Never buy from this company. They are total scam artists! I purchased a hammock with metal stand from them and only received a flimsy piece of cloth and no hammock stand. The advertisement clearly stated the the item was for a hammock with metal stand and even showed videos of people opening the box, pulling out the stand and assembling the entire thing.

To my surprise when I received the package it only included a flimsy bath towel sized piece of cloth. I contacted we trading through PayPal and they stated that the stand in the ad was for display purposes only. Filing a claim with PayPal was denied because tracking info confirms I received a package from the seller. Sure, I received basically a $60 bath towel from them, but clearly not what they advertised.

What a scam. I don’t know how Facebook and PayPal supports frauds like this but stay away and never buy anything through Facebook ads! Lesson learned

I saw another complaint the same as mine here. I also ordered a dent puller that I saw advertised in a facebook ad. Last time I'll ever order from a face book ad. All I received from them was a rubber suction cup - just like the other complaint. Filing a complaint on paypal all I've received from "er Trading Co. Ltd" is basically a "f--- -ff, you got what you ordered" A direct mail I sent to "[email protected]" (the address at the bottom of my order confirmation) was never acknowledged. This company is a bait and switch scam.

Ordered Aug 12th, received junk today Sept 8, 2020. Waste of money, mouse is empty, keyboard junk, plug doesn't fit and certainly not Bluetooth! BEWARE.
Website is basically blank and non functional. all i could find was a Facebook page, so left info there too.

They have advertised on TikTok and Facebook selling "Luxury Camping Chairs" showing a video of people sitting in a swinging camping chair that collapses in to an over-the-shoulder camping bag. I ordered two. About 6 weeks later, I received two very small fold-able footstools. Now, the web site had 4 badges citing "Satisfaction Guaranteed" so I wrote them and asked why I hadn't received the camping chair I ordered (was there a mix up? I need to return these...) They responded saying I'd received exactly what I ordered. ***Except there was not one single image or reference to what I actually received on the web site. They offered USD2.00 of the USD58.75 I'd paid. They told me I *can't* return them (illegal here in the UK) and that I should give them as a gift to someone else. It's not even big enough for my 5 year old niece. It's clear to me that this is a drop shipper using bait & switch scams. I have some protections because I used PayPal and I am claiming the money back, but I feel like they are making money off people who don't have the time or the savvy to understand their consumer rights and the ways in which this company scams them. (gaslighting the consumer into thinking they did something wrong) Why is PayPal even still giving them a platform?

Same exact think happened to me. 2 dollar refund...then they said 3 dollars...when I went through paypal they offered 15 % and then 20%...I disputed it with paypal...but paypal sided with them. Currently cancelling my paypal especially after seeing the other review stating they kept charging a person.

I ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse for $41.68. The keyboard I received was not wireless. Maria White promised me a full refund and I got $2. Wtf! So I took the keyboard apart and it’s hollow. There are no working mechanisms! The the mouse, which I paid $5 extra for, is hollow as well. They take money for crap and fraudulent products!

I ordered a neck fan on July 30th, 2020. I have not received it nor gotten any response from seller. I have no way of contacting them because they did not list an email, address or phone number

I ordered a wireless keyboard and they set a keyboard only it was not wireless and has to be connected. The keyboard does not fit any of my devices. I contact ER Trading Co. and exchanged emails with Maria White. This person promised me a full refund because she said their products ship from a warehouse and it must have been shipped wrong. When they finally issued a refund it was $2. I paid them $41.68. These people are scammers. They advertise false products, take your money and then send you junk! I want my money back!

I ordered off Facebook like others and have been scammed by this company. I ordered 2 hammocks WITH STANDS and received 2 hammocks with ropes to tie around a tree! I like others contacted ER TRADING CO. only to be offered a ridiculous settlement amount or pay $20 to return and when they receive it they will give me a full refund. I spent $75. I do not trust that if I mail the items back they will acknowledge that they received them, I do not trust they will give me a full refund. I have sent PayPal a complaint and escalated a complaint to get my money back but after reading everyone's comments I am more then concerned that I will not get my money back and fall into the same pattern as everyone else. I have all the screenshots to prove they did not meet product description and have attached below. WHY is NO ONE taking legal action against these people on Facebook!

Also scammed by this company. Ordered a rivet tool, and only received a plastic case with nothing inside of it. The website listed on the Paypal confirmation is a ruse. I've sent a dispute through PayPal, we'll see how that turns out. If PayPal refuses, I will cancel my account. Their are lots of payment options available.

I seen an add on Facebook about salvage magnets, sold by this company on March 3rd of this year, I have tried to contact them for reasons why I haven't received my order, but I only get a website that builds websites, but I also tried emailing them with no response. I paid $37.94 USD and would like to know what can be done.

This is a spam and PayPal is not stopping this from happening. PayPal has enough dispute from this company to spam spam spam and let the purchaser know. That’s why we use PayPal we think they have our best interest on hand. I bought a Bluetooth wireless key board for my I phone. I just receive a cardboard box cut and a play keyboard no on or off button. Beware this is spam and PayPal knows about it and won’t stop them from using them to get rich.

I just got denied by PayPal! Ridiculous! Bought a bra which was supposed to fit cups C-E. My 13 yo who maybe is a AA couldn't even fit into. Only got response from company when I filed dispute. They offered $2 back and then when I refused they finally sent a return address. Only thing it would cost me more to ship back then what i spent (28.99) total on bra. Cant believe PayPal lets them get away with this!

I ordered some ambient lighting for my tv that projects colors on the wall that are similar to the colors being shown on the tv. It was 58 bucks, but when I finally received the item (After opening a paypal complaint) it was a bunch of led lights and a usb connector to turn them on. That's it. It was the most basic item that was missing nearly all of the components required to make it work. I received the item 1 day after the paypal case closed. I contacted the seller but haven't heard back.
