Do not order from them. I made a purchase around the 24th of June, to surprise my sister who lives in Texas. She hasn't received anything as of 14th of July. The tracking number they supplied stated it was delivered on the 3rd of July. You try to support black own businesses, but fall in a trap with some who are nothing but scammers. NEVER AGAIN!
Before making a purchase read the reviews first. It will save you from the headaches.
My hair can’t take large portions of protein and I’m not willing to take the chance.

To whom it may concern,
"i purchased 2 bottles of your hair growth serum in April, and because the bottles are so small i purchased 2 more bottles in may. I have long healthy hair, and i had no problems with breakage, or shedding, before using your hair growth serum, i experienced breakage in my crown area and shedding. I knew something was wrong because I've had the same hair care routine for the last 5 yrs, and the only "new" thing added to my regimen was your hair growth serum. I immediately researched your ingredients, and found that over 23 of the herbs in your product are loaded with protein! Tons upon tons of protein! Which caused protein overload, which lead to shedding and breakage within my hair. I am so disgusted as to what this oil has done to my hair. I threw the remaining oil in the garbage where it belongs! I will be contacting other agencies to make consumers aware, of the extremely high content of protein in your hair growth serum".
after being contacted by the BBB, the owner and/or creator deposited $81.50 into my account on July 2, 2020. However, this scammer withdrew the $81.50 without my consent on July 3, 2020. She did this in an effort to make it look like she refunded my money, when in reality she stole it out of my account. Then she altered her website stating, "all sales are final", when there was no such policy when i ordered her product. When i emailed her about the fraudulent activity she administered to my account on July 3, 2020, here is a copy of the text she sent me this morning July 5, 2020, and i quote...
"83.00 was refunded to your account. God bless you. All natural products can't do any harm, have a great day".
Here is a copy of my response to her text July 5, 2020...
"you're a liar and a complete [censored] if you believe that. You are an: uneducated, unethical, ungodly woman who does not want to take ownership for making and selling a defective product. Just because a product states it is all natural, does not mean that it cannot be: harmful, damaging, or deadly. Orleander, belladonna, horse nettle, and opium are all natural but deadly. Lavender, thyme, tea tree, and peppermint oils are all natural but deadly. And if my memory serves me correctly, "which it does" these oils are incorporated in your hair serum right? Castor oil is all natural, but is derived from seeds that contain 90% ricinus an extremely toxic poison. Now let's take a look at what consumers have experienced: Edna is having sever headaches after using your hair serum, Tammy states your product made her hair feel hard, which leads to shedding and breakage, another woman states her edges dissipated after using your serum, one consumer stated your hair serum got into her eye, and it burned worse than shampoo, and several state the ingredients on the internet are not on the serum bottle, fake tracking numbers, broken bottles, spilled product and the list goes on boo boo. If i had known that your: artificial, glued together [censored] was a: scamming, self-righteous, deceptive, greedy woman, i would have never ordered your products. You deposited my refund into my account, then withdrew it, and i have "all" the receipts to prove my claim. You are a: lying, ignorant, money hungry, thief who is willing to sacrifice your business for greed! And don't you dare use my father's name in vain, attempting to hide behind his righteousness to cover your manuer and dirt. He is more than aware of your deceptive business practices, nothing is hidden from him, that's why he sent you... "me", and i am going to handle you in the utmost righteous way... Believe that"!
If you have had a similar experience with: hair breakage, hair fall, fraudulent bank activity, defective products, etc. Please go to the website listed and unite with me in filing a class action lawsuit to refund money to consumers.

They process my order anyway. Don't buy anything from these people. Due to the nature of the product. All sales are final. They have a phone they don't answer. They have an email address they don't answer until a week later. When I received my order I dumbing mine in the garbage can. Why would you treat your customers this way? Good hard-working people buy your products. I am telling all women or customers. Put them out of business stop wasting money in Hollywood Hair Bar.
