Still waiting..and i still havent received a thing.
Received the tracking no but not the date of receiving. Rang the AUSPOST and they told me that nothing has been received by the POST...tried to ring, sent emails and tried to contact personally and no one was available to speak or contact me through messages or emails or even faxes and telephone...i want a refund of my money or else settled the deal...I did not use PAY PALL I USED MY OWN BANKING CARD.

When the chairs arrived I actually thought it must be a wrong address because there was no way I would ever have ordered such a thing, they are teeny tiny (toddler size) and I dont have kids. When I researched the address details on the post pack (there is absolutely no invoice or paperwork inside) I found this to be from the supplier I was supposed to be receiving luxury hammock style camping chairs from. As you can see from the image they are NOTHING like what was ordered and when you order it was a straight through purchase, no option to upgrade or downgrade.
When i contacted them they took the path of 'not speaking English' and all they could say was I received the chairs I ordered (clearly not the case by the images).
I have had to open a PayPal dispute resolution for these as I paid a lot of money $80 aus$ for them and where if it was a slight varyation, or a low cost item I would dismiss it and throw it away, this is an outright scam and a big money rip off so I will explore every avenue I can to get a refund and see this company go down.
Avoid avoid avoid - that is my advice to anyone contemplating a purchase from them.
"Dear Customer, Thanks for your purchase on our store. We are so sorry for that the goods you received can not meet your expectation. Could you please give us more details about it? According to our policy, all items must be returned to us at the customer's expense for a full refund to our Logistics Center address,it will cost more than 20 USD. Or could I suggest that we issue a partial refund about 20% and you do not need to return item to us which could save your time and money? Is it acceptable for you? PS: Please do not worry, we will provide the return address if you insist on returning item.But kindly note that we do not accept Unauthorized return.You may not be able to get the refund if you ship it to a wrong address. We are looking forward to your reply . Best regards!"
So essentially what they are trying to do is make you give up by offering a partial refund of 20% and you keep the inferior item they sent, or in telling you that sending it back will incur horrendous postage costs.
They want you to count your losses and throw it out.
DO NOT DO THIS! This is how they are conning people out of their money.
Fight them all the way.
This is not the way a human being with ethics and morals conducts business.
Do not let them continue to defraud people out of their money.
Spread the word far and wide about their dealings so that they no longer can fool other people.
