Scammers put $30,000 into my fathers account. It was supposed to be a refund of $300 from Norton to reinstate security on his laptop. Now they are on their way to the house to get the money back. Wish us luck.

Received an emailed invoice for purchasing a Norton Life Lock Premium Protection Plan for $428.99. I never ordered it. It says 'Please be advised that if you did not authorize this order and wish to cancel it is important to contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.' It also says that if I fail to contact them within the specified time, it may result in delays or complications in the cancellation process. Helpline Number: 1 805 322 7401.

They continue to email me saying that I will be billed for something I did not order.

got an e-mail saying my intro free subscription to norton security expired and they charged me $483.99 automatically - i called "norton support" a* ************ and they told me i had to give them personal info to get the "charge" back - including bank acct info - an obvious scam - they even called me back twice to get this private info!! the other 2 phone #s are ************ *** ************ - every person involved have a distinct acennt from india. Received email stating a renewed Norton policy was charging me. I have no agreement with Norton whatsoever.

They sent an email stating I ordered Norton and the price taking out off my visa card of 399.00 said if I didnot order this to call 18884545891 and canel. Their customer service number they had an old address

received multiple emails regarding this spam invoice.

I received an email (pic below). Their English was a little off grammatically but all I saw at first was that I was going to be charged $255.88 for Norton. I hated needing that program, so I got a MAC a few years ago. I knew I did not have a renewal. Of course, like a fish, I called the number at the bottom. They did not answer saying "Norton" and it seemed weird (and they did have accents--I am not a racist I teach English as a 2nd language but their English was not native). They asked, "are you in front of your computer?" I asked, "what does that have to do with canceling this charge I never requested?!" "We need your IP address to do it." I said some unkind words and that I was contacting you to report their scam. It took me a few steps to realize it was all some conartists. I don't want to see other people hurt. Thank you for your help.

This company claimed to be Norton Life Lock when I called because there was a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize. Both Ana and Sheri would not give me any info unless I gave them my credit card info and expiration date even though they confirmed the account number I read off my credit card bill did not have my name on it!

I received this email today and I called the number they provided since I did not purchase Norton let alone ask for a renewal. There was a lot of background noise a man named "Jacob" picked up, he sounded like he was located outside the country and he became very defensive when I asked him why I need to go to the website to cancel. I told him the number I was provided clearly stated they can help. Once I heard the email address "9190.org" I knew this was a scam. I asked for his address he became very hostile and defensive and I asked him are you not located in the Florida like you said you were, he insisted he was "new". I called the number back to see if I can speak to someone else. As I typed this he called me from a 315-893-3651 number and asked if I was (Said my full name). I told him to get a real job and hung up. I looked back in my email and they sent me requests twice!

This morning I received notification via email thanking me for my Norton payment of $439.00 for one year subscription. I knew for a fact, that I just payed for both my compactor's security subscription this year 2021, and I no longer have NORTON. They tried to tell me that Norton have recently merged with McAfee, and the price of a one year subscription has gone up due to the pandemic!

When I pressed them for the date of my last payment they told me that they are having technical difficulties, and hung up on me.

When I called them back, they hung up again, then I could not reach them after that.

I called a third time, after each call the first thing they ask is "Do yo want to cancel" I ask them why is that always your opening statement, plus they all state that they cannot cancel until I open my computer to my subscription page.

I call them a fourth time, now they hang up on me as soon as I ask a legitimate question.

I checked my account, so far no charges. However, this may be a ploy to get more information on my account.

Thank you

Said my account had been charged $499 to "update my Norton Security" and to call the 1800 number to get a refund. I called (morbid curiosity) and they wanted my to download anydesk to take over my laptop etc....we know where this goes from here.

- Monmouth Beach, NJ, USA

I was targeted to renew a Norton subscription that I never ordered for $399.99 In order to cancel they wanted me at my computer so they could connect my computer to their server. The gentleman who answered the phone said I had allowed this Norton service which I do not have They claimed it was a third party who initiated it.

My invoice # 897JK09

I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau They were preying on seniors and it should not be allowed.
