After reading your message I now see that this company has scammed me as well. I filed a compliant with paypal on 1 Sep and has not received any update yet. On 5/11/2020 I ordered 2 camp chairs for a total of $46.79. My daughter received 2 tiny footstools. When I contacted DSL on or about 6/17/2020, they offered a 50% refund. When I declined, they said I had to return the junk they'd sent, which was $46 to ship to China! (They charged $6.99 for shipping.) sadly, I am unable to upload my photos.

On May 16, 2020, I ordered a Garden Kneeler and Seat from an ad on TV, or Facebook. The total charge was $22.98 and I received an E-Mail receipt from PayPal for this amount charged to my Visa Card by Dongguaan Shunfa Logistics Co., LTD. I also received an E-Mail from the company confirming my order No., but no company name, or address, just an E-Mail website. They showed a 15-20 day delivery. It has been almost 4 months, & I have not received anything. I have E-Mailed them probably 8 times & they have always responded to my E-Mails with excuses & lies. They insist the order was shipped and received by my local post office in July & gave me a USPS tracking no., but when I checked with the post master he said the number they gave me was not even a Postal Service tracking number, and it was probably a scam. How right he was. I finally did what I should have done to begin with, & checked this company on the internet, although I didn't have the company name until they made the charge to my credit card and I got ,the PayPal receipt. There is no telling how many complaints there are against this company, and I think they operate under more than one name, and advertise a lot of different items like lawn chairs, camping equipment etc. Some one else mentioned a company named DongGuanshu. Every complaint says almost the same thing. Like me, they have been ripped off & lied to. This company is a total scam and I wish there was some way to prosecute them, or at least stop them from robbing anyone else, but I think they are operating out of China. I have tried to call PayPal several times, but no luck there either. Again, don't ever order anything from DONGGUAN SHUNFA LOGISTICS.

Well, its clearly my fault. I should have read the complaints before ordering anything from this company!
On May 15, 2020, I ordered the Electric Smokeless Grill from Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co., Ltd. I paid them through Paypal.
With the many complaints, I feel that Paypal should not be accepting any money for merchandise ordered from this company. It makes me feel that they are perhaps a part of this scam since they have been repeatedly told of this company's fraudulent actions. I am immediately canceling my paypal account/services.

I ordered a portable camping folding chair with canopy/bag I paid $19.98 plus $6.99 postage on 30th June I am still waiting I received the bag but not the chair with canopy? I am really very disappointed with this company. It puts you off from buying anything that comes from China, as I have ordered something else from another company in China on the 12th June again this item did not arrive either. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to lose money like this. When I looked into it they were blaming Covid 19 on delays, but this was over 2 month ago.?

On July 23, 2020 I ordered a recumbent bike from this company On July 24, 2020 the amount of $347.43 was taken from my bank. I e-mailed the company several times and each time they gave me some kind of reason why my bike had not been delivered. Now, since I have already been scammed, I see this page. It's my own fault for not investigating the company before I bought the item. I'm sure I will never see my money again nor the bike I ordered.

This company is a fraud. I ordered an item that is clearly stated on the invoice. Three months later I received a small piece of fabric, not the garden stool that I ordered. After months of waiting for the order to arrive, when I finally received what appears to be a tool holder meant to attach to the garden stool, I've gotten nothing but pushback. The company claims that what I received is what I ordered. Totally a fraudulent company. I should have looked them up before ordering. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought an Automatic Ball Launcher machine. They sent me a tennis ball. Not even a real tennis ball. I opened a PayPal case against them. They refused a full refund. PayPal is not committed to protect its users as PayPal promised. PayPal requested me to send the tennis ball to them, to the address this company said it is their address.
USPS told me it is a non existed address, there were people who sent packages to that address but turned out that it is a bogus address.
PayPal would not do anything to protect its users against scams. I think PayPal might side up with the scammers

This company is a fraud, they have misleading ads, their return policy is also false, once they have your money, forget a return. This is a China based company. Avoid the company. It took over a month to receive the product and when it arrived it wasn't what you think your getting, They give you the run around and you end up unhappy and angry.

On 29th May 2020 I ordered a Recliner Luxury Camp Chair. On 16th June I received a child's stool. After trying to get some action from the supplier I raised a dispute through PayPal Disputes Centre on 17June. So far PayPal has not been able to resolve the matter and in spite of receiving more info from Donqquan they are not expecting to complete the matter until at least Aug 30th. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER> They are either grossly incompetent or more likely con merchants.

We ordered a intex above ground pool. 16foot by 5foot... What I got was a different pool called Jilong (What?) That was 6foot by 29 INCHES.. (REALLY) does this look like it has a pump and steps and filters to you. (Picture below maybe.haaa)
So naturally we filed a dispute through PayPal and boy oh boy that is a crazy system to go through.. All we wanted was a pool that we ordered.. We were offered a partial refund. But that still wasnt what I ordered. So we kept going back and forth...so we were finally offered a full refund.. .YEAH... but no, of course not, we would need to return the product in order to get that redund... and we are responsible for shipping costs.Which by the way were $130.00 bucks. But it gets better. It had to be done fast to make the deadline so it was going to cost another $72 bucks to get there faster... Now I would have paid more then what the actual refund was going to be for..
This company is a total piece of scam. ! ( if you know what I mean) and on top of it all paypal.. how can they let this keep happening.. dont they have people who look out for this sort of bull-scam.! Its actually cheaper for me to keep this pool and try to sell it then it is to send it back or fight for refund.. We have never been able to reach this company EVER and an actual person at PayPal to "talk" does not exist either. Just a computer.. and when PayPal says they cover shipping through them...well that's a crock of scam also... I have yet resolved this issue since May 2020.. so when I do, I'll let you know the outcome. .haaa definitely do more hold your breath... thanks for listening.(a bit wordy) I'm so very sorry for all of is that are having to deal with this... like we as a country, dont have anything better to worry about right now.
