after 15months with engine from this company.my mechanic found a head gasket leak.I call frasier engines had issues reaching the warranty service this lady was rude and showed no customer concerns. I filled a warranty claim form and still have not been given a warranty claim num.Looks to me there is no professionalism.Had I known this before they never would got me as a customer. Now my car is at my mechanic shop lady from warranty name (Daniel) does not give my mechanic full information on how the process of replacement engine will occur.customer service is difficult to reach looks like they have id calling on their end now my mechanic was instructed to pull out the engine and no further information was given on time when a company was being sent to pick up motor and how the time frame was. I have rental which I'm paying for out of pocket and I'm also being charged for storage per day which is $25.00 that was explianed to them.which they can care less because they already got my money. next step is to seek legal counseling.

The most rudest people iv ever dealt with idk why we all can't get together and take them to court and sue them. I'm trying to play nice with them but if one more person speaks to me the way the last two did court is where we will be. Everyone that has had a bad experience with Frasier motor are problems reach out and let's get together because they can't keep getting away with this. They obviously have more money than they have since because if it's that hard to communicate with people on a daily basis then I would think you would need to find another line of work because customer service or sales is not your thing and I would also think with the money they are charging for these motors that they would be able to hire some quality people that knows how to speak to people and a professional manner and know how to treat people in a professional manner

This company provided a number of different prices and quotes via email, phone and pdf. When finally trying to placing an order for one of their engines the price changed substantially. Documentation that they provided via email and pdf, before hand stated that shipping was free and the price for the engine and the core charge was lower than they tried to sneak and charge me for. When I finally got ahold of a person to place an order they tried to act as though I never was told about a different price or sent documentation with different information. When I questioned the differences in the price of the engine, the shipping and the core charge I was instantly transferred around to a number of people then threatened by a manager (3rd in the company as I was told) that since I was asking so many questions that he would just cancel my order because as he said he could tell "I was going to be a problem customer". Never once did I raise my voice or was I rude. I was simply asking why the pricing was so different and how could I get different info from 3 different sources. They are known for price gouging excessively! If you pay attention to the PDF provided you will see the differences in the pricing and the fact the they were trying to charge for shipping when you clearly see that their flyer says "Free hipping".
