Ordered large sink rack 3/31 still not here followed up with merchant, Dreamy Lives Co. Ltd. no one answers email [email protected] is a fake website. I filed a complaint thru PayPal They asked me to remove complaint thru PayPal and they will resolve. No item or resolution yet. I paid 22.94 total (16.95 5.99 shipping). Called credit card company. Anything thru PayPal that directly comes out of your bank account they can do nothing about. STAY AWAY FROM DREAMY LIVES CO LTD or make sure you do your research on these companies so you don’t lose like I did.

Irresponsible and scam company. They don’t answer questions properly and assure you that the product is coming, and keep asking for invoice that I already showed them. Facebook and PayPal need to rectify this scam. Ordered 1 mat and keep getting fake emails from them. Dreamy Lives, Ltd are criminals.

I ordered an XL rolling mat on April 10. Invoice # c13853421207683.1. I found this invoice number when I went to my PayPal history to check on my order. Like so many others who have reported here, I have not received my mat. It's really a bummer because it looked like a really wonderful product! I'm also very disappointed in Facebook and PayPal for not sticking up for it's customers. Maybe it will still come when the country gets back to normal!

I ordered an xtra large rolling rack on April 4. Have t recurved it. Paid through PayPal. I received a tracking number and was advised that it was shipped however when
I try to track it, it goes no where and webpage not valid. SCAM. FACEBOOK needs to remove this company.

I ordered a rolling dish rack on March 23, 2020 and paid $16.94 through PayPal. Never received tracking number. Contacted them by email on 4/4/20 telling them to cancel order if they could not give me any info. They replied on 4/9/10 saying could not give information and blamed it on being unable to get product shipped by plane. I replied on 4/10/20 telling them again to cancel order and refund money. Disputed charge on PayPal. Will also contact my credit card and dispute the charge.

I have not received any emails or tracking information about this merchandise, can you please tell me where it’s at and when it should be delivered?
