I ordered 2 stainless steel drain for over the sink to dry dishes. I ordered them April 11. Emailed them and they emailed once that it was on the way. Checked back 3 different times and no reply and then found out the tracking number they gave me is invalid. Facebook ought to be ashamed for advertising for these scam artists because this is where I saw the ad. Lesson learned I will definately vet companies and make sure they are in the good old USA. I hate scammers!

I ordered 3 BBQ Grill Mesh Mats on April 22. It is now June 8th and I have received NOTHING. The link to contact the seller goes into some weird page with asain writing and surfboard and other weird things. Total scam. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Ripping people off. I ordered two sets of shere ice makers on May 3 and paid immediately with PayPal. It is now June 10th No response to inquiries, and now their website and email are shut down. They are also gone from Facebook.These people are a complete scam. Please help I filed a claim through PayPal waiting on their response

On April 9, 2020 I ordered a Rolling Sink Rack from DreamyLives and have not received the product. The charge on my credit card statement shows PAYPAL. There is a phone number next to the charge. I called this number and Paypal answers. They tell me they have no record of this charge but it appears on my statement.

I ordered a rolling sink rack on March 30, 2020. It didn’t arrive by the end of April so I filed a complaint with PayPal. The company emailed me saying to remove the complaint and that due to COVID everything was behind. It finally arrived this week, around June 1, and wasn’t even the right product. I asked for a refund and they refused! They told me I could get 10% back and could sell it or give it to a family member.

I purchased a rolling sink rack in March that did not arrive until late May, and it was the wrong color. When I got in touch to ask for the correct one, they instead sent me a code for $10 off to buy another. Not worth the time or effort, and certainly not worth the extra cost - but it's annoying because now my kitchen has one random spot of florescent pink(!)

I bought X-large 3 rolling sink racks from Dreamy Lives. After waiting several weeks, the three were delivered. They were not the size that I ordered. They offered to refund 5% and I could give them away as gifts. That was not suitable as none of the households have sinks as small as the size mats that were sent. My husband measured! I asked for a refund, which was fine, but the mats were 50 dollars and the postage back to China was 64. Paypal will reimburse 30 dollars, but that still leaves me out $24 dollars for their mistake or just bad business practice. Their website is no longer in existence. Do not buy from this company.

The EXACT same thing happened to me! I ordered extra large and they sent me a 14x14 rack. I asked for a refund and they offered me 10% off and to sell it to someone or give it as a gift.

Ordered a sweatshirt and a size larger than usual. Got a shirt that is 10 inches smaller than their size chart. I got no resolution from them. They offered a 50% discount or a replacement shirt (larger) . But have not received either of those offers. This has been going on since march. And PayPal was no help. They just keep saying contact the seller. Which I had. I just sent another email. And probably get the same runaround as all other contacting.

I ordered a bathroom sink falucet sprayer. on March 11. could not get but a run around from the company. finally found a link and when I typed it in to connect got a big red screen warning that it was dangerous to contact them as they raid all your info and credit card etc. and steal from you. Anyway the sprayer came on May 29th and all I got was a variety of parts, that do not go together. there is no way to make a working unit out of what was in the package. Pay pal is no help anymore, like some years back. they just say contact the seller. which I had been doing/trying to. and so they ended up closing the case with no help at all , and this is the 3rd time in the last 12 months they have not helped me with these chinese rip off countries. Years back they were on the complainants side, immediately as an ebay seller and buyer they used to be a great supporter.

Dealiqlo is the worst company to buy items from. I bought gloves on May 22 and I haven’t got my package yet. I filed a dispute with PayPal to get refunded. This company is a scam. The go on FB to sale their items you will never receive. Beware this company is a scam.

Ordered product 4/2. By May I was tired of waiting and asked for refund. Cathy replied saying product was shipped, please please remove complaint. I did. I shouldn't have. One month later to the date of resolution expiration, product arrives. Doesn't fit sink. Seller is no where to be found, they removed email account. Unable to get money back thru PayPal.
