She completely lied about all of the ingredients listed on her website . She is lying about the ingredients and once confronted about it she is ghosting customers . She also is deleting all negative reviews and bought all of her followers to make her business seem legit . I bought the issue to her attention and she blocked me . I have evidence that the ingredients listed online are complete different from what’s in the bottle .

I received a email on Dec 29, 2019 about my order I purchased back in November of 2019. My original order was a bottle of serum oil and the honey Moisturize kit. Hollywood Hair Bar sent me a bottle of oil and then emailed me and told me that the rest will be coming soon There was a tracker number provided in the email, however it didn't work. After about 100 emails, I finally get in touch with someone last month in April via Fb messenger. They apologize and promised they would sent me out the rest of my order. Please note around the second week of April I received a package from them. When I go to open the package I discovered a spill bottle of shampoo all over the box. It was still not my correct order. It was a bottle of opened shampoo that spilled all in the button of the box. I email them again letting them know I received the wrong order and the order they sent was damaged. I didn't get a response for about a week or so and then I get someone different who tries to tell me I received my order already. So I text them to let them I received an order however it wasn't my correct order. And all I want is my HONEY MOISTURIZE KIT. That I paid for with my hard earned money. They correct to ignore all my messages or fb messages and posts. I need help to get my order or a refund. It's not right they get my money and not send me my product. This beyond unprofessional

There are many complaints filed with the BBB they tried to contact them and never received a response either. You should file a complaint also! Everyone who has had a problem with them should!

Well here is the thing it’s not that they are a scam it’s just well if your product came that way, it’s well because of shipping when you ship things and sometimes when they are not careful a lot of things can spill around or come open. Now if it was the actual company themselves bringing it to you personally instead of the postal service’s then yes you can blame them. Now if it’s an incorrect order you can’t just blame the whole company you have to blame the person who is working in the warehouse not all the people but the person who is packaging your order. The company itself is Not packaging your order because realize all your orders for example clothes, accessories anything come from a warehouse. So it’s not the company it’s the person working in the warehouse because some people obviously seem to get their order late.. but still managed to get it correct.

I ordered from Hollywood Hair Bar back on May 4, 2020. I still haven't received my hair serum. I called and it was a recording saying to email hollywood hair bar and a customer service representative will respond. I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. I email the address that was provided and I still haven't gotten a response.

I ordered on May 13th and here it is June 4th and I still have yet to receive my order or a tracking number. Granted complaining after 10 days is a bit much, I understand but almost a month now and nothing. I got an email on May 16th saying my order shipped and have yet to receive a tracking number.

On April 18 2020 I order a regrowth pack from Hollywood hair bar a week later I email them and they replied that it will be shipped this week and two days later I got the email. With a ups tracking number saying that the order Was processed. It’s now May and my order was still be processed. I emailed them over 10 times they kept giving me the run around.

This company is scamming people. I read reviews on the ScamPulse.com site where another customer had the exact same issue. This has to stop.

Here is my communication and issue with the company.

It is not coincidence that myself and another customer saw the promotion for $18 while checking out.

I just placed order #124613

I was charged $98. I purchased 2 bottles for $45. While checking out it said get another for $18+. My total came to.$98 why?

Please contact me. It should have been $45 + $18+, then $3+for shipping.

My response was:

Yes, there is. Please cancel the one in which I was charged $49.66 please. This order was made in error. I saw a promotion during check out of an additional bottle for $18. When I saw $95, I knew something was wrong. As a result I reached out immediately to resolve the issue.

This company sales hair products that help you grow longer thicker hair! I ordered my product 12/5/19. In two weeks I messaged them via IG and asked shipping details of my product (I had seen some comments that they were a scam and I was concerned) I mentioned the scam comments. They replied 2 days later apologetic and said I would receive shipment detail soon they were still processing orders. I was happy cause I really wanted the hair mask I ordered! After 2 more weeks I checked my shipping tracker and it said that USPS was still awaiting the product to ship. So it’s been over a month now! I message again and simply ask for a refund or expedite the product. I received a reply maybe a day later stating that Christmas orders (not what I was originally told) can take up to 3 weeks to ship and no refunds. I stated that it’s been over the 3 weeks and request another refund. No response. I started commenting on their pictures about my order. It’s now been 6 WEEKS and still all USPS has is a label. I informed the company you can’t just take people’s money without delivering the product and say no refund that is called FRUAD AND THEFT! Now they have blocked me on Instagram!!

I found Hollywood hair bar on Instagram they were posting about how they have these wonderful hair products like gel‘s oils that will help with your hair growth. I placed an online order on the 17th shortly after I got in an email confirmation about my order. Then Thursday The 22nd I send them an email about following up on my order I did go back to my old email of my confirmation of my order being paid it did state that it can take up to 48 to 72 hours to process your order. Then on Friday, 23 August I’ve gotten an email saying that my order was complete and it provided me a USPS tracking number when I went on the website of USPS it stated that a label was created.

Now that it’s Tuesday, 27 August the tracking information has not changed I’ve sent numerous of emails nothing I even called the phone number that I found on Facebook page that they have also . The phone number went straight to voicemail it didn’t even ring. I even went on Instagram on their page saw multiple messages that people were stating that they haven’t got the product I even messaged those people that stated that they didn’t have the product did they finally get it and the answer was no I even saw people posting that the whole page the product everything about it was a scam I even reached out to a Instagram stating that the page the product was a scam. I tried to go on Instagram looking for Hollywood hair bar now I can’t even find them I’m not sure that if Instagram took care of it or I was blocked. Now I want people to know and I want to report this company so other people are not victims like me and maybe others that placed an order and never got the item and now as hard-working people are out of our money . I even made a complaint to the federal trade commission as well

Do not buy! I was scammed $152 for the 8oz extra strength. Product arrive almost 3 weeks after I ordered it. Ingredients listed on the label were completely different from the ones on the website. I got a severe headache after using it. How can this company continue to do business with no oversight. They need to be closed down immediately.
