Medicare fraud. DME filled for. I don’t know this company or the person that ordered the DME, Rounak Ahmed! Complete FRAUD and Medicare paid it!!!!! Don’t have any association with them. Never requested DME, never received DME, COMPLETE FRAUD. I am a physician and and I detest this abuse of Medicare.

Medicare contacted me about a bill from G&i Ortho that they paid. I had no contact with that company or Dr. Richard L. Addes that allegedly order the urinary cathethers that G&i billed to Medicare.

A Medicare claim of $5970.00 was submitted by Dr. Tariq Waseem to G&I Ortho Supply Inc, Brooklyn, NY for 600 intermittent urinary catheters (3 claims filed) between July 21, 2023 to Sept. 20, 2023. Medicare approved and paid their portion. The remainder of balance was sent to my secondary insurance company. All of this happened before I received my summary statement December 1, 2023. I contacted Medicare fraud department and made my report to them. Medicare said this will take a long time to be removed from my Medicare account, but it will eventually be removed. Now I am trying to get in touch with my secondary insurance.

They have charged me for things that I do not need.  Like a urinary cath with insertion.  I do not need these things.  They are charging my part b medical insurance.  The government needs to check them out.  A lot of people need to check their notices from Medicare summary notice for part B medical insurance.  This is a scam.

The scammer reported to Medicare that urinary catheters had been ordered in July, Aug, Sept & Oct. No catheters had ever been ordered. Medicare Part B denied the claim so no money was lost.

State Farm Supplemental sent statement that had Billing from G&I Ortho Suppy for Child Catheters. I live alone and no kids. Said HCPCS twice June and July. Cost $1,990 each. Medicare paid $1,708 twice. State Farm was investigating. Called Medicare and second Lady said they have been getting a lot from this Company. State Farm said needed more info before paying. Hope they don't.

I received Medicare claim notices and there were 2 claims from G& I Ortho Supply for $1900 each. Showed 'ordered by' as Rosalia P Leite-Evans. I have never heard of the company, nor ever have had need of the urinary catheters listed. I immediately called Medicare to report the fraud. This company is apparently known for fraudulent claims. I'm not sure of how they got my Medicare number. I have only given it to doctor's offices.
