I ordered from them. Never received my package. Like I’ve read on other complaints. All they do is create a label that’s not even in California! But you know what, karma is real honey and I know you are reading this. Karma will be out for you.

I’m being patient right now by allowing them to give me my money back. I know several judges personally and family members who are attorneys and a couple who work in the Department of Defense. If I have to take it to that level. It will be done.

Placed my order and recieved it in under 5 days. After using it the first time i had a terrible headache and was very nauseated. Was determined to see it through. Headache stopped and nausea stopped. Now my scalp is super inflammed. Im talking extreme itchiness little bumps some pus in areas. I do not know whatd actually in the extra regrowth serum but i stopped using and just decided to make my own oil mixture. Glad i caught this on sale 70 percent off or i wouldve been super mad if i wasted more of my money

This is what ai needed to read! My head has been hurting me so bad while using the hair drop serum. I thought it might have been the drops but I wasn’t sure. I ran out of drops and the headaches went away. I also itch all over my body at times. I even have a headache now and had I’ve over the past few days since I got my new order in. It’s almost unbearable. Not buying anymore abs I guess my money will be wasted because I’m throwing this stuff in the garbage!

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! The first picture of me in Black is my hair before trying their hair growth serum regular strength. The second picture is me 6 months later plus quarantine weight and faithfully using ONLY their hair oil. My scalp burns, my hair thinned badly and sheds like crazy daily (more than normal). I used to have thick long strong hair and now I have thinning weak and brittle hair. I went to IG to try and notify them through DM and commenting under their posts and they ignored me, deleted my comments and blocked me. I just filled a complaint with the BBB. I spent roughly $250 trying to support Black business and hoping I was getting a great product based off of all their positive reviews but in actuality I got Satan in a bottle and now I will have to chop all my hair off and start from scratch hoping the scalp burns don’t slow down my regrowth process. I’m crying my eyes out and they just keep trying to justify their bogus product for the sake of making more money.

For ALL of you that are owed monies, you need to contact your counties Dept of Weights and Measures. They handle ALL of the fraudulent claims of PAYING customers. From the amount of complaints is see, I can say clearly say that you guys have a CLASS ACTION suit to file! The Better Business Bureau is for the company NOT the customer. I had a situation like this with Blue Hippo (the computer scam from tv). I called the BBB and got no help. My then boss directed me to the Dept of Weights and Measures in our county and I was refunded ALL of my money with 2 weeks of my case being taken by the District Attorney of Las Vegas. Apparently that's where the company was located and had millions of complaints just like mine! Paid company and no product for the customer.

I was excited purchase this item as I saw it advertised with what appeared to be great reviews on IG and FB. I ordered. Then waited. I ordered Dec 2019. After not receiving my package in 2 weeks, I went to the IG to inquire and was blocked. 4 weeks in, I went to the FB to cmplain and was blocked. They removed my comments as well. I did not hear from them or get my product worth $85. I filed a BBB report on them. I will include it below. I still did not recieve the product or my money. By this point I just wanted my money and to this day I still want my money back. They contacted me a fews back (today is Oct 9 2020) with the excuss of them changing systems and getting so many orders all at once. Had they bothered to not block me, they could have sorted this ouit 8 months ago. Customer service was abysmal. So, when I got an email recently it was to ask me to tell the BBB that they had resolved my complaint but they would only send me the product if I resolved my BBB complaint first. Like do I look stupid? The BBB had already marked them as a failure to reply 8 months ago. I still want my money back. I do not want this product. I want my money back. This is my warning - if you are readying this pre purchase - don't do it. If you are reading this becuase they have stolen your money and failed to give you a product - we are in the same boat and I am very sorry to you as well. I suggest you all file a BBB on this company.

