I ordered two bottles of the hair serum on April 9, 2020. It is now the June 9, 2020 and I still haven't received my product. I sent them an email and I was told that it was undeliverable and to update my address. Since then I have received products from three other companies with no problem in fact I got my items faster than expected. On May 25 I sent another email requesting a refund with no response from the company.

I ordered the Hollywood Hair Bar in April 2020 , I just received my order in June . The thing is , there's a pandemic going on , and my postmaster told me that all kinds of mail is going to be slow . My order is correct , even though it was already opened when I got it . It's not the company's fault . Ladies , they do say do a patch test for 24 hours before using it as instructed , you might just have extra sensitive skin on your scalp . I have sensitive skin . When you order or even buy something , you're taking a chance . The Hollywood Hair Bar that I ordered have the exact listing of ingredients that I've read about . I feel that I received my order in a good timely manner in spite of the pandemic . Like I said , the postmaster told me that all kinds of mail is running very slow due to what's going on . This is just my opinion , let's just be a little lenient with them to get the order to you all because of what's going on . Every company is limited in employees due to the pandemic , and things are hectic right now . And every ingredient is listed on the bottle that I have read about . You Ladies be blessed and stay safe .

I ,also placed an order on 5/14/20 and still don't have my product. Only email is about an order ship details coming and I'm yet to receive another email with updates. I, also emailed them no response. I will be stopping payment on the order such ashame a business operates in this manner. I will be contacting BBB as well.

I ordered on May 13th and haven't received anything. I got an email on May 16th saying my order was on the way. I emailed twice and got a response back saying, they have no idea when my order will be shipped. My order still says, "unfulfilled" on their site which means it hasn't been shipped yet. I also paid the extra $7.99 for 1st class priority.

BUYER BEWARE! ... THIS OIL HAS TONS, UPON TONS OF PROTEIN IN IT! I NOTICED SHEADDING AND WONDERED WHY? 23 OF THE OILS IN THE INGREDIENTS HAVE TONS OF PROTEIN, WHICH WILL CAUSE PROTEIN OVERLOAD AND BREAK YOUR HAIR OFF, UNTIL IT EVENTUALLY DISSIPATES, BEFORE YOU KNOW IT!

How do I get it back healthy? My hair thinned out falls out and is super weak. Give me some advice Sis.

That is what that stuff did to my hair. I'm very mad. My edges was growing back until I started to use Hollywood. I just received it on 6/5/2020 and I noticed the next day something wasn't right. I had less hair on my side which I know for a fact I had more when I slick my edges down. That's stuff going in the trash wasted my money.

I made my purchase on May 17th. $68 .00. Till date, I haven't recieved my order. I've sent several emails asking for my products. 2 weeks ago they replied one of my emails and told me that my order has been shipped and that I should look out for my tracking number. I guess the tracking number is still coming from Mars. On Monday they sent another email saying my order will be shipped soon. This company is scamming people. I promise them one thing, I am one last chic to scam. They will refund me my money. Ive already contacted the news channel. I am not playing with them.

I ordered 2 bottles of the oils. I did receive the bottles. The shipping took a very long time. When I first applied the oil onto my scalp I got a terrible headache. I felt sick after applying it. The smell is very strong. After the second application I didnt get a headache. So I was determined not to waste my money. I used it on my daughter's hair and mine for an entire month...seen NO GROWTH. Did measurements and all. This crap is so overrated and not worth your money. Anyone browsing looking into reviews before purchasing...DONT. I don't know what's going with all these women on their website in the reviews claiming their hair grew inches in weeks! We didn't see NO GROWTH. Nothing. Honey let me tell you...after that I started researching. All you need is to be stress free, maintain a healthy diet, find out if your hair is low or high porosity, then use oils and moisturizers that benefit the type of hair you hair. Wash it, condition it, moisturize it, use a satin cap or satin pillow case, last but not least...pray and love your hair.
IT WILL GROW. We all make mistakes look for a quick fix. Patience and love is the key.

Gurl! I Juuuust got my order today. Took them a month and a day to get it to me. I had to threaten with reporting to the BBB for them even ship it. On top of that, all the ingredients on the internet is NOT on my bottle of extra strength serum.

I ordered the Chebe GOLD Herbal ReGrowth Hair Mask $36.99 and the Super Grow-Scalp Revitalizing Balm $16.99 the company sent me, the Hollywood Hair Bar Grow My Edges and the Hollywood Hair Bar Regrowth Shampoo I sent severe emails and photos to the company and a screenshot of my order receipt and I have not received the correct items that was May 14 and I emailed customer service again and they sent me the tracking number for the wrong items that I had originally received.

Extended delivery time. No ingredients list on the bottle. The smell is pungent and the consistency is reminiscent of petroleum and tea tree oil which is why I suspect there is no ingredients listing.
Please, please don’t buy!

I ordered & spent 50$ with Hollywood hair bar. After doing research it seemed to me that this business was a fraud, so I proceeded to cancel my order, the company would not let me cancel my order & “sent the order” to my home. I have yet to receive the so called “oil” or a refund.

I placed an order and was directed at checkout to buy additional bottle. I said ok so I ordered..total was $79 and some cents. It took about 3 weeks to get order. Not seeing any difference as yet after 9 days.
Now I saw message from my bank about strange activity on my card under the name Nuehair growth serum. Anyone know if Hollywood bar has another name ? I may very concerned now with all these negative comments ?

On April 24,2020 I placed an order with Hollywood hair bar in the amount of 115.00. On May 6, 2020 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped with a fake tracking number. I have tried to reach out to the company but the only response I get is an generated email. All I’m asking for is a complete refund. But since they want to play hard I’ll be retaining an attorney.

I am so upset. I spent $152 for the 8oz extra strength. Ingredients listed on the label was inconsistent with what they advertised on their website. I applied the oil on the first day and got a severe headache. Tried to contact them but no response yet. This company is a complete fraud and must be stopped. I am sad that more customers will fall prey to this scam.

First off. Was it just my order that didn’t come with the dropper top? Idk. Anywho they were terrible with communication about product Shipping!
Secondly the ingredients in there bottle can’t be correct for it to just be “oils”. A drop got in my eye and it was the worst feeling I ever felt. Worse than shampoo! Further more they DEF erase any comment that isn’t “ omg this product works great” I commented on their Instagram because emailing wasn’t working and they deleted every comment I made about the product. Y’all try not to get this is in your eye cause BABYYYYYY it was awful!
Will never purchase again. Simply because customer service is terrible.

This is sad people do you like this! My daughter is only 13yo, but she is a honor student in the 9th grade. She found this Hollywood Hair Bar online and normally when she find something she researches it. But, this product she did not research it as much. We got excited and we ordered it! I am disabled and every dime is accounted for in my home! Me and my daughter have issues or problems growing our hair; so we were hoping and praying we found the solution in Hollywood Hair.

We ordered 2 orders of serum and with both orders you are to get 2 bottles of serum.
It costed me $91 for 4 bottles of serum, but we have not received anything. I need my money back!

Hopefully they will come. I happen to see these comments while looking for a comparison of another company. I ordered from Hollywood Bar and got my order. I don't know if things changed as I ordered mine 12/29/19 and got it 2/7/20. It took awhile longer than I thought but I did get it. Good luck I would hate to see you lose out on your money.

My hair has fallen out SO BAD and gotten super thin & I used on my hair and friends beard and his beard has fallen out and got super thin as well. Ive noticed they’re “reviews” are on other hair pages similar to theirs on Instagram Those aren’t real results. They do not stand behind their product and will not give you your money back even if your hair has fallen out and you have complete proof!!! They’re scammers!
