I ordered a high power weight from this company. It was 18.94 to pay for it when I ordered. The package never showed. The tracking number they gave me, was unverifiable. It took 6 months of emails and they only refunded me 13.25. They said they could not refund the cost of shipping since they "indeed shipped it" though the tracking number was invalid the day they gave it to me. This company is straight scam artists the emails dont even contain a company logo. Is a personal gmail! Please no one order from here.

I ordered a professional wood burning set for 56 bucks.
I got the beginners set (worth 28 bucks) after 6 weeks. In an envelope held together by ducktape.
Key essential parts were missing so I could not use it even if I wanted to).

I reported this to PayPal and they took it up.

After a few weeks I got a reply basically saying that they (ER Trading) would give me a full refund IF I sent the goods back (which shipping costs would exceed 20 bucks they do not pay for). Alternatively they offered me a 25% cash back and I can keep the worthless, non-ordered product.

In other words: 56x25%=14 bucks refund. And 42 bucks down the drain.

NEVER EVER again with this company!

I ordered the Mirror Nail Polish on April 19th and had not received it so I filed a claim with PayPay. on 7/15/20. Magically, I received the merchandise on 7/18/20 but it was not what I ordered. The colors were wrong, the size of the bottles was disappointing and the polish itself was horrible. The base and top coat bottles are written in Chinese so impossible to tell them apart. There was no invoice in the package and as other have mentioned, the website could not be found so I escalated my claim with PayPay to get my refund. Will never order anything again through a Facebook Ad and thank goodness for PayPal!

I ordered 2 memory foam pillows over a month ago and have not received them. I emailed and no reply. I did not get an email from the company directly, only from my PayPal when I placed the order. I don't know how to get a hold of them.

Placed an order for $45 that I received over a month later, only to realize they were completely the wrong size. Their website is no longer valid and I opened a case with PayPal. Finally got a response back after another 3 weeks from "Stephanie Lewis " who told me to send pictures, which I did. It is clear they are the wrong size on the packaging, as well as just looking at them and since they were bras, the size is kind of important!

After another week, she says "this is due to your personal reason that wants to return the item back, so you need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee" which is $20 by the way. I will be escalating this case with PayPal, but who knows if I'll ever get anything back.

Fair warning, stop buying things on Facebook ads. They are most likely Chinese scammers. At least do some research first, I wish I had.

On April 17 2020 I purchased 2 sets of pro wheel rim protectors for $39.94 . I cleaned and dried the wheel rims but the protectors would not stick to the rims. I used both sets of the protectors but they would not work. I don"t thank either set had any adhesive on them at all. Because the items did not work as advertised I thank I should be given a refund. This company is totally BOGUS & SCAMMER! I ordered multiple items from their FB website & haven't received my purchases. I tried contacting them but their phone number is not legit! They won't respond to my emails...nothing! Er Trading Co is stealing your money so beware! Your company needs to REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!
