I'm having the same problem... I feel that Paypal should be more responsive and that the companies they endorse by way of collecting funds says alot about PayPal themselves. In my account this purchase does not even exist and no one will respond.
I will not use Paypal any longer. I have another transaction that IS sitting in my account and it shipped out May 8, and I have not seen it. Much larger purchase. PAYPAL PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CONSUMERS!

The company is a scam! Ordered 4/7/20, never received item. Filed a dispute with PayPal, the company responded with a statement saying it would ship soon and please cancel the dispute. Don't do this! Escalate the dispute to the next level. Be sure to do this before the due date! When I did this, Dreamy Lives sent a tracking number stating it had been shipped. This is also false. The shipment has been saying it is waiting to be received by the post Office since May 7th. I am now waiting for a determination from PayPal.

If everyone that used PayPal will file a dispute, we are all more apt to get our money back when they see the pattern of fraud. They will also refuse to send payment to this company so they can't scam anyone else.

I ordered a rolling sink rack on Apr 8. I payed by PayPal. It is now May 19 and I still haven’t received the item. It says it was sent for delivery on May 6th with a tracking number, but usps hasn’t received it. PayPal has resolved the dispute in favor of the seller. I tried calling PayPal, but they are not in the offices now.

Same here. I did receive rack, however it is sized for Asian standard sinks, not U.S. Doesn't fit. No way to locate them except thru snail mail. Sending product back tomorrow. PayPal wont help since no email. Total Scam. Cathy is the front man, beware.

I took my complaint to PayPal after numerous time wasting emails from Dreamy Lives.
I was successful, PayPal refunded my money...they were great...
I hope something is done about this company, they are definitely the worst ?I have ever dealt with...

Who are these people? Received charges from DreamBigger and DreamyLives- can't find them on-line and ordered nothing from either of them. Beware of any pop-up ads and only buy directly from the shipper. Paypal is on the statement line items but there is NO record of the either charge @ my Paypal for these mystery vendors. Lots of fraud with 3rd parties and impossible to find accountable parties for a refund. I had to cancel my credit card. Also, important, any DHL delivery screw-ups are not reimbursable and simply referred back to shipper (who did their job). Note that everyone is ordering a lot more from home, thus an UPTICK in fraud.. More reason to buy local, buy small from trusted, known vendors whenever possible.
