They told my fiancé over teams that they would send a check for her to deposit and keep $150 out of and then use the rest for a computer that they would buy. She would buy from a company that they provided for her to only buy from that company, she immediately terminated contact the check they sent was from OS national 3097 Satellite Blvd. Suite 400 in Duluth, Georgia and the amount of the check was $4987 dated January 17 of 2024 from Bank Of America, but it just doesn’t look right at all

I answered an ad on Facebook about a job and it was supposedly posted by someone I was familiar seeing on Facebook. When I messaged her she said it was the company she worked for and they were still hiring! She asked if I had telegram for the secretary to contact me so I gave her my telegram tag. Supposedly the secretary contacted me and sent a a link to apply. I put all my information such as name, address, SS number, and license information!! They even had me take a picture of myself! And I did all of that thinking that it was really for the benefit of the job because it was a work from home position! I became suspicious when I was asked to create a ID.me & IRS account although I did create those accounts but after creating them the IRS website asked if I think this may be a scam, for me to stop, do not proceed, and report them. So I did! And I stopped communication with them on telegram even though they’re still messaging me to finish the process! I just wanted to make you all aware of this scam! It may help someone else!! I even called Kelly Services myself and they told me that they sometimes post jobs on social media but it’s through there company’s social media tags! She also said that this scam has been going around for years!!!

Super quick interview process, then they have you download an app to talk to a reciruiter named Gracie Thompson. They request you get a bunch of computer stuff and they will send you a check and then you go buy all the stuff you need through their vendors. It’s a scam

I am writing to express a serious concern regarding a recent interaction I had in relation to a Data Clerk position at Optimus Healthcare which I applied for on 1/23/24 from a job posting on LinkedIn. On 1/23/24, I was contacted by a recruiter whom identified as Tom Hagen, who claimed to be a recruiter associated with Optimus Healthcare.

After diligently completing the application process, which involved submitting my necessary documents on what appeared to be Optimus Healthcare website, Mr. Hagen instructed me to undergo identity verification through ID.Me. While on ID.Me website, an alert arose during the verification process.

On 1/24/24, after multiple attempts to try to reach Human Resources at Optimus Healthcare, I finally received a call back from Human Resources department, revealing that there is no job opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk position. To my dismay, it appears that Tom Hagen is a scammer falsely representing Optimus Healthcare on LinkedIn and provided a website with Optimus Healthcare information.

I felt it necessary to bring this to your immediate attention for further investigation and action. If there is any additional information or steps you would like me to take, please advise.

I saw the Data Entry position posted on FB, and it looked liked a legit opportunity.

I got an uneasy feeling when they asked me to submit front and back of DL and social over teams, but Elizabeth Meador Orean presented a photo of her employee ID.

Something still didnt sit well with me so i looked her name up on LinkedIn and didnt find anything. When i googled her name I found the ScamPulse.com and several other scam reports.

Someone else contacted me pretending to be from HR of the company in New York. This person was trying to get me to fill out additonal identifying paperwork and was trying to get access to my FB page.

Scam!!

There was a face Book post that a friend of a friend was looking to hire, I gave my information and they wanted me deposit the two $850.00 checks into my account and wanted me to transfer money to one person and Cash app would only allow me to send $500.00.  The money is to be used to buy software.  The person they wanted me to send the money to on cash app Olga 1859 Fabrikina and the person who is claiming to be is Hunter Manner.  The interview process was weird and they asked me send a resume.  The only asked me for my name, address, email and send them a copy of my drivers' license.

Someone posted on a job board on Facebook for a data entry position hiring fully remote. They stated to DM them, I did, and they provided a Microsoft teams link and referral code. Someone conducted an "interview" but this was all over Team's Chat service. They started requesting my information as I had "passed" the assessment but when I saw the review above about another individual losing money, I didn't provide my personal info, but instead asked would I need to purchase anything before training. They stated things would be needed, but provided by the company other than an IPAD PRO so I stopped communications.

The company hires without an interview or phone interview.

Asked to do a "trial period" and asked me to use my personal bank account to secure payments for their customers, through a Bitcoin wallet.
