I have also had the same problem as you. I paid through Paypal and currently have a case open. It cost me equivalent of $26.46. I ordered it on 22 September 2020 and received the worthless piece of plastic on 6th October 2020. I had ordered personalised for 4 people, 1 dog & 1 cat, with wording at the bottom. I received one with only 4 people and not even personalised. What a con !

Total scammers. I too got scammed with this animated Halloween pumpkin with built-in projector and speaker. Receive a piece of crap plastic pumpkin that can be bought for $2 at any thrift shop. Don't be fooled. Lodged a complaint with PayPal. Why is PayPal even permitting this kind of fraud. These scammers having PayPal as a payment method makes them more legitimate...

I ordered a hammock WITH stand. Over a month later I only received the hammock. I requested to return the item, which clearly stated I was able to do and they are not responding. I've sent several emails and seem to receive a generic or auto email back. I've filed a complaint with PayPal and getting nowhere. Avoid them! It wasn't obvious that this was a scam China company

I ordered the wood burning set and never received it, never got any response from sent emails with the transaction numbers either. It's a scam. Never order anything off of facebook because that's where the scammers usually list their products. You either do not receive it, or if you do it's not what you paid for and it's junk!

I purchased the projection pumpkins for $80 for 3. I finally received my order and I got 2 pumpkins that I could have bought in my local dollar store. The are regular plastic pumpkins that just laugh. no projection. One doesn't even work. They are NOTHING like what was described. Totally disappointed and ripped off!

Ordered keyboard and mouse with phone/tablet case. Mouse has nothing in it. Ports don't fit. Didn't come with instructions nor did it come with a packing slip. Velcro holders are a piece of junk. Terrible purchase.

I totally agree with all of the reports I have read here! I ordered what was supposed to be "life-like" furry CATS that moved and made you think they were almost real...$25.99 each--well, stupid me, I ordered two of them. When they came, they were about the size of 4-week old kittens, they certainly did not move and when I emailed back to Pumoll which is the front company that I received them from, I was told that I got what I had ordered. Certainly not so and when I tried to go back to the website, the video had strangely disappeared so I could not prove it to PayPal. I did complain to Paypal and they have offered me $21 and to keep the cheap, carnival fake cats. Because, of course it would have to be shipped back to China I imagine...I also ordered the battery operated small chain saw--the video they used the chain saw was demonstrated by a Stihl one...with a nice storage case. Well, you guessed, the one that came was not a Stihl, not even close, and no storage case, etc. ..oh, does it take me a long time to learn!

Order 2 hammocks said they came with stand in a portable bag with shoulder strap. Did receive to hammocks, no stand and they rolled up in a small bag. Looks like a company like Facebook would not allow scammersike this to sell on their site. I have order other things from adds on Facebook and received correct items.

Ordered the hammock and stand advertised through FB.
Had my husband and friend also review the ad to make sure the stand was included because I was aware of companies misleading and I wanted confirmation that I wasn’t reading it wrong.
Unfortunately, I paid $41 for a chincy hammock with no hooks or stand. After 4 weeks of waiting For delivery I list track of the ad that to confirm it stated stand included so when I tried to return it for a full refund they told me they best they would do is partial refund and if I wanted full refund I would need to pay $50 shipping to send it back.

So basically, the charge you $40 for [censored] and hope that you just shrug Off your disappointing. Worst case scenario they refund you $16 and make $25 for sending you garbage.

I ordered a wireless keypad, mouse, in a PU leather case for cell phone. The original picture shows just a cell phone, but looks like it can adapted for a small tablet as well. I received the case, but there was no keyboard or mouse. Looks like it was made only for the phone, without anything that would look like a keypad or mouse would have been inserted, or even made for a keyboard and mouse. I've also tried twice to upload a file of 2 pics, but said "www.scampulse.com System error! cant upload file to destination dir." I guess it is a scam when they can't spell words correctly or capitalize the first word in a sentence. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal to get my money back, hopefully.

I too bought a hammock and was also told to tie it between 2 trees. 45 emails later, still the same email offering between 2-4 dollars! No return address! Claim they didn’t advertise the stand which they did, sent photographs but same response. I’ve complained to PayPal, they should give the money back considering I’ve sent proof! They have so many names they are using and emails too, written to all of them but alas, nothing. I’ve reported them to trading standards and am writing a letter which I’m sure they won’t respond too. I’ve also reported them to the lettings agent who have forwarded them for fraud, again nothing will happen! I’m so angry as I never fall for this kind of crap, there’s also another company that looks like it’s going to con me, pair of shoes. No disrespect intended but it seems to be problems with China! Frustrating that I can’t put my hands round their throats!

Ordered 2 swinging chairs. Received 2 tiny ugly camophalged stools. They said I selected the wrong option on the description. But regardless of what option you select, the pictures are the same. one of the pictures is of a man sitting in what appears to be a chair that doesn't recline but no tiny child size stools. Also the price advertised on social media is with the picture of the reclining chair. Paypal was no help and I won't be using them anymore. This site is having a system error and won't let me post my pictures.
