I ordered 5 ceramic ornaments that had a blank backside for personalizing and received 5 plastic pieces of junk that have an entirely different image than pictured on their website, blurry at that, printed on both sides. I wouldn't have paid $5 for these, much less $47. Blatant bait and switch false advertising.

The 2020 Santa advertisement on Facebook and Instagram looks like a nice 3D ornament with nice detail.
Received it today . . . Cheap looking dollar tree ornament no detail hard to read! Never again!

Ordered cute glass iridescent Santa ornaments, received cheep rubber flat ornaments that would sell for less than a dollar, they offered $8 back on my $27 original purchase, I have a complaint in to PayPal, my main purpose is to get them from being a payment mediator for this scam company!

I ordered 10 of these and I got the same cheap, flat rubber ornaments. Paid 103.00 for them. What a rip off! Paypal needs to back these up if they are going to be an accomplice to this scam!

I ordered a child's robot costing $66.77 AUS the next day I checked on Pay Pal and it was changed to USD $96.09. at first I didn't worry and thought I'd made a mistake but a few days later I bought a better Security System which pushed me out of their site stating it was a SCAM. I've been telling pay pal this was a scam but 2 days ago they contacted them and I'm now getting messages from Aus Post so I'm waiting to see what happens. I also have a list of chinese postal dates and there was no-where in America that seems involved so I'll try and get my extra $30AUS back. Not happy

I bought this wreath because I love the little truck on the front of it thought it was so cute. I waited for a month to receive it and when I got it it look nothing like the picture a little truck that was on there was not like the one that was advertised it was a piece of paper with a truck printed on it. The recent look like the picture the berries didn’t look like the picture it was very miss leading sales.
This was my transaction number 5429283028615724D . I have asked for a refund I was offered 10% which is not acceptable then I was offered 15% refund which still is not acceptable. I would like a full refund $34.99. I’m very disappointed in this company and would not order from them ever again.

Any way I can get any of that money back? I will never order from Facebook again! It was at a time when I was hand peeling many apples for applesauce and it caught me at a bad time! I also ordered 2 ornaments that were shown in the picture to be glass 3 dimensional and what I received was 2 flimsy rubber ornaments. Put in a claim with PayPal and was offered a full refund only after I pay to ship them back to China which is going to cost me half of what I paid for the crap. BTW, the ad clearly stated that it was shipped from the US and would offer a full money back guarentee.

Saw a great advert. on Facebook for two 1:18 scale diecast cars, for 80.00 U.S. Paid them, waited 5 weeks and when they arrived they were 1:24 and 1:32 scale worth about $25 for them both. Coiuldn't send them back because my return shipping was going to be $68.00, tried to get a refund and after two months FINALLY got $32.00 refunded. I bought 2 cute Santa’s with face masks. $26.57 on Oct 27th thru PayPal. Today they posted $7.97 to my account and sent me a little Santa, not an ornament (2) that I ordered? Turning into Pay Pal. Be careful ordering off FB they check political opinions, but not ads selling stuff. The 5th this year I’ve had to file claim on.
