Never received my order from Goth Halloween after paying $176

I had to change my card and I never received my clothes from Goth Halloween (Goth Halloween.com). I paid $176 for the order. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but got no real help. They are based in NY, USA.

Kept seeing ads for clothing and decided to buy 2 sets of clothes while there was a sale. I spend $108 and the tracking went onto the Shop app. After a couple weeks when I checked it, the tracking hadn't progressed. I've contacted the shop 3 or so times and heard nothing back. The website doesn't exist anymore and I've contact Shop about it a few times and never heard back from them

Went by psychorebelxx on Instagram, website was goth Halloween. Contacted a bunch of times about order not received and eventually they just blocked me. Paid $80 for two sets that never arrived and they may have deleted their account.

I ordered a two-piece outfit from an alternative clothing brand, called Goth Halloween (formerly known as “Psycho Rebel”) on 8/26/2021. I waited all the way up until 4 months ago to contact the business via Instagram direct message (3/22/2022), and inquire about my order. Business replied with “Let me send your order number to our shipping department” and verified with me exactly what I ordered. However, I had not heard back. I reached out again via Instagram DM’s on 7/19/2022, attaching a screen shot of my order confirmation e-mail for proof of the date of purchase, and requested a refund. However, the business did not respond. I’ve reached out 4 more times since then; once this past Sunday (7/24), once the following day on Monday (7/25), and twice more today (Wednesday 7/27)—all to no response. I know for a fact that my messages were read, and blatantly ignored. This is thanks to Instagram’s direct message feature that notifies the sender that their recipient opened said message by leaving a “seen” icon under each message that was read.
