Sandals advertised on Facebook as “Clark’s” when recd were not Clark’s but a cheap poor imitation. Emai states refund within 7 days. I emailed immediately after receiving. Paid on March 26, 202 via PayPal. Have sent 3 notices requesting return without response,

Scammer posted items for sale, in a private group, using a members account. Contact was by Facebook messenger. Partial payment was made using PayPal to Facebook user. After making the initial payment I wasn't able to contact again. The actual user had been hacked.

I purchased 4 wagons from website that appeared to be QVC that was linked thru Facebook. Received tracking number and updates but product was never delivered. Emailed the email address provided and response was always be patient.

Puppy for sale advertisement on Facebook for Mastiff puppies.

Agreement was 100 for a deposit, rest upon pickup of puppy.

Once deposit was made, “seller” requested numerous pieces of personal information that was not pertinent to sale of puppy. Then requested more money to deal with vet bill and “paperwork”….no money was sent to seller. Seller then used excuses of mother passing away, car problems and lack of funds as the reason why requesting more money than agree upon. Then had “friend” reach out to vouch for him. Man was not known to anyone but used the same poor grammar. All social media accounts associated were very suspect and all phone numbers never went through. Then seller claims Facebook was hacked and began emailing and would not stop requesting additional money. Seller also claims to be AKC registered breeder and provided a certificate. The certificate expired in 2016 and upon calling AKC this person is not a registered breeder under AKC. We requested a refund numerous times for the deposit and were told no. Seller then tried to get us to send money to a delivery service and still to pay him money. We declined numerous times and asked for refund. His harassment was constant resulting in over 70 emails just from him not to mention Facebook messages from his “friend” that was to vouch for him.

Mario Durazo is claiming to have a registered company goes by the name Almadura Construction LLC hires people for weeks and does not pay them. Has done this to many family members and friends. He washes his hands saying the customer did not pay him.

It was a text from and ex family members telling me that Udlg programs were giving grants and he saw my name on the list and I should get in touch with them so I did they got my name and address and email but they are saying they are Jeff Anderson and it wasn't their name was Agents David Rio telling me to keep it secret cause I could be rob at my home I sent them a picture of myself and looking at the messages it's gone I blocked both parties.

I WOULD THEN TAKE A CLEAR PICTURE OF THE CARD AND RECEIPT TO SHOW TO THE AGENT.

CASH TO BE DELIVERED THROUGH FEDEX, I WOULD THEN GIVE THE CARD TO THE DELIVERY PERSON.

Place the order on 4-29-23. Had a tracking number which was invalid. Stated on 5-22-23 it was delivered to my post office. waiting until 5-24-23 to see where the package was. Went to the main post office on 5-24-23 they di not have any package there. Spoke with the postal worker telling me it was not a usual tracking number that I had been scammed. I tried to contacted the Co. @ [email protected], they wanted me to pay them to talk with someone on line. also there is a [email protected]. I haven't gotten a hold of anyone so far.

Ultimately - the reassurance came and went quickly that this was a legitimate puppy sale. Between the asking about gift-cards, utilizing Cash App and then creating a new Venmo to use, the address that led to no where, the pictures that were found on Google Images (reverse search), and seemingly poor awareness? I should have known when they were most active in the opposite time-zone. In addition, she then sent a video of her in bed, basically reading a response to my skepticism and how she doesn't take people's money....

My girlfriend and I wanted to move into a 3 bedroom home but never received the lease or keys to the house. We paid $80 for the application fee, $250 for deposit, $100 for pet fees, $1000 up front for rent, $410 for a water bill that wasn't even ours to pay. Then, we still had to pay $250 just for the lease forms to be printed out. After each fee payment he kept promising that it was the last payment and the last payment for us to get the lease forms and the keys.

Followed an ad for overstock on Hexclad cookware, 12pc set, only had to pay shipping. It had the Verified checks ? so I proceeded to check out. Finished only to be told it was an entry to win the cookware. Within a minute my bank notified me of a fraudulent charge on my account for $128. I stopped the payment and have to get a new card. When I called the numbers for both companies, the same person answered and said that I ordered a workout system. The other company name is Stylish Auto Pros and their phone number is 855-629-1917.

Hello i am *******, i am now a android developer and a victim to fraud and abuse. I am requesting a investigation be made at my mothers home , the reson is i have been trying to grt my income tax done for my children but i keep being blocked online and off , first i found out my mail was being redirect to some other addresses. The mail witch they called business mail was to my infomation from my benifits , my opportunity for a home and more like aplctions fro help with my light and rent. After that was fixed i had been trying to be part of ,y children's school and education but a nother block, i found out someone was useing my google profile to create google buissnes. I had did everything, from the affidavits to the police reports, at least thats what i thoght. Come to find out my calls were being forwarded!?? i have been a complete mess, so i started learning Android development and computing were i live i did it all i was the only one in the class that got the computer and still have it. But thatwas short lived the computer locked up.OMG it took me a nother year just to pay to unlock it,so i stareted going to a new place the biblo tech i started my surch i whant threw windows 10 threw xbox therw linux pixle note 10 samsung j bird prim to Metro ,Boost. Still nothing finaly i had nothing left just my children so i finally i got a free phone coming to find someone had been loged in my emergncy affordable services with a apple devices they call my sons. Tracking this back to 1998copyright. This has been a crazy chaes i finly got my oldest son to talk about the xbox leadi g me to this galaxy tablet . I fanaly found the linked facebook account right next door to a business ??? We had noticed the put a shed right next to the fence line of my mothers property. As you look on googles map my mothers home is in a big blur and the shed dose not even show. I cant belive this man had been useing my name to run this roofing Contractors building out that shed.now they keep trying to get a morgage online for my mothers home. Please help i do know the women that lives the works for the school system and the man, well hes not from here. Thank you

Scammer uses Facebook Marketplace to place ads for items for sale, mostly machinery under the name Claude *****. I contacted him through Facebook Messenger for a question and answer period. We agreed on a deal of one welding maching, helmet and gloves for $150.00. He printed a UPS label with tracking number and sent it to me saying he would drop it off at UPS the next morning. I used Cash App to make payment of $150.00 to $Lakes4u. The package was never sent. The phone # to the company is disconnected. The address on Cortez looks abandoned. Scammer does not respond to questions.
