I ordered a trial for mushroom coffee. It arrived and I wasn't satisfied with the quality. It had a 30 day guarantee so I contacted the company. They said to go to the website for a return mailer. There was an endless loop requiring a code which I was unsuccessful so I decided to forget it. In the mean time they signed me up for a subscription and sent more coffee that I didn't want and know that I didn't sign up for. I NEVER do subscriptions. I contacted them via email and they said to go to the website to unsubscribe but the instructions were faulty and there is no way to unsubscribe, only delay the monthly mailing.

Ryze Superfoods is running an auto-subscription scam. The customer will make a one-time purchase and is then unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription. When contacting customer service, they will claim that the customer signed up for the subscription and claim that they can’t cancel the order that is on its way.

Did not sign up for automatic subscription. Carefully chose 1-time only initially, but 1 month later received another charge for a monthly shipment. Had to sign up for an account in order to stop the monthly subscriptions.

A Guest Order in April 2024 paid and received 50$. I did not have any account activated or subscription and I had a charge of 80$ for mdse I didn't order. It was pending and I notified the merchant by email ( Phone Answering Machine ) I now have made contact with a representative who has stated they will take 80$ out of my checking account every month unless I activate the the account immediately. I refused and notified my bank of fraud.

Bought one time only shipment of 2 packages of coffee ... now are sending onr packages every month. Have contacted by email several times to stop shipments & returned last shipment. Have not received a reply with a refund. Please help!

I signed up for 1 order of 2 bags of Mushroom Coffee from Ryze super foods and intentionally unchecked autoship. Before this last transaction I only noticed 30 and 60 day autoship options, which was going to be my proof that they charged me illegally. But after being charged $66 this month (Oct 2023)after my initial order in July, I see now there is a 90 day autoship option that I also never authorized. I'm trying to figure out how to completely remove my email from their site but cannot find a way to delete account or remove email like most sites offer. BEWARE!

I placed an online order once. I purposely did not subscribe to a monthly subscription but simply wanted to try the product. I did not enjoy the product. A month later they charged my card for $75. When I reached out via email they said I did subscribe and refused to stop the shipment. I remember vividly that I did not. They refused to stop payment and continued processing the charge. I have seen many other reports online of other victims being taken advantage of.
