/20 that are not fit for an adult. Thankfully I went through PayPal to order these so I was able to file a dispute today and will hopefully get my money back but don't waste your time with these people. See below pictures.

I ordered 2 reclining camp chairs on May 13th and received a confirmation on May 16th stating that my order was shipped. They sent a tracking number that sent my package no where. I tried looking up the company name I ordered from... They no longer exist. I called the number that they have and it sent me to a a voice nail and I never received any contact from them. I reached out to PayPal and filed a complaint. ObviouSly since I filed a complaint they decided to send my order. Two days ago, I receive an order from them and it’s 2 cheap footstools worth about $2 each. Definitely not the $35 chairs I paid for. I tried contacting them and the number that I found and contacted was for a mattress warehouse. I reached out to PayPal to let them know since my case has not been closed yet but it doesn’t look promising. She also mentioned about the $30 shipping fee? Maybe they are in the scam with this company. DO NOT ORDER from this SCAM of a company!

I ordered 3 luxury rocker chairs, I received 3 dollar store tiny folding stools big enough for 2 year olds to sit on. I complained, first they wanted to send me back half of what I paid. I refused that. Then they want the product sent back before they will refund the money. They want it sent back to China and I have to pay for it, when the post mark on the package I received says it came from Markham ON. As I see this has happened to a bunch of people. Has anyone ever received any money back?

In may I ordered the deluxe reclining/rocking camp chair via Facebook and I get nothing. I email the address on Facebook and got there mailbox is full. Now i see the same ad but a different company.
I tried to contact them to resolve and the address they gave on PayPal again got me nowhere. So i filed a report with PayPal.

I tried to use the tracking number and nothing...

Save yourself and money. Don't go through them. My opinion may shift if I actually get what i ordered, as for now... No way no how.

In may I ordered 1 deluxe reclining / rocking camp chair via Facebook ads! I have tried to contact the email addresses given on Facebook (stating that the email box is full) and PayPal before i submitted a complaint with PayPal. Now I am reading everywhere that this company is just a scamming operation and this is crazy. I am going to turn them in on Facebook as fraudulent.

I waited for 3 months for my $19.9 Sale Now! Luxury Cat Villa Paradise contacted paypal to have a refund to me that they contacted paypal and stated it was delivered to my home with the exchange rate paid 30.00 and this is all I got was a tiny poorly created box not the tower to hold 4 cats suppose to be 5' tall
