I keep getting phone calls from non-americans who say they are calling from Medicare. Usually I just hang up. Today I asked what do you want? She said my medicare card has been disqualified and I need a new number to use for my doctor. She told me to get a paper and pen to write down the new number. That's when I hung up.

Received an automated call from a female with an Australian accent. Call was about Medicare part A&B. I know all of my correspondence with them is done through their government website. I never get calls, automated or otherwise from Medicare. I thus hung up believing it to be a scam attempt.

Pop up on phone to call 844-211-8834 for offer to get discounts of $3,300.00. Called and their phone was answered as Medicare. As I talked with them they wanted to know what Medicare Carrier I wanted. Advised I was not calling for this, and I was calling to see how to get the $3,300.00 a year for my bills. They said it does not work that way. Told them what they are doing is against the law and they then hung up on me.

He said he was from Medicare and my medical records indicate I need a back and knee brace. I told him to stop this [censored], don't call again and I hung up. Now I'm sending this on to you and hopefully Medicare hears about it too.

I started receiving calls 10/10/22, they asked if I received my Medicare card in the mail. I asked them why they wanted to know that and they asked if I have a Medicare card. They knew my name and my address. They asked the date I received my card. If they were from Medicare they would have that information, they said they needed it for their files. They kept asking for the date but I didn't give them anymore information. I hung up but they kept calling all day, about 6 or 7 times.

I received a phone call a few minutes ago from Medicare. It was a man. Chris Parker. He said he was a supervisor with Medicare. There are two spam calls on my phone. The phone number that called me twice is 440-553-7183. This may be the number that called me about this. He gave his Med badge number 1490. He asked me if I got a new card from Medicare. I said I have some kind of card of Medicare. I told him I cannot see very well. He proceeded to tell me he was from Concord Number One through Medicare. Would take effect in 2023. He gave me a number to give to the pharmacist when I go to the drugstore. I will never have to pay for prescriptions again. I tried to write the number. I don't see well 280928060960. He asked for the number on my Medicare card the last time I got the card. I did not give the number. I told him I could not find it. He told me to go in my purse and look for the Medicare card. Today was the last day to be signed up for this program for the first of the year. The call made me feel uncomfortable. He has called before. I told him I do not want you mess with my Medicare or Medical insurance. He said Miss Ruby this is not a joke. This is legit. I am trying to help you out. I said do not mess with my insurance. I hung up and he called right back. He wanted me to get my Medicare card out. Wanted to know what color it was. He said look in your wallet and purse. He said can you see where you have A & B. He asked when I received the card. I did not give him any information. I told him again not to mess with my Medicare. He told me not to be afraid. He kept calling and calling.

Caller said I represent Medicare. As soon as she said that, I said you know dog on well you are not from Medicare. I know you are not calling from Medicare. I hung up. The three numbers in my caller ID were 216-412-4613, 216-350-2133, 216-354-9984. I hung up on all three calls. I wanted to give you the numbers in case they call other people.

They asked me for my Medicare card number but I told them to tell me what they have so I can verify it, they told me they couldn't because they were on a recorded line. I ended up giving them my Medicare card number. They told me my card is still working and I don't need a new card now. After I hung up I thought about and felt like maybe it was a scam.
