Ordered rolling sink rack 3/27/2020 have order and invoice numbers but no product as of yet :( I tried to track it and get "error locating package" I opened a ticket with PayPal and they tell me to try to resolve with the company first. Seller Info lists DreamyLive Co. Ltd and https://www/finpae/com couldn't find Dreamy and the web says this site is not protected and they could steal your personal information.

Be sure to escalate your dispute on PayPal. The company is a scam and PayPal can't take the dispute further until you escalate it!

I ordered 2 baby beds $40.00 USD from Dreamylives Co Ltd on Feb 27th 2020 I got a tracking number showing it was shipped March 13th 2020. Dreamylives asked me to close the case threw paypal and they would take care of me personally.I had a funny feeling something was up and not right so I put in a complaint to paypal asking for my money back they opened a case and then without me knowing closed it in favor of the Seller So now I'm out 40.00 and no Items and paypal will not help me,now its May 10th 2020.Glad I didn't use my personal acct to order this. These people are dishonest

Like everyone else here, I ordered two rolling sink covers April 7th and I still haven't seen them. My screen shot shows shop.surfinng.com but they say it isn't one of their order numbers. I went to the billing credit card and found it was Dreamy Lives through paypal. This isn't what I would call dreamy at all.

I unfortunately ordered two sink mats on 4/7/20 because I thought they looked super handy. I do recall that it said something about 2-4 wks for delivery, but I'm at the four-week mark and now with seeing that they are quite possibly a scam, I'm going to report to PayPal.

It is a scam! Be sure to file the complaint with PayPal and then escalate when you get the canned response back from the company. Dreamy Lives will ask you to cancel the PayPal complaint, but don't! Escalate it to the next step so they will investigate!

I like many others here ordered the rolling sink rack April 12, and have not received it. The letter received in one of the other reviews doesn’t sound professional. Probably a scam. I’ll report problem to pay pal and request my bank to refund me. The bank will have to go back to the company to collect their money.

I ordered a rolling sink rack on 4/7/20. I requested cancellation on 4/21/20 as there was no tracking info and I wanted to purchase it elsewhere. They refused and said it would ship when they can get it out. On 4/21/20 I requested cancellation through paypal and I received this response.

"Dear customer, Thanks for your support and concern on our store. Sorry for the delay of shipping. Due to the large number of orders placed recently, the products you ordered are already in urgent delivery by our warehouse. Please understand the huge workload of the warehouse staff every day. We deeply apologize for this situation. Could you please wait a few more days. Please wait patiently. Once your package is issued, a message that includes tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you. Could you please wait? Thank you for your understanding. Could you please cancel the complaint on PayPal and wait patiently for the update of the logistics? We will find the solution that will satisfy you the most. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a nice day. Best regards, Cathy"

So I sent this, and never heard back.

Cathy, I will be more than happy to remove this dispute once I have received tracking info or a refund. Please stop selling products until you can assure immediate shipping. Thank you for your consideration. Dave

I've elevated my complaint to paypal and I hope they get me a refund, if not, I feel my hard earned money was stolen from me. Do not buy anything from this company, nor any facebook ads which is where I bought this through.

I ordered a large roller mat back on Apr 6th and as of today 3 May I have not received it nor heard from the seller. I have attempted to contact the seller with no success, their web site does not work. This is a scam! Paypal has been NO help with this telling me to go through the seller!

The first step with PayPal is going through the seller. Just fill out the form on PayPal with the complaint, they'll send it to the seller, and Dreamy Lives will respond with a canned response saying it will ship soon and please cancel the dispute. Don't cancel, escalate the complaint to the next level so that PayPal can investigate.

REceived text from Dl. Tried to delete it,swiping right to left...and instead received a confirmation thanking me for my order which was charged somehow to my PayPal account. So far, can't find a way to cancel this transaction and have the amount expunged from my PayPal account, which is linked to my bank credit card.

I ordered a Kitchen Storage rack in January. It has only just arrived, however it is broken and useless...I have taken photos and sent them off in an email, asking for a reimbursement. The company only want to give me a 20% discount and for me to order a new one at my expense...They must think I am stupid...The worst company to deal with..Something should be done to stop them from scamming people...Have just contacted PayPal and waiting to hear from them

Ordered a bra from them. Sent the wrong size. They offered me $5 to buy something else. They then offered me a refund of 10%. PayPal was no help. The company emailed me every night even after I closed it out with PayPal. They called me a liar. They wanted me to send it back which would have cost me more. I sent them an email telling them to [censored] off. They continue to email me asking me to give them five stars.
