I ordered a cat tree for my cat back in April they toke my money but i never received my package this company is s scam just taking peoples money and not sending people the things they ordered i was so looking forward to my cat having a nice place to play and sleep very disappointed

On June 1, 2020 I ordered nest hammock for two adults for $59.00. Got charged $149.00 and was sent some plastic kids blow up thing with a plastic outer cover. I got it just Saturday 6/20/2020 and immediately wrote to the company. They wrote me back Monday asking me for proof of packaging. I did send them pics Of package and pics of the item with measurements and their online with price and my order With their subsequent overcharge and my demand for Refund credit I will mail this crap when I get them to comply. They have ignored my emails sending me auto generated emails now. I am reaching out to PayPal since I thought may my payment would have been protected somehow. I am hoping they will force this awful scam company refund my money! They advertise by justfashionful.com but my paypal payment went to Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co., Ltd.

I purchase a pool from them for a total of $479.00 even payed for extra shipping to get it faster and did not receive It. Tried contacting them and no response. There is no number nothing. They are scammers! Beware! Working with paypal right now to get my money back.

I ordered a swinging camp chair but was sent a child size folding chair that couldn't possible support an adult's weight. Would be willing to return it as it is the wrong item, but there was no paperwork enclosed.

Bought the camping chairs and got nothing. Pay pal did not help either. They closed my complaint and kept the money. Do not by from dongguan shunfa logistics and will not be using pay pal again. Are both companies in cahoots?

Orded and paid £22.00 for a multi function circular saw 3 months ago and nothing has been sent, scammers wanting your money and not sending items is a disgrace and if i knew it was coming from china i wouldn't have wasted my money, these people want shutting down and do prison time for conning the public, yes im very angry with this fraudulent company, the response email returns itself that was the first sign that i knew that it was a scam

It is a scam, they send me a totally different item and offer me 40% refund or they will charge me the shipping back, the item they deliver to me is not worth 1 $
they are playing games and making fraud using Facebook and PayPal they must be stopped

I ordered the Electric Branch Scissors on May 5,2020 and my credit card was charged through Payapal on May 6, 2020. Delivery was supposed to be in 15-20 days. Have not received it or received any emails regarding delivery. Have emailed them but the email comes back undeliverable. There is no phone number to call them. Please advise what I can do.
