My mother found this RV for sale on a Facebook Post. I feel like this is a scam and after I have read another scam report on this website (BBB) that sounds similar to the response we received I'm convinced this ad is FAKE! We responded and this was the response:

Thanks for the reply. At this moment I am near Kittitas, WA in a military base, waiting to be deployed overseas. This is the reason why I left the Rialta stored with all the paperwork at the shipping company named Kittitas All Out Trucking, in Kittitas, WA ready to be delivered. I signed a contract with them to take care of this sale on my behalf because I don't have time to sell it in person.

The van is in their custody, ready for shipping and they will take care of everything.
