I was messaged, by name, about a property I haven't owned in over 10 years. It was a very vague message that would make most people contact them for clarification.

About 4 days later I received a message from PayPal to let me know that there was an ongoing charge of $49.99 each month registered to my account
I contacted the company immediately and was told that I had given them my visa # which is authorization for them to take my money. I paid the 99 cents by PayPal.
I have requested my money back and was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I managed to stop ongoing charges through PayPal but I still want my money returned since I did not authorize anything
This is the latitude and longitude of the address, shows up in a golf course in Virgina.

After sending $667 though PayPal to his PayPal handle, the Marketplace listing and profile on Facebook disappeared, logs of out conversation gone. I was skeptical so I raised an issue with PayPal where I claimed the "Item was not received." Seller offered to give me a refund after giving my phone number so I did and in return I get a case closed siding with the seller from PayPal after he provided a tracking number for the order.
The tracking number in question: 1Z8950E60320376242
The tracking info provided has no proof that the package was delivered to the address I provided. The proof of delivery was "inside delivery" and who it was delivered to was a person named "Mando."
There is no "inside delivery" for the address I provided and there exists no one named Mando or anywhere near those syllables near that location. I reopened the case with PayPal again with included info.
I'm $667 and a possible iPad down. I just wanted to school with the right tools.
(571) 296-1532) presented on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100042886764239 and asked whether he had a license for catering services. He assured me that he did, but unfortunately, he never presented the license to me or the venue owner after I paid him $1416.39 for his services. He asked me to pay via Zelle to ****** ****** (his mom).
Then they tried to bargain with me, offering to give me only 30, 40, 50, then 60% back and saying I could keep the utensils. I don't want something I didn't order and with only a fraction of my money. They gave lots of apologies, but many lies and excuses. Beware, you never get any of your money back. (turns out it was from China)
