Purchased the sling chair from the Facebook add seen looked like a great product price was good too . Received 2 small foot stool type folding chairs which cost $30 each and it took a month before delivery plus they are not the swing chairs we ordered. NOT HAPPY! and NOT WORTH $60 I still have the email receipt and want my money back or a pound of flesh in kind .

On the 25 of May a ordered a recliner lawn chair and yesterday I received a very little Folding stool I would say it was fir small child. It certainly is not an adult stool I wanted trash it weed when I opened it I was so upset. Days ago I send to my grandkids a metal drum for each of them. They finally received only a pair the mallets , they were to receive a drum, mallets,and a carrier bag. They only received the mallets. I can not contact the seller for a refund. It is a scam. Can you do something?My two purchases one for my granddaughter in Oregon and my grandson in California.

The Seller’s Website (http://langtyful.com) where I bought the item is currently off the Internet. The Website mentioned here on PayPal (https://skia.shop) and the Seller’s account are also closed. The seller advertised a mini sewing machine for kids for $12.99. The item costs $20-25 elsewhere. Instead, they sent me a tiny handheld that costs $1-3 in stores. The description that was on his site clearly advertised the mini machine and had testimonies about the buyers and their kids lover using the machine. As most buyers, I checked for reviews about their website (langtyful.com), closed now and didn’t find much. However, their name (which you can’t see until you pay and receive the confirmation email), Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co., Ltd., had many disputes and claims against it. When I opened a case with PayPal, they requested I return the item but when I went to the post office I fount out it will cost $50 to ship.

Ordered a 2020 cinema projector. Thought, great I can watch movies in the garden! I received a cheap plastic 13cm long tripod from the photo in the description. No projector. Contacted them and they said they sent what was ordered and they would contact their advertising staff to fix the error. No offer of a refund, even a partial one. I replied back to enquire as to why this was the case but I just received the same email resent from the previous day. I paid by PayPal and have escalated it but after looking online I'm skeptical about a refund. Think I'll stick to Amazon in future.

I ordered from this website that is setup to trick you into thinking you're getting a good deal. In my case, I purchased what I thought was the Lego Millenium Falcon for $130. Immediate after buying, I thought the confirmation email looked suspicious, did some digging, and quickly found out that I was just the latest in a long line of scams from this company, operating multiple fronts. They trick you into thinking you are buying a legitimate item but then send you counterfeit imposter items.

There was no way to cancel the order. I emailed them immediately after purchasing (can be verified by email timestamps) and asked to cancel but I got an automated response. I must've emailed them 5 more times over the next couple of days but got the same response.

I even contacted Paypal but they alleged they couldnt do anything about it. Seems like they might be complicit in the scam...

Then, I get an email letting me know the package is on its way and I plan on sending it right back to China where it came from.
