Dear Better Business Bureau,

I am submitting this complaint regarding ELDT America due to significant service issues. I registered and completed a Hazmat training course with ELDT America over a month ago. However, despite confirming my eligibility, they have failed to submit the necessary documentation to the DMV, causing substantial delays and inconvenience.

Additionally, ELDT America has been completely unresponsive. Their phone line is inactive, and multiple email attempts to reach them have gone unanswered. This lack of communication and follow-through raises concerns about the integrity and reliability of their services.

I am requesting assistance from the ScamPulse.com in resolving this issue. Specifically, I seek confirmation that ELDT America will submit the required documentation promptly and ensure that no other customers face similar difficulties.

I have attached any relevant documents for your reference. Please let me know if you require additional information to assist with this complaint.