Ordered over a month ago, have not received product. Refuse to respond to me.
I purchased online via Paypal the "Hair ReGrowth Serum Extra Strength 4 oz." product for $84.99 (with shipping) on Dec 18, 2019. My order number is #28694. I received an email with my tracking number (9400111298370435500297) soon after. Their email associated with this tracking is "[email protected]". This is the email address I have sent numerous emails too. I waited two weeks and tried to contact the company for an updated shipping via that email address with no reply. I reached out on Instagram and Facebook after week three (3) to get an updated tracking or information on my order, no response. I have asked for update on both Instagram and Facebook. They have since blocked me on those platforms so that I cannot contact them. The time and effort they took to block me (and others that I have reached out to - they could have looked up my order and responded to me, but they have chosen the hostile passive aggressive approach of blocking. I have tried calling the number associated with their business (323.839.9063) another number associated with this business is 424.901.3629. The hone numbers are just voicemails geared towards and excuse about lateness of shipping due to the holidays which is now (at this reporting) no longer remotely close to the holidays. They have two addresses associated with the business as well - 5279 W. Pico Blvd Los Angeles Ca. 90019 and 5013 San Vicente Blvd Los Angeles, Ca. 90019-2955. I have no recourse to get my product (or answers to my inquires) from them but to file a BBB complaint. They do not/have not operated in good faith. As of Jan 20th, 2020 - I have still not received my product or my money back. (see the screens that have been inclued)

Contact Pay Pal and your bank. After I contacted Pay Pal I was directed to the resolutions department. I sent in my complaint and the company was supposed answer my complaint I had the exact same problem but with a box of surgical gloves from a company named Honeisa.
This is my rebuttal:
You took money from my account April 16,2020 it is 5 months later and I have not received my merchandise. nor have you refunded my $22,09.
You did not respond to the dispute I sent to you from my pay pal account. Do it immediately I am tired of the run around and false information I'm expecting to see the $22.09 back on my card. This was July 30th. I didn't see the email they sent saying they found my package. My bad! so I contacted my bank a couple of days later also. The day after I called my bank. The gloves were in the mailbox.

Please don’t waist your money. For me, it was the opposite effect. Three weeks in and my hair is three times thinner than when I started. I was skeptical but eventually decided to try it. They delete all negative reviews. I am so disappointed. I lost my hair from whatever this product is.

Honestly I've gone through 3 bottles and it smells good but it's basically useless. I have a nice length of hair past my shoulders but two thinning patches on the temples of my head. I feel like after about 5 months my hair looks even worse and thinner. I want to support a fellow sister but I'm gonna try castor oil. I think this is just too much junk mixed together and it causes bad reactions on some people's hair. I broke down in tears the other day because I've wasted half of year with this crap hoping to glow up after quarantine and I look even worse. It sucks, but the truth HURTS. I am happy for the people that it worked for. I do think some of those reviews on Instagram are FAKE. I didn't have any issues with shipping or using promo codes. I'll give them credit for that. But I might as well been putting green grease on my edges instead of using an overpriced tiny bottle of so-called miracle oil...NEXT!

I have an autoimmune disease that caused folliculitis, which in turn made my hair fall out. Since being bald, I've had no flare ups. Ive been trying for years to find some way to grow my hair back and finally stumbled across several ads for Hollywood Hair Bar and decided to do some research. Of course, I started with reading the reviews on the site: all positive (as expected). I decided to dig a little deeper and found a few negative reviews. After seeing the positive reviews outweigh the negatives i decided to take a chance. I ordered one bottle just in case it didnt work or i had a bad reaction to it, so I wouldnt waste more money than I had to. It came relatively quickly, after a few days of ordering. After a week of using the product, I began having flare ups in my scalp again (folliculitis-painful, itchy bumps on the scalp accompanied by inflammation and some filled with pus) BUT, I did also notice that my hair is at least TRYING to grow. I've got some fuzz in a few spots and I'm hoping to see even more growth. A woman in the support I'm in for my disease has also lost her hair due the same issues I'm having and has also started using HHB. She has stated that its helping to grow her hair. I've dealt with this before because I was diagnosed with my disease at age 19 so I tried a few home remedies to relieve the symptoms. I wash my "hair" regularly using a charcoal shampoo and I apply hydrocortisone to the affected areas where the bumps are and I also make sure to take an NSAID for the inflammation. In conclusion, I think that the product does work for some and there is a possibility that it will not work for others. Everyone's hair/scalp are different so not everyone will have the same experience. I've read a lot of reviews for people describing having folliculitis after using the product and I have a feeling (I'm not a doctor by any means, this is just based off of what I've learned for myself) that those describing the itching, flaking, and bumps may have a sensitive scalp but it is treatable. You can try home remedies first unless your symptoms are severe. Also, leaving it untreated will cause your hair to fall out where those bumps and inflammation are. If anyone is interested, you can always try my methods: charcoal or sulphur shampoo, hydrocortisone or neosporin, and ibuprofen. If you're not comfortable doing that, then definitely see a doctor for treatment. I wouldn't blame the product itself for the reactions some are having, it may just be an issue of a sensitivity to the ingredients in the serum. My issue is that when my hair follicles and sweat glands are stimulated in any way, I get what i refer to as flare ups because for ME (not always everyone else, anyone can develop folliculitis), it is part of my disease. I hope that my very long review (sorry lol) can help someone. Much love and happy growing!

