Meet the scammer,  Steve Martin, at Walmart to prevent me from having to appear before the US Treasury magistrate and the grand jury. He might have indicated something else before mentioning to me to meet him at Walmart, but I might have missed that part.

The caller identified herself as IRS Officer Lucy Brown. She had a foreign accent. I was told that I owed $5,664.00 in back taxes because my tax forms were filed incorrectly for the years 2009 - 2014. I asked to speak to her supervisor because she refused to answer my questions. Her supervisor identified himself as Officer Travis Smith. He also spoke with a foreign accent. I asked for their location and was told Washington DC. I then asked for the mailing address so that I could verify the information. He hung up. I called back and spoke to an individual named Officer Jessica Wilson, who also had a foreign accent. I told her that I had spoken to her supervisor, Travis Smith, and he hung up before giving me the mailing address to be used to send the check to. She said that they don't use the mail to collect the money. When I asked her why not, she hung up.

Amagansett, NY. I asked if that is who they were, they then told me no, and a warrant would be out for my arrest. Below is the message left on my voice mail (wording that was picked up is a little off)

Voicemail from (631) 318-8611

Received a call from Officer Morgan supposedly from the IRS claiming that I was being sued by the IRS for unpaid taxes, I told them that I didn't have $3000. They then directed me to Walgreens stating that I need to purchase an itunes gift card with $500 on it.

I received a threatening phone call today, 5/16/16 from one telling me to call him- David Greg at 631-417-4561 immediately to "help" me escape from their 2nd attempt to reach me before I will be forced to go to court for a federal offense. The man threatened that he called as an "enforcement action" by the US treasury. If I ignore the call and do not return the call, I will have to go to court!

I have kept the recording on the phone in the event it can be of use to you. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
