I signed up for this Keto diet plan and I paid extra to receive the plan early. But, no plan was ever sent to me. I tried contacting customer service but could never reach anyone. They charged me the full amount plus an additional rush fee for a total of $71. I signed on to the website but my account doesn't exist.

while searching for a keto diet program I came across, what looked to be a legitimate website called ketocycle.diet. For $33 you will receive 3 months worth of daily meal plans that incorporate foods that you select in their on-line survey. they have multiple options to choice from and of course, they want you purchase other items along the way to check out. I checked out and suddenly realized that I didn't get a confirmation number or receipt. I immediately emailed the address given as contact to ask to cancel the order and not to charge my credit card. the email came back as undeliverable the next day. I called my credit card company to try and stop the charge from going through but it had already been submitted and pending. My credit card company took the information that I had given them to proceed with the company as being fraudulent and will attempt contacting the company to try and recover my money.
