Received voicemail stating that my information including name, SS #, and bank account information was subject to an investigation and myself or my attorney should return their phone call. Upon calling them back, they informed me that two felony counts were being prepared for a payday loan that was never paid back. They have some public information from the past including past employers and counties/cities I have lived in. When I pressed them for information on the "pending charges" they refused to give me a case # or anything related to it. This is the second phone call I have received from them in less then a week, both came from different phone numbers in TN. They are seeking repayment of the payday loan that never occurred. When I asked them to send me information related to the "pending charges" to my email they said they would and then immediately hung up. I never received any information via my email.
