I ordered a weight loss product called Banana Drops I saw on Facebook. After I ordered the product paying with my credit card I got the feeling I should have done my research first and found them to be a scam.

I contacted them the very next day asking to cancel my order and refund my money. They said they couldn't because the product already left the warehouse. They then said if I keep the product or give to someone else they'd give me a credit but not full credit. I agreed. I waited for the credit and I waited for the product. I got neither so I contacted them again. They said the delivery time was estimated between 7 and 30 days. So in good faith, I waited 30 days. I've been back and forth with them via email. They then said they would give me a higher refund but not full. I told them I still did not get any product. They told me my item was picked up in Florida at a post office 2 days after I placed the order. I told them I did not live in Florida. They had my information when I placed the order. I also told them if they delivered to Florida then that was their error not mine. They are playing head games with me and I told them I want a FULL refund. I also told them I'm contacting my credit card company and BBB. I kept all emails since placing the order, for evidence. They do not provide an address. I chose not to call the number they listed because I believe this all to be a scam and after all the emails I don't think a phone call will resolve the issue. After going on line to see their reputation I have found several reports of them being scammers. They also say on their website that they offer 60 day full money refunded guarantee for any reason of nonsatisfaction but they will not honor that in my emails to them. It has been just over 30 days.