D from Illinois. I ordered two bottles that came really fast which was surprising. My complaint is that when I ordered I was given a code for 10% off and couldn’t process said code at checkout. I haven’t used the products yet, I don’t like bad business practices. It’s very important to take a business management course before you launch. I had a time trying to find contact information for them, and after much searching I finally did and keep getting a generic response with other codes for more shopping. 3 times I got apologies but still no few dollars back. It’s never about the change it’s the principle. I bought 2 bottles for my 1st ordered trying to support this company. Repeat customers makes for longevity in any great business. I purchased this product about 2 months ago. I used is religiously every day hoping it would help my already thin hair to grow. Instead of helping my hair to grow, this product savagely damaged my hair. My hair is broken in every spot I applied the growth serum. In every area of hair I did not apply the serum, my hair is thriving. I am extremely disappointed with a product that does none of what it claims to do. I did not have any customer service issues but I know this product would not have been harmful to my hair if it were as good as the ads and videos claimed. SHAME ON YOU HOLLYWOOD HAIR BAR! I just received my order last week.I was missing a item so I sent them a email someone got back to me the next day. I was told to send them a picture of the items I received and I did so. They was very apologetic and told me that they would get my missing item out to me which they did. The only problem I have so far because I haven’t use it yet is that the bottles don’t have any directions on them. How am I suppose to know how to use the product. Am I suppose to guess?

Always do a patch test 24 hours prior to application.

1. Part hair into 1/4 sections and apply directly to your entire scalp.
(If wearing a protective style place spout between braids or tracks and lightly apply serum.)

2. Massage scalp after application for 1 to 3 minutes.

3. Leave serum in wash hair once a week or every two weeks.
(Use serum every day for best results)

Take before pictures and measure your hair to accurately monitor your progress.

I just ordered this product today and didn’t not do my research. After hearing all the comments I really don’t know what to think. I am wondering now if I will receive my order and if it will even work if I do receive it. I must say that I am in favor of supporting black owned businesses and I jump on in and order. But I guess I will just have to wait and see what’s next for me or if I am out of my money. I really hope not, because in a time went a virus is kicking us off jobs and unemployment is at a last time high, scamming people would be heartless. Yes we need to support our own but the ones that decide to run a business never should in no way take advantage of others. I had my edges thin and disappear after getting my hair braided in box braids at the African braiding salon. (No more though). That was over 5 yrs ago. I spent a lot of money on hair growth products to help my edges grow back. No exaggeration, I must have spent over 5,000.00 total on hairgrowth products I bought since 2015. I saw an advertisement for the growth serum and made my purchase. I started not to buy cause the product was a bit costly. I figure something had to work, I was willing to give it a try anyway. Still very much wanting or hoping this would be the one that worked, I forked over the $. I had no issues with delivery though it took almost 3 wks to get. I was a little disappointed that for the money, the bottle was so small! Okeedokee, I went ahead and used it. Fast forward to now, eventhough I'm still not too pleased with the prices, I am loving the fact that my edges have FINALLY grew in! I do understand that not everybody will experience the same results, and I'm truly sorry some of you either never received the product, or it hasn't worked for you. There are so, so many hair growth products out there you can't keep up. Always, always do research first before buying which I usually do, and can't explain why I didn't this time. Just be determined that you Will grow your hair to whatever length you desire. Keep at it, don't give up! Massage your scalp for at least 5 to 10 mins. More if you have time. Wishing you success!

I was also excited to hear about this product to make your hair grow I ordered my first bottle and used daily as suggested, using daily the bottle emptied pretty quickly. I saw no results and thought I will give it some time. After my 4th bottle I saw no results. Hands down No more. It does not work. Some are saying it works I am curious if the company actually pays individuals with long thick hair to promote their product. Companies often do false advertising which is bad for the consumer. I will be more careful going forward to purchasing items that pop up on social media.
