They shipped the cartridge under false pretenses and use deceptive practices to deceive employees answering the phone that they are legitimately authorized to service our business.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
First of all, the phone numbers he gave initially went to Google Voice, super sketchy. Then he calls me back and I said to please send another invoice (so I can get an email address from them). Another guy, Nicholas Perry from Customer Service, sends it and I call them out on them LYING to us about being our new supplier. Now I'm returning the toner they sent and unclear if they'll refund us. Always double-check with your original supplier!
