I ordered two Video Doorbell Ring 2 WITH Echo Show 5 from Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co., Ltd. I received both orders containing only a knock-off version of the Doorbell Ring 2 & NO Echo Show 5. PayPal said to contact Dongguan Shunfa Logistics first through their email address. That email was invalid! I contacted them through a different one I found & they agreed to refund after they received both items back but refused to pay for return shipping. I complained to PayPal who at first insisted I pay return shipping which is not what PayPal promises in their Purchase Protection for Buyers. After I said their reputation was on the line, PayPal agreed to pay only up to $30.00 for return shipping for each item & required me to provide a tracking number which will track all the way to seller. The only Co. that does that is UPS if package is leaving the U.S . Also PayPal claimed if I wrote "Returned Cargo" on each package, I would not be charged taxes. This was false! Taxes are charged no matter what & because these were going back to China, the shipping was$187.00 for each item! Each item was only $50 & $62 so I am stuck keeping these knock-offs. I told PayPal this Co. is scamming customers. I will no longer trust PayPal to keep their word or count on them to screen their sellers. This seller has changed their name, is still offering same deal & is still taking PayPal!

Had a legit website. Product ordered was not even close to what I received. Emailed and was told they sent correct item - even with clear pictures that was not the case. I opened a paypal case and was told I could receive a refund if I return. $55 to return a $60 item. I guess paypal will reimburse but they should not allow scammers to operate like this.

Ordered a pair of electric pruning sheers, received cheap mechanical pruning sheers. These guys are flat out crooks. Can't reach their web site or find any other way to contact them. The good news is, the cheap mechanical pruning pruning sheers have a 5 year guarantee! Yeah, right.

I ordered a "perfect Putting Matt" made out of mahogany wood for $19 plus shipping total was about $26 US dollars. I was sent 3 crappy golf balls in a sandwich baggie. The company claimed that I misread the advertisement and 3 golf balls is exactly what I ordered. What a SCAM of a company. Pay Pal needs to step up and not continue to do business with this rip off con man!

I ordered two of the Smallest color printers and two refills for it, what they sent me was NOTHING close to what I ordered. They asked if I'd accept a 10% refund and keep what they sent me, absolutely not, then to 20%, then their final offer of 30%, I told them NO F-ING way, keep your plastic Chinese junk. PAYPAL is giving them until the 19th of March 2020 to respond and if they don't, I am getting a full refund. So sick and tired of these A-holes trying to rip us off. I ordered an Echo Show 5 and Ring Doorbell 2: I got a non descriptive want-to-be Ring doorbell, but unlike the 2, could not be hardwired. Not that I would ever trust hoping it up.

As others have said, PayPal refused to give me a refund unless I shipped it back to China. They only offered $30 of the shipping to be refunded. To ship this stupid piece of junk, that I am literally throwing in the garbage, costs $54! I went through PayPal, the supervisor, and the Manager, who stated that she is the terminal point of contact for disputes/claims. She made it very clear that she was going to close in their favor since I wouldn’t eat the extra $24 in shipping.

This is my first review/complaint, but I will be making as many as the internet will allow. PayPal’s policy say that you “may” be responsible for shipping costs. Instead, the require it. Even under circumstances, such as these, with a company that they have already had complaints about. None of the people I spoke with were natural born citizens of the US, so I am assuming that their call center is in the Philippines. (This would explain why she was the terminal POC.)

I plan on writing to PayPal. Hours of stressful emails and phone calls with them and I was in the phone with Chase for14 stress free minutes for them to refund me. I didn’t have to repeat myself and I didn’t have to hear the broken record, “we have offered you the choice to return it for a refund” repeated over and over again. I will never use PayPal again. I don’t trust it.

Not only did they want me to pay the $54 in shipping, but they wouldn’t issue a refund until it was received by the “scam artist” company?!?

On February 17th I ordered a Ring doorbell through this company under another name thru Paypal, haven’t heard nothing or received what I ordered... just sent an email thru Paypal to rtn my money... I should have known it was too good to be true... they need to be charged and sent to jail... something needs to be done about this fake company and Paypal Nd to step it up and take care of this BS... On the 10th of January 2020 I bought the ORDER #LX1485 with 2 items: 1 Multi-function Circular Saw + 3 PCS BLADES $89.90 USD and the other item in the same order was1 Multi-function Circular Saw 6 PCS BLADES $29.90 USD; a total of 125.79 USD. After 3 weeks of waiting, finally a package arrived, but it was only the second product in a small envelope. But the Circular Saw never arrived. The fact is that these blades I have received are not useful if I don't have the machine to use them.
I already asked for help through PayPal, on a dispute, but never could get the refund. The only option they've given me is to return the product, from Mexico to Shenzen, China, and that will cost me even double of what I paid for the complete order. PayPal was not of any use in this case, and I have been looking for a phone number and even PayPal said that they don't have any phone registered (unbelievable!), only an email and the address, which is the information that you can find in the web.
I have already sent 7 emails to [email protected] and always received the same answer as a standard response from a machine. It is obvious that no one is reading any of what I have written in all those mails.
Neither this company nor PayPal will take any responsibility for this purchase.
After investigating in the web and also in the PayPal forum, I found a lot of complaints about the more than 220 frauds of this company. I'm surprised that PayPal hasn't already blocked it.
I called PayPal because they should cancel this company's account to protect other customers to buy from them.
I thought that buying through PayPal will protect the customer. I always buy from companies that have PayPal. Now I'm really disappointed because PayPal is not doing anything to avoid fraud from this one. By supporting Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co., Ltd. known also as atmlooks, PayPal is helping them to go on with this
mass-theft through internet sales.
PLEASE PAY PAL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

I bought 2 interactive Automatic Dog Ball Launcher on Jan. 15, 2020 and all I got was 2 tennis balls. 1 more week it will be 2 month wait. I saw it on Facebook still. I see a lot of the same on the report. And PayPal are still letting people to purchases.

BEWARE cause return shipping for this Canadian Toronto base IP address 23.227.38.32 internet company is in CHINA AND AT YOUR COST!
If you paid through PayPal they hold your money ransom until you return entersty's goods to China with tracking at your COST AND LIABILITY.
I've yet to find out what will happen now but I'm expecting the same result as the PayPal Disputes communtiy web page listed below!

I bought a Disney Tabletop Christmas Tree for Christmas. I bought it on December 2, 2019. I received a little plastic Christmas tree about 4" high, on January 16, 2020. It was in a little envelope that was crushed completely flat on delivery. I emailed the company many times for my money back and was told they would loose money but they would give me 30% back. I ordered the Automatic Dog Ball Launcher I received a Tennis Ball, I have sent pictures of the package and what I received and have sent numerous emails for a refund. They say they can only refund 30% of the price. I stated that this was unacceptable they then stated it would cost me more to send back the product and again I stated that I did not receive their advertised product. I feel at this point I am out the money I paid for a Ball Launcher. They are not honest or reliable I would recommend checking reviews before clicking and ordering any product online. I ordered the ball launcher and received one tennis ball. I kept complaining to them and was told to take a picture of the product (that I never got). I said to send it or I was going to make a huge deal out of it. I received this email which I did not alter or translate:

Sorry, we have sent you an advertising product that does not include a machine, which is in short supply. We can not sell the machine at the current low price. Sorry for the misleading advertisement for your product, and I am willing to provide you with this 10% refund as compensation, do you agree?

We are sorry again for the misunderstanding you caused. Hope you can understand us.

I guess they only think I deserve 10%, their mistake is not taking me seriously. I disputed the charge and am hell bent to expose them and share their latest email.
